I really like studying here, the classes are well thought out. The workouts are varied and interesting, you need to think differently than you are used to, you need to move differently than you are used to. It is very useful to shift the focus of your attention - this is exactly what happens. Both body and mind are pumped here. Classes are really suitable for everyone, regardless of age and physical fitness. The coaches are great, the case is when it's not a job, but a vocation.
The gym is comfortable, the locker room - shower, etc. are also normal. The schedule is mega flexible. The team is sincere.

There is an incredibly supportive and inspiring atmosphere during training. Coach Margarita doesn't just show us techniques – she teaches us to feel confident in any situation, to understand our capabilities and to use our strengths. Her approach is very individual: she closely monitors the success of each of us.
The classes themselves are built very competently: first warm–up, then practice techniques, and then modeling various situations. It is worth noting that the classes are designed for ANY level of physical fitness, which allows even beginners to feel comfortable in the classroom. Most importantly, Margarita explains not only how to perform the techniques correctly, but also how to psychologically prepare for possible danger.
I really loved classes, I want to come back again and again, so I HIGHLY recommend it.

+ Good physical fitness, a beautiful and strong body, even if you have never been able to do push-ups or exercise, this is not a problem, no one forces you to do above your capabilities, everything is gradual.
+ There are children's, general and women's groups (girls, if you are more comfortable in a women's team, you will always be welcome here, I have been studying for almost 5 months now).
+ Comfortable surface, most importantly safe for falls, lots of new and good makiwaras, paws, krav balls and other necessary tools for training.
+ 1.5 hour workout, in which 10-20 minutes of warm-up, then the main part, where we learn how to stand, strike, defend against them, learn to keep our distance and shout correctly, first simple exercises, then combinations of everything learned, at the end of the workout stretching for about 10 minutes so that the body recovers faster, as for me very effective this is a way of training.
