Good design, high-quality repairs, but there are no refrigerators and kettles in the rooms, there are no water dispensers, water was taken in the kitchen. But there is a pizzeria with normal prices, a trampoline for children in the yard and a donkey)) The real one is in the stall. The bed in our family room was moved out of two, at night the mattresses parted and a gap formed), and at night it was very hot to sleep, ventilation could not cope at all. The girls at the reception are very nice and pleasant.

The exterior of the estate is beautiful and pleasing to the eye.
Everything is clean, cozy and bright inside. The administration is polite and always in a great mood. The rooms are comfortable and clean, there are family rooms with a kitchen (very convenient). There is also a restaurant where delicious dishes and drinking water are free for everyone.))

I would especially like to mention the restaurant - thank you, it is very tasty and the prices are normal. These are probably the most positive impressions. The room ordered did not match the description on the Island. I was not ready by the time and had to wait - 1 hour -1.5. There was no laundry, as they said at the reception desk. No one even apologized, probably this is a common practice. We refused the room and found a better option in Minsk. It's a pity, it's a good hotel, but the service and staff leave much to be desired.

Everything seems to be not bad, but we arrived at 16.00, and the room was not ready, we still waited for 30 minutes. And the price seems to me sooo overpriced for such an institution, this hotel is not worth the money for sure, considering that it is located on the outskirts, like a roadside hotel.

We arrived with a Pomeranian dog of 3kg. For 2 nights they charged us 100 Belarusian rubles. We did not meet such prices. The room is a two-room apartment. There is one huge pot and a dead frying pan in the kitchen. There is no microwave oven. Even warming up something is problematic. The air conditioner is hanging but not connected. The screens on the windows are only in the living room. There are no nets in the bedroom. It's very stuffy to sleep. Something like this.

The place has obvious pros and cons. Near the city and at the same time, as if in nature. The staff is polite, you can see that they are trying. But to approach the guests and ask as often as possible. The prices are reasonable. We ordered their signature steak, the waiter specified the roasting, but served at least 2 degrees more fried. And the meat itself was tough. The expectation of the signature dish was better than reality.
And another minus. No luck with the direction of the wind. Periodically, there was a strong smell of "organic" from some livestock complex. You won't notice it in the hall, but on the street it feels so-so during the prema of food and rest in general.

Not all dishes from the menu can be ordered and besides, it is a very long serving, despite the fact that there were not many visitors.
