Thank you so much for two wonderful evenings in a pleasant atmosphere with delicious food and high-class service from Ekaterina, who was our waiter. We were on 04/29 and 30.04 with friends and children, we really enjoyed everything. Filet mignon, carbonara ribs (including from the children's menu), French75 cocktail, chocolate tortino, apple dessert - delicious! I highly recommend it, it's better to book a table in advance.

We visited this restaurant on the evening of 05/10/2025, we were lucky, we found an empty table, but of course it's better to book in advance. We had dinner together on the 2nd floor, clean, beautiful decoration, fast service, courteous staff, paid with a MIR card. The main thing is that the food is delicious, the portions are large, and it's not cheap, but the dinner was worth the money. My son liked the stewed ribs very much, I liked the borscht.

Пожалуй, лучший ресторан Беларуси. Высокий уровень сервиса, адекватное общение администратора и официанта Дениса, одновременная подача блюд, уборка посуды вовремя. Кухня отличная, интересные сочетания вкусов и фактур. Севиче из тунца - это что-то божественное! Также очень понравился острый тайский суп.
Были втроем, все остались довольны.

We were in Brest for a couple of days and stopped here a couple of times for breakfast.
•Milk porridge is porridge soaked in milk, a very controversial dish, the child refused to eat it.
• We ordered cheesecakes, they are served here as one large platter, and berries are inside (the first time we were given mangoes, blueberries, strawberries; and the second time there were some leftovers from either fruit juice or compote - so I advise you to check with the waiter what you should expect)
• spinach leaves are poorly washed (if you even bothered to wash it)
•the dumplings are quite tasty
• serving an omelet with slices of salmon without imagination . Of course, I would like to see an omelet juicy and lush, and not a dry envelope with tears in the form of salmon.
The salmon cheesecake was ordered by a child and it was extremely unfortunate . The serving is also controversial, moreover, there is some kind of sauce that tastes quite spicy (I tried it personally, it vaguely resembled adjika), although the waiter did not confirm my assumptions.
•the establishment is not dog friendly (like the vast majority of establishments in the city)
I liked the interior, the friendly hostess, the canaries, the veranda on the top floor is a great bonus.
Otherwise, we are unlikely to advise our friends , and we ourselves will not look a third time .

It's not like that in this place.
We came here after seeing the rating. The difficulties began at the stage when our jackets were not taken away, because the girl from the dressing room was running around and found out if there were any empty tables.
Next, we sat down at a table with a wet tablecloth (I assume that we were trying to erase the stains).
We ordered borscht. They brought dirty dishes and put them on the tablecloth. Kind of okeeeeeee.
The borscht itself tasted very salty, the lard on the bread smelled somehow not fresh.
The draniki came next. It was just the two of us and we ordered 1 serving for two to try. But in the end, they brought the appliances to only one person and put them on the menu. On a dirty menu that hundreds of people touched with their hands.
OK, they asked me to replace it and bring another set of devices.
The draniki tasted very oily, with tasteless watery sour cream on top.
After 30 minutes, we were already in the Brest fortress, running to the toilet instead of looking at the surroundings. Considering that it was the only meal of the day, there are clearly questions about the freshness of the food.
As a result, the impression is disgusting both from the service and from the food (the price tag, by the way, is also above average).
The only pleasant thing is a delicious hand cream in the toilet.

We recently visited this wonderful restaurant and were completely delighted! The four of us arrived at the very closing of the kitchen, and were pleasantly surprised that all the dishes were served after 20 minutes.
The food was incredibly delicious, the care and skillful hand of the cook was felt in each dish. The service was top notch — the staff was polite and attentive, despite the late hour.

The girls are young, but these black lips make their faces angry and vulgar, there are practically no poultry dishes on the menu, only pork, but here we must understand that these are Belarusians, they eat pork. And there was not enough fresh greens for the meat, there is none at all. Otherwise, everything is fine.

We were passing through the city, went to a restaurant after reading the reviews.
The restaurant is not big, all tables are booked. They found us a table, limiting the time of stay. But we fit in quite well.
Why I took off the stars:.
1. The menu is very small. I chose cachucco soup. A recipe in a local way). Seafood consists of one shrimp and several mussels. The soup should have been thick, but there was essentially only one broth. Instead of toasted croutons, dried lavash.
2. The service is slow. With a small number of guests and a fairly short menu, the soup was cooked for 15 minutes, and the salad in general for 40 minutes.
The staff is smiling, but it's kind of strained.

On the advice of friends, we headed to the main street for tourists, where there were many cafes, restaurants and pubs, but we decided to deviate a little from the tourist course and walk along the neighboring streets, where we came across the restaurant "Jules Verne"!
The staff of the restaurant "Jules Verne" showed a high level of professionalism, friendliness and care for everyone a guest. The responsive and attentive staff created an atmosphere of cordiality and comfort, which made our visit especially pleasant.
Delicious dishes: The dishes presented in the restaurant's menu struck with their variety and unique taste. Each dish was prepared with special skill and love of cooking, which allowed us to enjoy the true masterpieces of gastronomy.

I don't believe you can find a more pleasant place in Brest. we went to lunch with a skeptical attitude - we came out completely delighted and confident that we would return here at least once more. After 4 hours we came for dinner, and after another 14 hours we came for breakfast.
Honestly, this is the rarest case when the result for the query "the best restaurant in the city" coincided with reality. the dishes (we fell in love with desserts in general), the service, the location - everything is perfect.

On the 15th anniversary of the wedding, we found ourselves with my wife and children in Brest and, winding kilometers of walking, we accidentally stopped at Jules Verne's.
A good place, a pleasant atmosphere, polite and friendly waiters, delicious dishes. It seemed a little expensive for us, but this is an estimated opinion, everyone has their own financial capabilities.
I definitely recommend it to all visitors of Brest.

The interior is classic and cozy enough... Inside, beautiful 2 birds in cages are eating and singing beautifully... (by the way) they also sang excellent tips in fact... 😉 we got on the breakfast menu, my wife and daughter had a delicious meal and cheesecakes in a chic sauce, and aladushki with fresh berries... In general, our girls REALLY LIKED IT... I personally expected to try the signature fruit tea...but I drank the usual +/- karkade... 😐 their coffee machine makes a decent cappuccino... I took a salad with duck and coffee. Everything is perfectly balanced in the salad, but the leaves are too greenhouse, and the breast is like ham, I prefer natural, baked. Coffee is wonderful. Next time I'll try steak, I'm an expert in them))) and I will add a review. As it is, it is a very pleasant, decent institution.
