A very pleasant hotel, suitable for family accommodation. The place is near the ring road, but I didn't hear any sounds from the road. There is an unguarded parking lot. It takes 20 minutes by taxi to the center of Minsk. There is a mini zoo for children in the manor: a donkey, kittens, a bird. There is a sauna, it is rented on time. There is a large trampoline and a swing. We took a 2-bed + extra bed for a teenager. The room is clean and pleasant, with a mini fridge. There are breakfasts in the morning. The staff is very friendly. We did not eat at the manor, left for the city in the evening, and in the morning we hurried to continue our acquaintance with Minsk. The lack of air conditioning in the room is not usual, but we did not feel this either, since there was no heat.

A great place with thoughtful landscaping and interior solutions on the land. The cuisine is varied. It is tastefully cooked and also served. There is something to entertain the kids during a meal or event. Minus a point for the proximity of the road junction and the views surrounding the site. Although, if you decide to just take your mind off the hustle and bustle of the city, then welcome.

I recommend it, perfectly clean, comfortable, large Parking, delicious food, wine, pizza, large portions, breakfast to choose from, the mattress is great, the staff is not intrusive and pleasant to communicate with, good sound insulation of rooms, donkey, sauna. I will be in Minsk - I will definitely stay here.

I stayed after the May holidays for a couple of days, an excellent hotel, clean, friendly staff, the restaurant is simply gorgeous, you can lick your fingers, especially steak and Belarusian breakfast, and pizza from the oven is just awesome, I recommend you will not regret, the only minus was not able to get into the sauna, now I know, I need to reserve in advance. The staff of good visitors, the management of prosperity, keep it up. Well done guys.

A wonderful hotel, it just saved us!!!!We decided not to book a hotel in Minsk for the weekend, which we greatly regretted)))and so, after a long search, we finally found this hotel.The interior and design in the Viking style)), and what kind of bomb breakfasts are here - you can't even imagine!!!!!Must-use!!!!There is only one minus-this attraction is located behind the MKAD, but if you are by car, it is only 20 minutes.

I'm shooting a star for the work of the waiters. Even if there are few people, you have to wait a long time for someone to come up. But you can just come up and greet, give a menu - it takes 1 minute! We have been there more than ten times, but almost every time we went to ask for the menu ourselves.
On a weekday morning, the waitress insisted that the menu was only breakfast, she did not want to carry another menu, she had to insist that the client might just want coffee or lemonade, only after that she gave the main menu with a choice of drinks.
And guys, if you have animals, then you are responsible for them. Bring water to the donkey on time, treat the chickens, give them more varied food. If I see animals suffering, I will never come here again.
The space nearby, a small playground, a horse and a foal are advantages. It's good to come here as a family.

Convenient location, near the MKAD and the entrance and exit are right at the hotel, no need to go to look for a U-turn. The territory is spacious, there are animals on the territory, it is interesting for children. The room is cozy, the shower is spacious, the water pressure is good, the water is hot. There are not enough waiters, guests do not receive proper attention, it is impossible to book a table by phone at a certain time.
Last time, instead of the stated 45 minutes, we waited for pizza for 1.5 hours, during which time the waiter approached us 1 time. The ordered beer was waited for more than 30 minutes. Work on the service.

Previously, they often came for pizzas, and so to eat, salads and meat were very tasty. This year we stopped by, we wanted to order a drink, but we were confused that the music is only on the second floor and only if the guests who come to eat don't mind. Because of this and because of the too high fee for alcohol and beverages (20 rubles - alcohol and 5 or 10 rubles each jar of juice and drink ..) - they refused. But we ordered pizza and ala khachapuri with delivery. It is very strange that the delivery number cannot answer the question from which test a la khachapuri. Well, delivery only to the entrance is also some kind of dubious thing. The pizza is delicious. The meat, the dough is slightly over-dried, but there are no questions about pizza.
A la khachapuri was brought with melted butter, the cheese did not melt, did not last, it was objectively not tasty.
Only because it used to be delicious, and only one star was taken off for a delicious pizza with gorgeous meat, not two.

5+ Chose this place based on reviews, did not regret it! Convenient location. An atmospheric place. The room is standard, chic, clean, bright, everything is there. The staff is at a very high level, they responded quickly to any of our requests, suggested what and how.
The sauna is great! Spacious living room, swimming pool, steam room, brooms. 3 hours flew by unnoticed)
The food is divinely delicious! The breakfasts are so nutritious that you can order portions for two. The pizza is very tasty. Steaks- "you'll lick your fingers"!))

Nice rooms, spacious, have a TV, mini fridge. Of the hygienic requirements, only 2 samples of shampoo and shower gel are available. Not enough. Another disadvantage is audibility.
The breakfasts are excellent - a good assortment, large portions, delicious. We had dinner at a restaurant once, opinions differed here, something was delicious, something was not very good.
Trampolines, donkey, chickens are for children on the street.
All the staff is pleasant and smiling. Overall, I have a good impression.

Awesome breakfast).It's not even breakfast, but a full lunch. The portions are huge, the salads are gorgeous, the pancakes with stuffing cause delight). The usual menu is a bit poor, the form factor of the pizzeria, it seems to me, is not exactly what is needed in a hotel...it is also necessary to have a regular menu, for those who don't like pizza. I gave five stars for the good quality of the food, and that the next time we come to Belarus we will see a full menu, not just lunches.

A great hotel, starting from the location and ending with the staff!
the location is great, the authentic interior and the unique services!
all the staff are highly qualified and very polite to their guests, any issues were resolved within a few minutes, they ordered us a taxi minivan for a large family, found interesting cafes and restaurants in the city, helped us find a laboratory for PCR testing, since foreigners need them again to enter Russia...
as for the restaurant ...
I do not understand rudeness and the infantilism of people who insult the workers and food of the Falvarak manor restaurant...
it feels like we were vacationing in different places...
excellent service, the waiters are insanely polite and courteous, fulfill any requests.
The food is simply great, the breakfasts are very hearty and designed for every taste, even for the most picky.
Pizza for dinner is the best solution!
guys, their pizza is just perfect, the combination of ingredients is very bold and it feels strange by ear, but it tastes ...
in general, this is one of the best restaurants at the hotel that my family and I were lucky enough to visit!

The hotel is conveniently located. We spent the night on the way from Moscow to Brest. Cozy large rooms with wooden trim. Lovely beds and pillows. Spacious bathroom. Everything is clean and modern. And the breakfasts are gorgeous!

Top pizza from the oven. I will come back here for this. My wife really likes cappuccino and desserts. There doesn't seem to be any booze. I celebrated my anniversary here, +- like everywhere, but there is little space for dancing and like everywhere there are a lot of other tables where everyone screams bitterly, then happy birthday. It is better to come to the terrace just to eat. Definitely like it.

We rested at the hotel in early December in a family room, the best impressions were left about the hotel.Friendly staff,lovely and clean room,beautiful interior, the restaurant pleased with delicious and original dishes of Belarusian cuisine, large and beautiful portions.
There is a sauna on site, in which you definitely need to steam, this is the best sauna we've been to👏🏻We rested both body and soul!!!

We stayed 2 times, beautiful rooms, everything is there for comfort (even umbrellas for guests). The water pressure is good, the beds are comfortable, and there are enough outlets. The breakfasts are interesting and delicious. Of course, the view from the window, the lawn, the Mohawk donkey, the pony pleases, how cute, especially for children and adults who appreciate nature.

But there is a lot to develop:
There is no hair dryer in the shower,
There is no kettle in the room.

I live within walking distance from this institution and since there is nothing much else from cafes/restaurants in the area, this is my only choice if I don't want to go somewhere by car. And this choice, though the only one, but I must say, very, very good)) I come in a couple of times a month or so, I usually take either pizza from the oven or steak, so I can vouch for them for sure - they are delicious, I ask for medium well roasting on the steak - in the section it is always the same as it should be. Desserts are not enough, but this is more a claim from my wife, I don't really like sweets. The waiters are polite, in general the atmosphere is pleasant. Very good prices, in the city, in establishments with a similar level of service and menu, you will have to pay 20-30 percent more, and it's not a fact that it will be delicious. And here you come and you know that you will definitely stay well-fed and satisfied. Of the minuses, I will note the working time up to 22 hours, in the autumn-winter period it is probably OK, but on warm summer evenings sometimes I wanted to sit until 23 and midnight, and it turned out that the sun was just about to set and it was time to leave. And in general I recommend it - a good place
