We ordered several times before and once had the same problem, talked to the chef, who assured that such a big one would never happen again, but here you are, the same problem. If they had eaten in the hall, there would have been a scandal. The order itself was delivered on time and there are no complaints about the courier and delivery at all.

Can you just not accept orders if your "working hours are over"? What's the fun of telling me to order on the website/app and wait for half an hour while other establishments have already closed? Okay, even if you take an ordinary day, not an evening. You constantly have a "hot shop loaded, please wait 3 hours." Why should I wait 3 hours? Why do you take more than the kitchen can do? People want to eat, they are not interested in waiting 3 hours. Let them make more blanks, I do not know. I just sincerely do not understand why it is so difficult to properly set up work and monitor its implementation.
The sushi is delicious, the staff is polite and stress-resistant. But the order has to wait a long time. And they don't have much coffee, although maybe I was so unlucky.

The last order (20.08) is such a disappointment. We ordered a small set of 4 rolls, choosing the ones we liked best, and inside there was a spoiled avocado 🥑☹️
In general, we were dissatisfied and hungry.
As for me, the most delicious sushi and often there are interesting sets at promotions.
They participated in the gastrofest, but their set is very average for me. I expected more from the guys, but these are my purely impressions. The fish is delicious, everything is always fresh. Well done guys, develop))😊
