I like the LCD. In my opinion, it is the most comfortable for living, because everything is close. The area is generally good too, decent people live. Of course, the parking lot is small, but it's like everywhere else. We rented an apartment on vacation several times. The concierge and cleanliness are very pleasing. The apartments were quiet, without unnecessary noise. Animals don't pee in elevators. It seems to me that the layout of the apartments is not very good for buying. Because the apartments are small, then just the bedrooms turn out to be tiny with huge windows and a sleeping place by the window. It's bad to ventilate, it's blowing. These windows are cold in winter, I think it's not comfortable. The architect was so-so. Such houses are suitable for the South, but not particularly for our climate.

We lived in this apartment complex for about a month, renting an apartment, and we really liked the area. There is a lot of greenery here, and Chelyuskintsev Park is just a few steps away, where we often walked with the children in the evenings. I was surprised by the number of shops right in the house: a mini-market, cafes and pick-up points for orders. The entrances and the courtyard are kept clean, and the metro and public transport are within walking distance. This is an excellent complex, especially if the developed infrastructure and proximity to nature are important.

There are no advantages. There are no footpaths. The movement of the car is endless, the cars cannot separate. At the same time, pedestrians have to jump out from under the wheels like rabbits. There's nowhere to park. The price of parking for purchase is off the charts. Microcellular apartments. And most of them surrender to the drunken and screaming newcomers. A giant hostel. This is not a place to live.

Not a bad neighborhood! The place is quiet, far from major highways. Near kindergarten, music school. In the basements there are shops with normal prices, cafes, a pharmacy, there is a sports ground and a children's playground. Near Chelyuskintsev Park and the children's railway. Moskovskaya metro station is 15 minutes away by a leisurely walk through the park.
Parking, like everywhere else in a multi-storey building, is a problem in the evenings.

The second disadvantage is parking, it is overloaded as much as possible. 3-5% of parking spaces are free during the day, there are no chances to park according to the rules in the evening.

In the evening, a beautiful view from the balcony or from the open vestibule in the entrance. Interesting architecture (for my taste). The concierge is on the ground floor. Fast and energy-saving elevators. From some balconies (far from all in the LCD), there is a magnificent view of Chelyuskintsev Park, especially from a height of 20-25 floors (it is certainly worth paying for, without sarcasm).
That's where the advantages end. There are few parking spaces, sometimes it's not realistic to miss each other in the yard. It's better not to even stutter about a truck. A huge human anthill.
Prices per square meter are inadequate (up to 2500 euros) and at the same time there is nothing supernatural either in the house or in the yard for this money. The name just now is Vogue. A children's railway runs nearby (but I'll give it its due, it doesn't rattle often and only during the day). There are not many shops near the complex, but it is enough for a quick purchase.
In general, for the taste and color, I would find a more comfortable place. Fortunately, there is an order of magnitude cheaper, newer, and more pleasing to the eye.

There are only two playgrounds for such a huge complex and very small ones, we saved on equipment for children. The courtyards are cramped, cars hardly leave, there is a lack of sidewalks for pedestrians to walk along. In fact, there are no courtyards- and no green vegetation either, just a parking space between the houses, in which a strong wind-draft constantly walks in the corridor. In general, the quality of the houses is more or less, but the plastic windows are all air-permeable, such cracks that it is cold in winter, and adjusting the frames will not help - only replacement... Plus, the metro is nearby.

The buildings in the complex are beautiful, especially in sunny weather, but walking along the streets you constantly see fences there are a lot of them, technically because there is a railway, it is necessary, but I think it was possible to beat them somehow. The infrastructure is quite poor, although the complex is located close to the center. The subway is not far away, but the exit to it is again bypassing many fences. Entry and exit is not very convenient, there is often no parking space.
