The hotel is located behind the Moscow Ring Road. Minsk is a small city, so you can get from Kupala to any point of the city very quickly. The noise insulation in the hotel is slightly failing. The rooms are decorated with wood, which is a plus. The food is delicious. I liked the hodgepodge. There is entertainment for children. There is a donkey and chickens on the street, and a playground. I would also like to have coolers on the floors

We came across this place by accident, but it made our vacation wonderful!!!!the interior and the overall style are pleasing to the eye for sure!!everything is very nice, tasteful and clean!very clean)everything is so well-groomed and with a soul)it feels like the place and reputation are valued!great for relaxing with a small child - spacious grounds, trampolines and swings, animals...The menu is just like licking your fingers!!!after trying it once, we ate only here and did not even consider other places) everything is delicious!!everything is just bursting with freshness)large portions, high-quality products,excellent serving,beautiful dishes and interior, excellent service!What more could you want?)it's a pity not everyone tried (and what a bath!!again, the eye is pleased with the interior) attention to detail)Separately, I would like to mention the very friendly and friendly staff - everyone we met was on top!a very sincere and caring bath attendant! I was very disappointed recently at the Kupala restaurant. I've always liked this place, we've been regular guests since May 2020, when almost no one knew about them. At that time, a veranda, a sauna, a lawn, etc. were still being built, and there were only 4-5 types of pizza on the menu. But we came and were happy to see how, despite the pandemic and everyone's sagging business, they survived and developed.
Now they probably have a crown on their head. We wanted to celebrate the child's birthday in Kupala, and invite an animator. After all, it is obvious that there will be a banquet, which is not cheap today. But do you know what they charged me?! That I have to pay a commission of 100 rubles for the animation to be for children. I understand why I pay about this amount to an animator who will dance and entertain the children for an hour. But why do you need the same amount?! For a patch of grass?! For the air?! Guys, this is pure nonsense. 100 rubles! This is nonsense, which shocked me. For the sake of interest, I called similar restaurants in the vicinity of Minsk, not even far from you and not a worse place — they do not have any "commission" at all and you can freely invite an animator. Even in game rooms, where there are their own animation contractors (by the way, offer your own without the so-called commission!) if an invited third-party animator is invited, then you need to pay 30-50 rubles. But not 100! You are insolent, dear Kupala. Do not forget that you are not alone. And the reputation is like this: today visitors come to you, and tomorrow they may not. Now we personally have no desire to come to you. And just like in the beginning I advised this place to many people, now I will definitely tell everyone I know about this absurdity, according to which you wanted to cut 100 rubles from us for air.

A cozy hotel!the rooms are clean, wifi is working in the room, there is a restaurant, we really did not eat, but judging by the occupancy rate of the rest, we can say that it is delicious!the territory is clean, there are trampolines for children and children.The playground!my daughter liked the donkey, which is in the pen next to the hotel, you can feed it!the staff is responsive, the location is convenient if by car, if by car.the transport stop is a bit far, it's better to take a taxi...there are a lot of people in the restaurant in the evenings, but you can't hear them in the room, the insulation is good!for three nights, a room for a family of 3 people cost 537 RUB without breakfast!

A great place for a family vacation.
We would like to express our gratitude to all the staff of the estate and its management. I liked absolutely everything, starting from the moment of making an online booking, ending with a late check-out. The staff of all services is extremely helpful and friendly. Special thanks to the girl at the front desk (unfortunately, I don't remember the name), who helped solve personal issues. Without her help, our stay would not have been as joyful and carefree as it turned out in the end.
Separately, I would like to mention the excellent cuisine, with a variety of dishes made from natural and fresh products. Even the juices are not packaged, but only freshly squeezed. This is a very important point for visitors with special dietary needs. We still remember the gorgeous hearty breakfasts (4 options to choose from, at a price of 14.90 Belarusian rubles). I can't help but mention the pizzas we had for dinner every night - hearty, tasty, fast. We give the restaurant, chefs and waiters a separate five.
Now to the placement. We lived in an apartment on the second floor with a kitchen and two bedrooms. The kitchen meant not only a refrigerator and a sink, but also a dishwasher and all necessary dining utensils - from dishes and cutlery, to pots, pans, plates and mugs. This is very convenient, especially when traveling with children. The other half of our family is housed in a spacious room on the third floor with an attic. The air temperature in the rooms is comfortable, cleaning was carried out every three days, and on request, if necessary, which is also nice.
Also on the territory of the estate there are pens with animals - a donkey, horses and chickens. But this does not interfere with your stay in any way, but on the contrary, it pleases and touches.
Unfortunately, we could not get into the sauna complex with a swimming pool, as this place, which is not surprising, is popular. Therefore, we recommend booking a visit to the sauna in advance. Therefore, next time we will do it right away to enjoy this additional service.
In general, we have only positive impressions from our stay at Falvarak Manor. Next time we will only stay here, and also recommend this place to others. Thank you again, sincerely, the Valkov family-Trukshan.

We were on vacation in Minsk and decided to check in here first, as there were only available rooms. The room is basically clean, the bathroom and toilet are in order, everything is neat and new. Breakfast cost 20 rubles, everything is quite tasty, I really liked the pancakes with cottage cheese. We tried pizza in the evening, it was very tasty, but I liked it more on the double test. The staff is polite. The only thing I didn't really like was the location, near the road. It doesn't bother in the room, but if you want to sit on the summer veranda in a cafe, then the noise gets in the way a little. A day later we left, but decided to return, but there were no standard rooms and we were settled in a suite-wasted money, it costs 300 rubles, but in fact the same standard, it was just evening and we did not want to go to look for places in Minsk, for such money in other hotels rooms with breakfast. Convenient access to the estate, although requiring spring repairs, and there is Parking with cameras. The room is clean, cozy and warm, soft water, a beautiful manor, all in living wood, carved ceilings are more beautiful than the night sky in summer! Slippers were given on request, gel and shampoo were immediately in the bathroom. There were few residents, we didn't hear anyone) Breakfast starts at 8 a.m., this time I tried Italian, very tasty and satisfying, next time I'll try the rest)))

We were traveling from St. Petersburg to Brest and decided to spend the night here because the hotel is located near the ring.
After the road, everyone is very happy: Husband and Wife are relaxing in a cafe (at the hotel), and the child is running (or rather jumping) on trampolines or looking at animals. The room is nice, and the water pressure in the shower is stunning (as I like it). We had an excellent breakfast in the morning and went on the road!

We visited the sauna. No complaints! A place of peace. I recommend. The cabin is clean. A wood-burning bathhouse. The temperature is what you need. An oak broom. A clean swimming pool. Sea buckthorn and herbal tea were ordered from the restaurant.
I really liked the salads in the restaurant: the one with duck and the one with smoked chicken. We had a wonderful time!

The hotel has corporate parties and although the banquet hall is open until 23, guests still walk around the territory for a long time and smoke right under the windows of the rooms on the first floor. We came to Minsk for the weekend, stayed at the Kupala farmstead. You have never regretted your choice.
1. Location.If your car is perfect. At the entrance to the city, there is its own Parking, 15 minutes to the center.
2. Rooms.Take it on the third floor with a panoramic window. The room is large with a view of the lawn, a special pleasure, sitting in a huge armchair with a cup of tea, watching the horses and the donkey.There is a refrigerator, a hair dryer, towels (hand, bath, foot), slippers, a bathrobe (for this a separate +), gel, shampoo), artesian water by bottle per day.
3. The customer orientation is better than in many of the top five. You can safely contact the reception, any issue is resolved. There is no room service in the hotel, but coffee and dessert were brought to our room🙏
4. The restaurant and pizzeria are worth mentioning separately. Many reviews praise the cuisine, excellent pizza. I will not be original and I will also note that everything is very tasty. The serving of dishes is on top. I recommend trying dorado in salt, it is served by the chef, this is a separate show. Thank you for a wonderful weekend

Friendly staff. As soon as you enter the room, you feel the smell of wood. Clean and tidy. The only point that was not understood. There was an armchair in our room, and there was an extra one. Dressed with a pillow (as far as I remember). They came in the evening and these items disappeared)). But, at the first request, add. Blankets, they immediately brought us another one. Because one blanket was not enough for two people (Small) + the bed was made of two small ones.. I really don't like it in the rooms. After all, it's just inconvenient to sleep on such beds.. we went for breakfast, there are several options to choose from at the same price. Everything was very tasty and satisfying. I really liked the cheesecakes 👍🏼
