The service is good, the girls are nice, but sushi… Of course, I understand that a miser pays twice, but those who sell "tired sushi" (to put it mildly) should have a conscience. Rice was dry almost everywhere, especially distinguished in the sesame roll – it was not just dried, it crunched on the teeth. Sesame itself, as you can see, is almost gone. The chuka salad tasted rotten. For some reason, the cucumber roll was not completely covered with cucumber, and the sesame sauce was very sparsely added. The roll in the pancake tastes just disgusting. The filling seems to be overdue for several months, there should be salmon and takuan, which crunches (in theory), but when chewing, the filling seemed to crumble into starchy fibers in the mouth. I will not order cream anymore, and I will not risk ordering for the full price in this institution.

And since I was still standing at the counter, they offered me a seat. After 10 minutes, the order is ready. When I picked it up, I clarified whether the price was discounted or not. As you guessed, I was told that with. After that, I go away, look for the receipt and don't find it. I'm coming back and I'm asking you to give it to me. When the girl took him out, she saw that the discount had not passed. The reason was found: the order was not placed through the app… Then the question immediately arises: why wasn't I informed about it when I asked about the discount as soon as I arrived....? Okay, I left in the hope that at least the rolls would be delicious. But damn, they were tasteless and disgusting. The shrimp is dry, the avocado is hard, ... and the soy sauce is water. Have you apologized to us? No. It would also be interesting to check the gramming of ready meals. Saving on sauce, it is unlikely that fish and seafood are put there heartily. We ordered a tom yam with coconut milk and seafood, and unfortunately it's just terrible: 1) It feels like there was only vinegar instead of broth. 2) The seafood looked, to put it mildly, not the first freshness. 3) They brought the bill for Tom Yam with chicken (very strange, we went to talk, let's pay extra - to which they told us: "nothing is needed, tom yam with chicken is cheaper"). Well, okay, not the point, the most interesting thing was that it didn't really start after 10-15 minutes. The evening was "a success", I had to go back and make an entry in the complaint book, absolutely all the comments were recorded in the complaint book. Imagine my surprise when I saw that the sets were just lying on the tables in the hall at at least room temperature!!!! I think the temperature in the shopping center is at least 20 degrees .. I think this is a violation of hygiene standards!! The company's management should pay attention to this and take urgent action before someone gets poisoned! The rolls themselves were about nothing, the rice was dry, the fish was dried. It was immediately clear that the rolls were turned on March 7 and until March 8 they lay in the hall at a temperature clearly above +2 ..+6. Wasted money.
