The most gorgeous restobar , excellent cuisine , amazing service . A cozy atmosphere for the evening. I'm just insisting that you get here. The waiters are all polite and competent in their work. The dishes were all exquisite and incomparable. Very tender pork steak meat with mushroom sauce, just a fairy tale. We also tried tartare with truffle mousse, it was something incredible, the meat melted in my mouth, everything was harmonious and very tasty. The food was beautiful and unexpectedly interesting. The bar menu is excellent , not expensive to afford , delicious and the payoff is pleasing to the eye. There is a wine shelf where you can choose the wine you prefer. Great place, thank you so much for making our atmosphere and evening so wonderful.

A great place for a small company to relax. Among the disadvantages, I would like to note the following: the actual absence of soft non-alcoholic cocktails, including in the summer, and not tasty and expensive desserts. The last visit was in mid-December 2024, and there was a more negative impression of this institution. The waiter immediately notified about the absence of at least 50% of the dishes from the menu or some key ingredients. There were no mussels, breaded shrimp, arugula, many varieties of cheese, pizzas, etc. In this situation, the administrator of this institution showed his lack of professionalism. The table was booked 2 days in advance for the evening, but for some reason the administrator did not consider it necessary to notify the guests of the force majeure at least a few hours before the visit. The waiter, for his part, explained that the supplier had let them down, but this was definitely not the problem of the guests of this institution. Unfortunately, in the city center in the second half of the week it is extremely difficult to quickly find an institution where you do not need to pre-book a table.

I recently visited the Zeleny restobar and was mostly satisfied. Here are a few dishes that I tried:
Tartare with beef turned out to be very tasty. The meat was fresh, sliced perfectly, with a harmonious combination of spices and additives.
The medallions with grilled vegetables also pleased me. The meat was juicy and tender, and the vegetables were perfectly cooked and fragrant.
The pizza with bacon, sausages and red onions was delicious, with a good dough and a rich filling. The perfect combination for lovers of meat pizzas.
Mussels in tom yam sauce surprised with their originality. The spicy and spicy dish added piquancy to the dinner.
Cocktails "Negroni" and "Gin and tonic" also deserve praise. Both drinks were prepared professionally, with a perfect balance of flavors.

They took it away and said they would redo it now. The first one has been cooling down all this time. They called the manager over and explained everything. It was only after a dialogue with him that we were offered loyalty in the form of 4 tinctures (the third minus, since we ourselves, roughly speaking, asked for it as an apology).
The second pizza was promised in 5 minutes, it arrived in 20 (the fourth minus). They brought it with the words "pizza is on the house." We took a pizza burger. They threw two teaspoons of minced meat and seemed to be trying to hide it all with a huge amount of salad and ketchup, roughly speaking, pizza could be drunk (the fifth minus). It would be a shame to pay for such a thing, but perhaps it's a matter of taste.

Further, after this situation, the waitress did not clean the dirty dishes for more than an hour, when everything was taken away from the rest of the guests quickly. Our table was completely ignored, they never came up for an hour and a half.

3. After the main course, we decided to order croutons. We asked about the delivery time and were told with a grin that they would be delivered very quickly. As a result, we waited for them for 40 minutes and even thought about giving them up. I don't understand why there was such a delay, given that the room was already much more free than when we ordered the previous dishes. The hour came, and they brought us the cherished croutons in the amount of 5 pieces. We didn't understand why it took so long for five croutons and garlic sauce.
4. The next item is a hookah. In general, there are no questions to the hookah master, he explained everything in an accessible way, advised and quickly brought it. but there is no hookah card in the establishment, you cannot see the price of a particular hookah, everything is known only from the words of the hookah master. The most amazing thing is that when he counted us (he does this separately from the waiters), he couldn't give us the bill, which made the price a little doubtful. Don't think that the hookah didn't cost some huge money, but where is the proof that the hookah master simply doesn't charge a price for every hookah he serves?
5. And now the most terrible thing we saw in this establishment. All of the above can still be justified or explained in some way, but this...
In general, we saw with our own eyes how the cook leaves the toilet cubicle, smoking a vape and not washing his hands after himself. He just left the bathroom and went into the kitchen to cook for the guests of the establishment, as if nothing had happened. It just completely killed the desire to come back here again.

There are no questions for the waiters, the guys are trying their best.
The food is disgusting. Of the 5 dishes, I liked only French fries and poke. The meat in the burgers and in the wings did not have such a feeling of seasoning at all. The taste is just terrible because of this.
The average check in this establishment is lower than in most establishments in Minsk, but you don't want to return with such food.
