A good hairdresser for animals. It's a bit complicated with the entrance and parking, but in general they cut it well. It's a little cramped in the waiting area. There is a sale of related products.
Our experience with this grooming salon turned out to be extremely unpleasant, and we definitely won't repeat it.
When we took the puppy away after the procedure, he was clearly not himself: sad, apathetic, refused to eat and almost did not get up. This wasn't his first grooming, so we immediately noticed that something was wrong with him. We immediately called the salon to find out if they had given him any sedatives or sleeping pills. We were told that it was not.
The next day, the puppy's condition worsened: he had pain in the neck, he began to limp, constantly slept, and, coming to our arms, whined in pain. The veterinarian advised me to find out exactly what happened during the procedure and how he was treated.
We asked the salon to provide the recordings from the cameras. We were told that the recordings can be viewed, but only in person, because they allegedly cannot be rewound and cannot be sent. Moreover, you need to set at least 4 hours for viewing. We are working people, and such a time interval was a serious challenge for us.
A month has passed. When we asked to view the recordings again, we were rudely refused, citing high season and busy until October. As a result, we were unable to find out what happened to our pet.
We don't want to jump to conclusions and make accusations, but after comparing all the facts, we have to conclude that we do not recommend this salon. Please think twice before entrusting the health and well-being of your furry friend to them.
We were there for the first time, we really liked everything, we cleaned the kuna, cut the carpet, cut the nails. Everyone is very satisfied, the prices are very loyal, the staff are wonderful. I highly recommend it if anyone needs it.
