Extremely impolite employees, but to be more precise, we are talking about one particular one, in the person of a gentleman named Garik, who not only does not know how to communicate respectfully with people, but is also openly rude. The request to provide your first and last name is refused. He believes that people have hobbies, coming to pick-up points, dirtying the things they ordered there and handing them back.
Getting deeply involved in the details of the situation...my wife came to the point to pick up/try on things, as usual, something came up, so she took it home, something didn't, she wanted to hand it back. Garik refused to take the item back, because in his opinion it was put on, soiled and decided to hand it back, so we have fun. I don't know, there are rules governing these nuances and so on, but perhaps the employee (especially in case of refusal) should know them and be able to argue his position, not to mention the initial norms of etiquette and respect for people who were not traced at all. Communication skills in general are also at a fairly low level, and working and communicating with aggressive clients is a rather controversial approach.
Bottom line: it's great that a pick-up point has opened near the house, but it's not cool that incompetent employees work there, represented by a specific person who scares off customers and does not meet the standards of the largest marketplace.
I like it, fast, no delays, clean. There are several fitting booths. The girls were very polite. The last time the man was not very happy with the visitors, or the day might not have gone well.
