A wonderful place near the sea. The management and staff fulfill any request of the guest. We were given a wonderful quiet room with a balcony and sea view. We got high every day from staying in this place. It's not far from the sea, the beach is nice and clean. The staff is kind and welcoming. The room was perfectly clean, the linen was snow-white, the towels were snow-white. The best hotel!!!! I sincerely recommend everyone to stay in this wonderful place without hesitation!!! 10 out of 10!!!!!!
Staying at this hotel left extremely positive impressions! From the very moment of arrival, I was struck by the exceptional quality of service – the staff was incredibly polite and helpful. Each request was considered quickly and taking into account all the wishes. A particularly pleasant bonus was the free late check-out, which allowed you to get ready without haste and enjoy the last hours of rest in beautiful Gagra. The feeling of a cozy atmosphere and attentive attitude towards guests make this hotel a place where you want to come back again and again. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and acquaintances as an ideal option for a vacation in Abkhazia.
I booked a room in a day.<url> a month before arrival. I asked the owner a question in the application - I did not receive an answer, I started calling - they gave me another contact number on the phone. I downloaded the booking confirmation and wrote to the WhatsApp at this number, attached the confirmation, asked to confirm that everything is in force (screenshot attached). The hostess wrote "we are waiting for you." I relaxed in anticipation of a wonderful vacation, but suddenly something went wrong.
On the day of arrival, after a long journey by public transport in 30 degree heat, I finally reached my destination. Upon check-in, the administrator asked to send all confirmations and correspondence and began to clarify the situation.
It turned out that my booking was not valid, the girl from the booking service on the phone, instead of apologizing and offering some alternative solutions in raised tones, informed me that it turns out I did not book with them and no one cares that the photo in the ad is a Panorama photo and that I have a written confirmation of the reservation from the hostess. It turns out that there are 2 announcements hanging on the daily basis - one from the current hostess, the other from the last owner (according to which I just booked a room). To my question, why did you not delete the invalid ad from the old owner if you know about its existence, because this is your area of responsibility as an existing tenant, I was answered - why did you not pay attention that the booking does not specify the number of the current owner. There was no limit to my indignation.
The hostess did not offer any alternative solutions, she did not even apologize! (I am attaching the correspondence). I think that such behavior of the owner and the booking service is completely irresponsible, unprofessional and unacceptable in the service sector.
Hotel accommodation is possible and tolerable, but in case of any emergency situations, keep in mind that the hostess does not care about the guests at all and you will solve all your problems on your own.
During the vacation, we managed to live in two guest houses, but not in the Panorama. We arrived late at night, said that there were no places, and were taken to a guest house. After spending four nights in the guest house, we are told that places appeared in the Panorama and sent us there by taxi. Naturally, Panorama was not even aware that we were sent to them and no one was waiting for us and there were no places as usual. We were moved back to the guest house.
We booked and paid for the tour through the tour operator, the Panorama Hotel was written in black and white in the document, as a result we received guest houses and a spoiled vacation experience.

The hostess does not take the phone, the maid Gulya writes SMS so that she is not disturbed. Cleaned in two weeks only 2 times.On the website, the price for a room is 3500 in September, in fact 4000. Reviews that the hostess is not satisfied with are deleted. If he deletes mine, I will write to the administration of Gagra. Deception in everything!
We arrived at this hotel on 21.09. We booked through booking. We were told that the room we had booked was occupied. Without offering a discount, we were offered another room for one day. Because we were out of the way, we agreed, but then we regretted it very much. they said if we don't want another number, we can "knock it down" - it's literally. the payment was in cash.we spent the night somehow in another room, the next day Gulya's maid came up to my young man and asked, "Well, have you calmed down?". naturally, this phrase infuriated. not only did they initially communicate with us in a very rude way and said that these were our problems, that there was no number, but they also continue to communicate with us. after her comment, we started to get indignant and ask why she was being rude, to which she replied that she was joking like that. when we started talking about the fact that such behavior in our direction is unacceptable and that their side still did not fulfill these obligations. they refused to return the money to us and said that if we continued to be indignant, Gulya would call "where necessary" and "they would shoot at us." we are completely shocked by what is happening, completely alone in another country, without money for housing, we are threatened, they say that since we are not from here, you can communicate with us as they want. the "hotel" itself is good, it has all the amenities, but what the staff and hostess are doing is a complete nightmare, I absolutely do not recommend this place to relax.
Excellent hotel, friendly girl Linda met perfectly, helped to settle in, always ready to help solve any issue, the room is clean, the bed is snow-white, there is a hairdryer, refrigerator, kettle, TV, air conditioning, from the balcony on the 5th floor there is a beautiful view of the sea, there is a veranda with barbecue, microwave, to the sea 10 minutes on foot, there is a shop, canteens, cafes, souvenir shops along the way. We rested in this place in the summer in the month of August. Let's start with the fact that we helped with the transfer from Sochi to the place of residence. Geographically, it is very convenient to reach the beach in 5-10 minutes on foot. Nearby there are shops and cafes where you can buy groceries or eat, in general, everything is within walking distance. We settled on the 5th floor, the room had a sea view, and going out into the corridor we could see the views of the mountains and sit in a cozy outdoor veranda. The weather is wonderful at this time. I was satisfied with everything, it is also worth noting the goodwill of the hostess, a very pleasant woman. The place is one-digitally recommended in the price-quality ratio

Upon arrival, the girl just told us that there were no places. She didn't apologize or offer any options. According to her, "today 2 rooms were checked in, they also had a reservation for a long time." At least there was no prepayment. Obviously, they act on the principle of who arrived earlier and the number. (we arrived around 6 pm) To warn in advance that there are no places, it's probably too difficult.
