A cozy small airport. There is a high-comfort lounge in which there is even a Duty Free. You can pay with cards and, specifically, the Caspian Qr. Air Astana is serviced through the "sleeve", which is nice. Score 4 for the taxi problem. I could only call Economy at Yandex, although the car arrived quickly. The arrival area, like everywhere else, is full of taxi drivers-"touts", maybe they have a car and a higher class. At night, I drove from the airport to the Rixos Aktay hotel in 50 minutes and 6000 tenge (Yandex Economy).

The staff is responsive, the Airport itself is very small. There is no wifi at all, they asked the bartender on the second floor in the departure waiting area. He didn't say anything sane. There is a Wi-Fi network, but there is no connection. There is a smoking room in the waiting area, and there are soft sofas, if you're lucky you'll sit. Those who arrive early or at night should be prepared that nothing works, arrive at night or early in the morning, take water and a snack with you - everything is closed.

It is not a transport hub, but it is quite decent, modestly without frills, there is enough space for everyone. In my opinion, the departures are not evenly distributed, in the morning there is a cluster, respectively, some chaos at the inspection and passport control is present. An hour before departure, you start to get nervous seeing such a queue, but in the end everyone manages to get through.

The rest of the lanes are closed, in my opinion, and this creates an artificial traffic jam at the entrance and exit. Especially at the exit from the airport. It's pointless and stupid to stand in an artificial traffic jam. Where this traffic jam shouldn 't be at all !!!

A small but rather cozy airport: on the ground floor there is a cafe with very little choice, but you can sit quietly and comfortably there. The Wi-Fi was not working for some reason, although the network shows.
Camels walk near the airport, and most importantly, there is a delicious and inexpensive dining room where you can eat normally.
Another thing surprised me: I flew from this airport to Aktobe, tickets were ordered in Moscow, through a well-known website. The departure was indicated at 12:05, but it turned out that the flight was always (!!!) It departs at 15:30! So be careful.
There were no problems with registration, they didn't even ask for PCR.

The airport is excellent, there is almost everything except the rest room, there is a currency exchange, there is a luggage storage, there is a luxury Hotel opposite the airport, I slept for 12,000 tenge a day, rested, there is a cafe between the airport and the hotel, they cook delicious, prices are acceptable, much cheaper than at the airport, the minus is that from the airport to the city does not have a bus, only a taxi, which is much more expensive, but the taxi dispatcher is at the airport and takes orders, they do not overpay for a taxi. I wanted to get to the sea between flights, but I couldn't because of the lack of a bus.
