In general, this time it took 1 hour and 10 minutes from arrival to the county to simply arrive and pick up the paid goods by pickup. It also happened at this time that I immediately went to the warehouse, asking the guard where I should go to the warehouse or go somewhere, the guard replies I do not know, that is, he simply opens the barrier to everyone without leaving his "office", without checking cars or documents, then what is the function of this barrier ? After that, when you drive into the warehouse, you see a sign - an extract of documents, you go there through 3 doors and get into an office where there is no one, but there are jobs, TTN forms, seals, but there is no one, went out, stood at the door, appreciated the black sofa, gorgeous :) but for 5 or 10 minutes, no one showed up. After that, I went out and went to the main store, and there I described above what happened. I'm sure it's just my luck with this location, but this was my third or fourth visit there in six years, and every time they get into a long document statement, or a refund, or a payment, or some other story :) moreover, this time the order was a penny by the standards of sales to individuals, but earlier I bought kits for a house under construction with doors with glass and hidden hinges, and there, by the standards, the orders were already heavier, so I conclude that it's definitely not about the amount of my order, but just either unlucky all the time or the processes of buyer movement and the work of the staff is complicated and tedious, in no case is the response not to the quality of the products themselves or accessories, but to the amount of time spent on picking up purchases.
The staff is very polite. The choice is huge. The measurer is super polite and competent in any matter regarding repairs. Installers at the highest level, the entrance door and the dismantling of the old one were installed in 30 minutes. All 5* guys are well done, a great team.

The company's managers also stipulated in advance that the measurement is carried out by them for a fee, the money was paid by us in advance, the measurement was made by Yurkas employees. As a result, when installing the doors, it turned out that the measurement was made incorrectly, and we need to pay an additional 60 rubles. for trimming the bars. Also, the locks for the doors, which were negotiated in advance, were not completed. The door installer (recommended by Yurkas), made a scandal about the fact that we want to pay these 60 rubles by bank transfer, behaved inappropriately, threatened that he would not cut anything at all (since it was not his fault that the measurement was not correct) and would leave everything unfinished. As a result, after 2 days, the door sill and the casing fell off. The installation was not done efficiently, the measurement was not performed correctly and additional money and nerves were spent. The money was never refunded, as there was no receipt, due to payment in cash, and not by bank transfer (as we originally wanted). We do not recommend contacting this company.
Such an assessment is only due to the disorder in the warehouse. No one knows anything, they shift it on each other, but you actually stand and wait. As a result, I had to stand for 45 minutes to pick up the change. And this is after waiting for the configuration.
There are no questions for the girls from the office. The quality is also good.
The review is negative. In September 2023, 2 urban doors were purchased. Upon pickup, the warehouse doors were provided for inspection. They are packed in a translucent film, with foam around the edges. That is, it is impossible to closely examine the door leaf itself without opening the package and removing all protective elements. No mechanical damage was found on the packaging, and therefore we took the doors away. Subsequently, the packaging was opened by the master and a white adhesive tape was found on the canvas in a place hidden by foam, near which there was damage (tearing of the door covering material). Of course, after contacting the organization, there was a refusal to return, as we took the doors, signed the act, and at the time of inspection we found nothing. There was no answer to the question of how the tape with the mark of the damaged area turned out to be under the package.
At the moment, there is a long appeal process ahead.
The advice to those who still decided to purchase the doors of the specified organization is to be more careful, since the company is not interested in solving the problems that have arisen, refers to the formal clauses in the contracts.
