I have been using this pick-up point for a very long time, I always liked everything: they quickly issued orders, politely responded, but today an unpleasant situation happened.
I came to pick up the order, they gave it to me and I was about to leave, but then another customer came from the fitting room and the girl switched to him, began to find out with him what he would pick up and what not.
I asked if I could go, but instead of a normal answer, they raised their voice at me, saying that she doesn't have ten arms, etc. It would seem that you explain calmly, I'm not arguing or swearing with you. I stand and wait for her to get free, and again they rudely tell me that don't stand here, go.
But before I left, I asked why she was rude to me, she started telling me that she wasn't rude to me and in general, I don't need to argue with her, she had a lot of clients today.
As a result, instead of covering up the conflict with the client, she inflamed me even more and I left in a foul mood.
I repeat, before that I always liked how this pick-up point worked, the girls who work there always arranged it, the first time I came across something like this, so that they raised their voice and were rude to me.
Unfortunately, there is no desire to return there anymore.
One of the employees is always unhappy about something. There were a lot of people, she was outraged that they were ordering a lot, people were already crazy! She threw the goods that were being returned, then picked them up and shifted them. I constantly order for this item. But this employee will never prompt and still be rude. It may be hard, of course, but it's such a job, working with people, a person should understand this when getting a job there. And accordingly, I started ordering to another point.
Today, on October 30, in the fitting room, I mixed up the packages with the goods, approached the employee, explained that I mixed up the packages for help so that we could figure it out together and sort everything out according to the code. There were two employees at the point who began to be indignant at the entire pick-up point, and one even said that she would withdraw money from me if she was charged.Please note at the beginning of my review, I came up and said that I had confused the packages with the product, in a word, I was confused. In order to get help with this issue and jointly resolve this issue. Since when are employees allowed to talk in that tone? Everyone should know their place and if you are in this place, then do not forget about it. Boorish attitude.

The worst service on Kovalevka. Several times a blonde woman came to this PVZ constantly with a dissatisfied face. There was a very unpleasant situation when the product was paid for, but I was told in the affirmative that there was no code for it. The product is about 100 rubles for a second. I was told there is no such product. To my question, how can this be, if it is written in my LC that I am ready for issuance, my question is simply ignored. I didn't swear, I just left in shock. But then returning, it turned out that the product was miraculously found. I ask the representatives of the World Bank of Belarus to pay attention to this PVZ because according to reviews, this is not the first time that goods are lost!
It is necessary to write a complaint either to the traffic police or to the executive committee. To the director or the owners of the point on Suvorov 108, maybe they can arrange a circus under the windows themselves? Cars with goods are traveling and creating obstacles for pedestrians and residents' cars, as well as destroying both the parking fence under the windows and the green grass. The noise from the rumbling of these cars on the sides both day and night. While on the back side there is an entrance for unloading!
The pick-up point began to work poorly. The product comes with a defect and is not of proper quality. Of course, it is not the employees of the point who are to blame, but the one who delivers the goods or when transporting the goods. Valberis is disappointed. And the employees can't explain anything, they don't even explain, and they don't want to talk at all. I haven't received the money for the defective product yet.
The staff is always friendly and will help with any question. The pick-up point looks like one of the cleanest, with several urns. Even a bowl of lollipops for customers!)

I don't recommend it. The most terrible PVZ in Brest. Brazenly stealing goods. The order is in the "Received" state, the money has been debited from the card. As a result, my orders ended up in the operator's pocket. The most interesting thing is that you can't prove anything. Within 2 weeks, the situation was repeated 2 times. Moreover, the second order was not cheap.
