The location of the hotel is excellent. Near the metro station Vezneciler and the Aksaray tram (7-10 minutes walk to the metro, 5 minutes to the tram). The hotel is also located on a quiet street, which is an undoubted advantage when you need to have a good rest and sleep. The staff is very polite and always ready to help with any questions, especially if this is your first time in Istanbul.
The room is small, but very comfortable. There is everything you need, including a mini-bar (kettle, two bottles of water, tea and instant coffee). The only small disadvantage may be high audibility (neighbors talking, etc.), but this is all solved by contacting the reception.
Many people wrote about the monotony of breakfast, but this was not a problem. Indeed, every day the food repeats itself (sometimes one or two positions change), but the most important thing is that everything is fresh and delicious (it will not be difficult to assemble a basic plate with all the necessary products). Unfortunately, coffee is only instant or brewed in a teapot. But again, these subtleties did not play a big role, since the overall impression remained positive. I would also like to mention the Russian-speaking Maxim, who helps solve a number of issues, is always polite and friendly. The hotel itself is not large, but it fulfills its basic functions. Good value for money for those who travel alone (for example, for a couple of days) and for couples without children. At the reception, when you extend a room on the spot, you can get a discount, which is two to three times cheaper than booking through aggregates (Island, Booking and others). The overall impression is positive.
very friendly staff (they speak Russian, English, Turkish), the breakfasts are good, varied, you will not stay hungry, the room is cleaned every day, clean, there are many shops and attractions nearby, the only thing is, my room was very small, I did not expect this, but these are my problems, I had to look more carefully when booking and not expecting that I will have a junior suite almost in the center for such a good price. Besides, I came for work and this is just what you need for those who only sleep in a hotel. plus the room was new and modern, even Russian channels were shown on TV. Thanks, I'll stop again! 💕
A hotel that left only pleasant emotions about our trip.
The staff is always smiling, helpful and just friendly.
The room was chosen small, but it is super comfortable, everything you need is there.
We cleaned every day and left a lot of water. The location of the hotel plays a big role, it is close to public transport: in 10 minutes there is a metro and a tram.
Breakfast is from 7:30 to 10:30, it may seem monotonous, a couple of positions always change, but everything is fresh and delicious.
WiFi loads perfectly, the only thing you need to re-enter your login information every time.
We liked the hotel and we can definitely recommend it for those who come just to walk around Istanbul and not sit in the room.
When we left the hotel, we noticed a wonderful picture: A house from the Woxx Hotel for a cat, the client was definitely pleased and did not even look back at us.
Firstly, it is located in a very convenient location, close to the main attractions of the city, but somewhat to the side in a quiet alley, next to the metro station of the green line, which leads to Istiklal and Kabotash, on the other hand, next to the M1 tram line is Sultanahmet, this is the Basilica, this is Hagia Sophia, that It's Kabotash. Secondly, there is a very good team of young administrators who will help you figure out a very difficult Istanbul, and thirdly, a varied and delicious buffet breakfast.
I'll start the review with a good one. Very good staff, the Russian-speaking guys at the reception always told me where to go. The location is generally good, but not the best. The hotel is very small. The room is very very small and there is a washbasin next to the bed. On the plus side, water was replenished every day, and tea and coffee were also in the room. There was cleaning and a change of towels every day, the linen was snow-white. As for breakfast, in principle, we did not stay hungry, but there was very little choice. especially for Turkey.Every day there is an omelet, boiled eggs, sausage, cheese, vegetables, terrible cupcakes, apples and oranges. No matter how moody I am, it's a very weak choice even for me. But I want to emphasize that the food in the street cafes also went bad, and the prices went up, which was saved by the fact that we only spent the night at the hotel, came running all day, and simply couldn't even look at any shortcomings.
The location is excellent - close to both the metro and the center on foot in 15 minutes. The rooms are clean, cleaning every day.
The breakfast is simply gorgeous and very plentiful.
The only drawback is that the rooms are cramped, but if you come to walk around the city and only spend the night at the hotel, then it is quite enough.
By the way, you can bargain at the reception desk and get yourself a much lower price than on booking sites.
Great hotel. The rooms are really very small, but you don't plan to stay in the hotel and rooms all the time.
The breakfasts are decent . The staff is responsive and friendly, they solve everything quickly and at the first request. Special thanks to manager Maxim (Russian-speaking), the staff is very pleased with the hearing)))) He makes the most delicious tea . 🙏 Room service every day , friendly Turkish woman .
There is a metro, tram , and buses near the hotel.
There are many restaurants and cafes .
I recommend 💥
It's a lovely hotel. Modern and stylish, with small but very cozy rooms.
Convenient transport accessibility.
If you need extra space, the rooms will seem small to you.
Excellent breakfasts. Delicious coffee and desserts.
The guys who work at the hotel are all great fellows, professionals in the service sector.
I will definitely return to this hotel on my next visit to Istanbul.
A small, cozy, clean hotel. Rooms: very small, it is difficult to put a suitcase, the sink is 50 cm from the bed, yes, it is in the room. The bed is wonderful, with a hard mattress, the linen is snow-white, it smells nice. Don't expect to get three towels that are familiar to the hotel, there are 2 of them, they are changed daily. Breakfast - on the 3rd day, I don't want to go down to the Lobby. There is no variety, the coffee is terrible, once in 7 days there were nuggets, delicious. Now about the main thing! This is a team that meets you, accompanies you, and helps you. Wonderful guys! There is a Russian-speaking Maxim in the team. Sincere, ready to help in any situation, to chat, to make sooooo delicious coffee. Many thanks to the guys for the warm welcome! And we saw them off like family! Good luck!
Everything would be fine if it weren't for a significant "but". We stayed with friends in Istanbul. We chose the hotel based on its location and reviews. The room with a King-size bed is very small, but clean and cozy. View from the window to the neighboring building. Nice managers, 2 guys speak Russian well
The breakfasts were not bad, the selection was small, which is normal for 3 stars, but what was delicious (especially regarding the fact that my friends and I practically had nowhere "delicious" in Istanbul
And now to the cons. There is only one elevator, it cannot fully accommodate more than two people
Well, the main DRAWBACKS. After cleaning, $100 mysteriously disappeared from a bag that was not in the safe. It was her own fault that she hadn't hidden it in the safe, but she was pleasantly impressed by the hotel and couldn't have imagined such a thing.
The hotel said they would deal with the situation. They said they were confident in the staff and so on. We looked at the cameras, only the clinker was coming in. Well, we haven't decided anything. Disappeared and disappeared. I'm sure there was a certain amount, I counted it before leaving.
Therefore, such an unpleasant aftertaste remained, no bonuses were even offered in the form of a free transfer to the airport and so on (
A few days passed, they promised to contact us for a settlement, but no one wrote(
The Woxx hotel in Istanbul is a cozy little hotel in the University district. Not far from the city center - a couple of tram stops or 20-25 minutes on foot. Very nice staff, ready to help. The room is perfectly clean, the bed linen is of good quality, the bed and pillows are comfortable. The rooms are small, but there was enough space for me. The area is quiet - it was very important for me when choosing a hotel. The sound insulation in the rooms is also good, as it seemed to me. The breakfasts are good.
We lived from March 23-28. The hotel is clean, the rooms are fresh. Cleaning every day, water, tea, coffee in the room were replenished daily. We were alone with my mother, we were first settled into 103 standard rooms with a regular bed, it turned out to be 1.2 m, although we were booked with a king-size bed. We contacted travel agents and were visited in room 503 where the bed is 1.6-1.7 m. You'll immediately tell me that the room is not the right one, but zooming in on the order photo, it became clear that the bed is between 2 bedside tables and the room is slightly larger. I posted a photo from a small room. The breakfast is delicious, and some dishes were changed every day. Wi-fi was catching intermittently. The only negative thing is that there was a clogged drain in the shower, the water was draining very badly. Some of the staff at the reception speak Russian.
Good price-quality ratio. The rooms are small and very compact, for example, the sink in the toilet does not fit, it is located in the room. Balcony for one person. But it's clean, well renovated, the room has everything you need, you can smoke on the balcony, breakfast for 4 balls. The hotel itself is conveniently located, there are many attractions nearby (up to 3 km on foot), 2 metro stations within walking distance. It's a good option for those who have come to see the city.
A small but cozy and comfortable hotel in a QUIET location of the city. The staff is very polite, knows Russian and English, good and delicious breakfasts. The rooms are small in size: single rooms are about 6 square meters, and double rooms are 10 square meters. The elevator is small, with a maximum of 2-3 people close by. I liked the hotel both in terms of price and quality. I advise everyone)
Great hotel. For me, there is a small disadvantage - this is the size of the room. It's a little cramped for two people. but! All other advantages compensate for this. Moreover, they are not going to Istanbul to sit in a room! Excellent location, absolutely everything is nearby, and attractions, and transport, restaurants, cafes. ... Very friendly staff, ready to help with everything. Clean room, with good Wi-fi and shower, with good water pressure. The room was cleaned every day. The breakfasts are good. Anyway, I definitely recommend it.
The location is excellent- near a major transport hub: Aksaray metro, T1 tram line, Havaist-12 stop from the new Istanbul airport, as well as bus stops. And combined with the price, this hotel is generally super! The room was cleaned daily and neatly. The bed is comfortable, the mattress is hard (in a good way), the pillows and the blanket are comfortable. The room has a semi-open balcony, a kettle, coffee, tea and sugar, 2 bottles of water are left free of charge daily. The room is well ventilated, there are no foreign odors, the room has air conditioning. Breakfast is from 7.30 to 10.30, omelette, boiled eggs daily, as well as changing dishes - onion rings, French fries, nuggets, croutons, potato slices. Every day there are greens, fresh vegetables, 3-4 types of olives, salads and different breads. There are seasonal fruits, you can come to the kitchen at any time for tea and coffee. The female chef is very friendly, humble and sincerely responds to gratitude for delicious food. The staff at the reception, the cleaners are very friendly, speak Turkish and English. Maxim speaks Russian well.
Of the minuses, Wifi was sometimes poorly caught in the corner room 505, because the router was in the middle of the corridor on the floor
how to get:
• Option 1: taxi ~ 50-70€
• Option 2: From Istanbul International Airport by Havaist bus(HVL-1) to Aksaray bus stop. And there are 500 meters on foot ~ 275 liras
• Option 3: by subway. We left the airport and took the subway to Gayrettepe station (almost all tourists go there). Next, go to the "Gayrettepe - Yenikapi" branch. Get off at the Vezneciler station. And there is 500 meters on foot. ~ 70 lire.
And so the hotel.
For me, this hotel is a top three (and these are not stars, but a rating). The price-quality ratio doesn't add up at all.
Through Yandex. Travel, the room for one night came out at 13 thousand rubles. We booked for four (I was led by the reviews). Well, that is, it is absolutely not budgetary.
1. The rooms are not just small, but literally tiny, but we knew that - we read in the reviews.
There is dust in the rooms. Everywhere. On the fixtures, on the floor, on the furniture. The teapot and cups are generally covered in a thick layer of dust.
2. Repairs. It looks stylish in the photos, but in fact the repair is outdated. It's torn somewhere, it's broken somewhere, it's falling off somewhere.
3. The balcony is one name. For example, in rooms on the sixth floor, the railings are so high (above my height) and not transparent that you can't look down on the street. Only if you put a chair under your feet and stand on it. So we're just satisfied with the view of the sky. The balcony is also very dusty and dirty. We had a doormat, a brush, and a bucket on the balcony. I'll be in someone's closet...
4. Filling the room with disposable consumables is very modest. For example, I have not seen such budget slippers yet. It's literally a cardboard box with gauze glued to it. There are no bottles of hygiene products in the bathroom, but a dispenser. Cheap and very tortured by life. It is not clear which of the three is filled with which product. Where's the gel, what's the shampoo, and what's the conditioner can't be sorted out.
This dispenser is hanging in the shower stall. That is, the sink has no soap in the dispenser, no disposable soap, and you have to go to the shower, drip this liquid into your palm and go to the sink to wash with it. Absolutely not convenient. And we didn't bring soap with us. The hotel is for 13 thousand per night. There, a priori, a piece of soap was bound to be there.
5. Wi-Fi. Your password will be your passport number and serial number. If you don't touch the gadget for a while, the Internet turns off and you need to look for your passport again to connect to it, and so on a hundred times a day. But during the 4 days of my stay, I memorized my series and number in my passport.
6. I read in the reviews that all the sights are within walking distance. Ahem... if 3-4 km in one direction is walking distance for you, then ok.. But not for me. Walking distance is UP TO 1 KM.
OF THE ADVANTAGES:
• On the second day, when all the acceptance stages have been completed, the number no longer seems microscopic, but seems to be just small.
• The breakfasts are quite pleasant. The omelet is not overdried, there are nuggets, cheeses, olives of various types, simite, some kind of cupcakes. Not that wow, but you won't stay hungry.
• There are Russian-speaking guys on remepshen. It's convenient.
• The hotel is located on a quiet street. No loud noises at night.
Would you come again? Definitely not.
I have already been to Istanbul 5 times and from time to time I am convinced that I need to take a room in the Sultanahmet area. That's exactly where everything is within walking distance.
And for 13 thousand a day, you can definitely find a more interesting room and twice as much.
Nice, cozy, service. The rooms need to be updated, but it more than pays off with the attention and warmth of the staff. Breakfast is a Swedish line, varied. The location is simply gorgeous - the historical center of Istanbul, close to public transport stops, many shops and cafes for every taste
A good hotel, there is an elevator, which is not a little important when the room is on the 6th floor, although it is very small. Good breakfasts, vegetables, fruits, cheeses, sausages, eggs, butter, jam, pastries, tea, coffee. The staff is friendly. the rooms are small, keep in mind the room type is 20 m, it probably has a bathroom, a corridor and a balcony, but this is the case everywhere in Istanbul, disposable slippers, toothbrushes and paste, soap, three containers of shampoo, gel and rinse aid in the shower, a kettle, tea and coffee in the room. by the way, you can always ask for tea and coffee at the reception and sit outside. We liked the hotel.
The hotel is small, the rooms are microscopic. Even to the point that the washbasin is combined with the bedroom. The bathroom has a shower and toilet. Modest, but clean and cozy. A small balcony overlooking a quiet street. There is no private parking!!! The staff is friendly, there is a Russian-speaking manager Maxim - respect him and thank you for your support and travel arrangements! Overall good!
We stayed for two nights in a double room with breakfast — we were pleasantly surprised by the service, the atmosphere and the food!!
very friendly staff and a good buffet selection. the only negative is that the room feels smaller than stated. Room 182 actually only had a bed.
The staff is wonderful, I spoke exclusively in English at the reception, but the hotel has a wonderful young man from Russia who you can contact for help if you do not speak foreign languages. The hotel is beautiful - clean, stylish.
The rooms are small, but there is everything you need - for a comfortable stay, I advise you to take a room with two single beds, if you are not traveling alone, the double bed is small, after long walks you want to stretch out on the bed like a star, and if there are two of you, you definitely can't do it, there is nowhere to stretch your arm)
Excellent breakfasts, we always managed to eat well, at these breakfasts we lived to dinner without any problems without an additional meal. The coffee is really very mediocre, we drank more of a wonderful fruit chilled drink.
We were at the hotel from February 17th to 21st, it was cool and the cold air is very strong from the windows, if you are freezing, then take warm pajamas. The room on the 2nd floor smelled of sewage, closing the door to the toilet helped, but the fact itself is there.
The hotel is wonderfully located, near 2 metro stations, bus and tram stops, we actively used land transport.
A transfer to the airport from the hotel for three people cost 55 euros in a large comfortable business class minibus.
I recommend the hotel!
A delightful place, excellent service, very clean and pleasant, there is a Russian-speaking staff, breakfast is traditional Turkish, with elements of European cuisine. Quiet, the bed is comfortable. The best place in Istanbul in its price range!
I really liked everything: the room, the breakfasts, the staff, and the location) all transport is close, the area is quiet, all the sights are nearby. I would like to mention the staff separately: they are very polite and attentive guys, and one guy even speaks Russian fluently :)
The hotel is nice, new, modern, the rooms are really small, but we came to walk around the city, not to stay in the hotel, the rooms are cleaned every day. There are many attractions, bus stops, shops, and cafes within walking distance. The breakfasts are delicious and the staff is very friendly. One of the boys at the reception speaks Russian. We more than liked everything.
Great hotel!!!Only the pros (we didn't expect the hotel to leave such an impression when booking!).The location is very convenient, the metro is nearby.Attractions (Blue Mosque,Hagia Sophia,Grand Bazaar) are within walking distance!Shopping center/shops nearby!
Good breakfasts, room cleaning! The staff is excellent! Now I know where to stay when I'm in Istanbul.
Great hotel
The rooms are small, but they are just right for spending the night. The bathroom is clean.Towels were changed every day. There is a kettle in the room, 0.5 liters of water is left every day. There is tea, instant coffee.
The breakfasts are great and varied.
The staff is friendly and helpful.
It's not noisy at all.
The hotel is clean and cozy.
I recommend
A cozy hotel in the center of the old town. Fresh renovation. The room is small, but clean, and was cleaned daily. The breakfasts are delicious, the assortment is not large, but you will not stay hungry) All major attractions are within walking distance, 10 minutes from Aksaray metro station, 15-20 minutes to Eminenyu marina from where ferries depart. The place is just great for exploring the city.
Good hotel, clean rooms, regular cleaning, good neighborhood, delicious food, special thanks to the staff, I express my gratitude to Bel boy Abdullah, sociable, will help with any question, also the reception is Amil (Anul).
It's a good three. Good breakfasts. Good location. A quiet place. But Sultanahmet and the Grand Bazaar are nearby. The tram stop is not far away. The rooms are small but comfortable. The shower and plumbing are new. There are no foreign odors in the bathroom.
A cozy hotel. The rooms are very small, but there is everything you need. You won't be hungry at breakfast. Russian-speaking staff work at the reception. The transport infrastructure is within walking distance. I recommend it for accommodation when visiting Istanbul.
I visited Istanbul for the first time in April from April 4-8. I chose the hotel based on reviews when I went to the reception and fell in love with it at first sight!I paid special attention to the boys who work at the reception, Amil, Farrukh and Abdullah! Russian speakers helped us with everything, with excursions, with taxis, with shops, cafes. They give themselves 100 percent to their work! I will come back here only because of them and I will recommend this hotel to everyone! The location of the hotel is excellent, close to the metro, city hall, shops, restaurants, cafes, market, quiet, and as the boys at the reception said, the area is very safe! And it was very noticeable when we went out at night! The breakfasts are excellent, the rooms are new and modern, clean, and the cleaning is daily! In general, we were left with the most pleasant impressions. We wish you prosperity and success! Elvina, Alina and Lilya from rooms 403 and 201!We will return here in 2026 and we will be glad if we see these guys at the reception again!
A cozy hotel for those who travel during the day and who need comfort at night.
Small but cozy rooms;
There is hot water in the shower at the moment it is turned on (many places are wrong);
Every morning, the room is cleaned, including changing towels, replenishing tea, coffee and bathroom supplies;
The breakfasts are delicious and varied, I think everyone will find for themselves what they like;
The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They speak mainly Turkish and English, but there are several employees who speak Russian well.
Excellent hotel, comfortable, comfortable, modern for active tourists who walk a lot.great location, everything is nearby.Maxim is Russian-speaking and very positive.Thank you.If to Istanbul, then only to you

Good evening! I just got back from vacation. We stayed at the Woxx Hotel in Istanbul. A great option for 5 days, the hotel is new, in a quiet location, very compact and cozy. The breakfasts are hearty and delicious. There were cheeses, olives, herbs, tomatoes, cucumbers, snacks, desserts, omelets, eggs, coffee, tea, lemonade, assorted fruits. We were not hungry, on the contrary, we ate too much and enjoyed walking until 15-16 hours, well-fed. There were wonderful, helpful, decent guys at the reception, Anil and Abdula. They speak Russian. They will always help, tell you how to get there, what to see. Yes, the room is not big, but it is very cozy, for me it is very important that there is a good shower and the water flows with good pressure. And there it was, a great shower and good water pressure. Towels were changed every day. In general, the entire hotel staff tries very hard to make the guests' stay pleasant. I highly recommend this hotel for your stay. The sights are not far away. We actually walked! Although there is public transport nearby!
I definitely recommend it!!!!!
Hello, we had a rest in this hotel, we liked everything very much, the staff is very good, the people at the reception are good and kind people will always help ,there is also a very nice Busra girl, the male staff are very friendly, cleaning every day 😍🥰
A very pleasant hotel to stay in the heart of Istanbul, in the historic Fatih district. New renovation, nice mini rooms to come and relax after long walks. Rooms were cleaned every day, towels were changed. There are 2 metro stations within walking distance. The staff is polite and always ready to help. I especially remember the Russian-speaking porter Maxim, who very tactfully and politely helped everyone with all questions that arose.
Excellent location, the hotel itself is clean and cozy.
The friendly staff, the buffet breakfast also pleased me...
If there is a trip to Istanbul, I will stay here again.
Convenient location, friendly staff. The rooms are very compact, but it's the perfect place to spend the night. The breakfasts were no frills, but we never went hungry. Excellent choice.
Clean, tidy, well renovated.
We checked in earlier for a couple of hours. They cleaned it daily, changed towels, put water on. A TV with a couple of channels in Russian. Good breakfasts.
I lived in a housekeeper's room, which was really very small in Hong Kong. But there is a window (there is a well in the courtyard) and an air conditioner.
The hotel is newly built, very clean, pleasant staff. The rooms are small, but considering that we mostly walked, it was enough! Decent breakfasts. We walked to Sofia and Galata. I recommend

Super hotel, good location in the old town, close to tram tracks, modern renovation, clean, beautiful and inexpensive. Breakfast was included, a very varied buffet, it was delicious. I had a rest in August 2024, I would like to mention the staff, all very friendly, ready to answer all questions, especially Maxim, knows Russian, is a very responsive and pleasant young man. I tried Turkish coffee here for the first time, it tastes great!)
Everything is clean and new
It's cramped, but not scary.
The service is trying very hard
Is there anyone who speaks Russian?
The rooms are too small
The food is delicious
The atmosphere is pleasant
We were greeted by a very polite and pleasant employee who speaks 110 out of 10 Russian! The best impressions for the trip are new, so the rooms are naturally top-notch. I liked the air conditioning and shower in the room (please just sign where the shower gel is and where the shampoo is)
At the hotel, money was stolen from us, taking it out of the safe in which we kept part of the amount — the envelope with the money was opened and was not lying as we had originally put it in the safe. The staff refused to record the theft in writing and promised to sort it out with the head manager, who would arrive in the morning. We were assured that the safe has a password and master password entry history, which can be used to find out everything. However, in the morning, the chief accountant said that they did not have such information and could not help with anything. According to the surveillance cameras, on the day the money disappeared, immediately after we left, a hotel employee came into the room "to check that we had left and the room could be cleaned," which took him almost two minutes.
After this situation, we read the latest reviews for April 2025 and realized that we were not the first to do this. I do not recommend staying at this hotel, the staff deceive looking at the face and refuse to solve the problems that have arisen.
We stayed at this hotel in December with my husband. The hotel itself is not bad, clean. The breakfasts aren't bad either. I also liked the service, especially the Russian-speaking guy Maxim. I sincerely thank him for everything!
Nice hotel, located in a quiet location, conveniently located to some attractions, very friendly staff. The breakfasts are pretty good, cleaning every morning. The rooms are small but cozy, clean and well decorated
In general, I'll say this. The overall impression of the hotel is the most positive. In general, we were satisfied. Of course, there are moments that are not very pleasant: a faulty window that did not close tightly, a very small room (but this is expected and indicated on the website), when booking, the king size bed was indicated according to the veil turned out to be 120cm wide (we did not ask questions about this, but so we might have changed the room), very low ceilings (it is critical for me, because I am 2m tall, and the ceilings in some places are lower and the door openings are 1.8m. That's where the cons end. Take into account that the hotel does not claim to be 5 stars, as it honestly declares.
A very pleasant hotel at an extremely reasonable price. It is located in a quiet location, while within walking distance to some attractions, in particular the Grand Bazaar. 5min to the metro and tram, there are many shops around, there are also grocery stores. In the Laleli area, probably the most profitable exchange rate in currency exchangers.
The staff is very pleasant. The breakfasts are very decent. Yes, not every day is different. The menu doesn't change much from day to day, but everything is delicious and there is enough of everything (buffet) The staff meets you halfway on any issue and tries to help. Will I return to this hotel again? Yes, I will come back if I get the chance.
There is also a cool cat at the hotel. Affectionate and playful. We called him Voxik. 😁
So if you stop, bring him a present and greetings from Rostov. 🙃
We had a rest on 1.11-6.11, we really liked it, a nice cozy hotel, friendly and attentive staff, I would especially like to mention Maxim-a responsive, friendly, pleasant young man. We will be happy to come again!!!
