There were problems with non-cash payment on my part, the manager spent 40 minutes trying to help me. Figured it out. The car was with a full tank, everything was fine. We had a great ride for 2 days. Passed without any problems. The deposit was immediately refunded (they paid in cash, they also returned in cash). The only thing is, if you want to hand over the car a couple of hours earlier, then warn them in advance, because they may be on the road. Very nice, helpful staff. I have never regretted it! We received the car at the airport, just picked it up in the parking lot, checked all the damage, added a dented license plate. In general, the car was in good condition, refueled, a little scratched, a little tired, the equipment was almost minimal, the air conditioner was running, the automatic transmission was kicking hard enough, the mileage was 230,000 + km, they took the economy version of the VW Polo. We drove about 1000 km, there were no problems on the road. We took a polo for 4 days, never failed. The only thing was that the lower speakers didn't work, and we drove for a thousand kilometers with only beeps.
But the service is terrible.
At the time of delivery, they waited 30 minutes until the car was supposedly brought from the car wash.
At the handover, the situation repeated itself. We waited 20 minutes for the manager, although we had agreed in advance for a certain time.
They also clarified whether there is a service for taking the car to another place - there is none, of course, this is a minus that you need to go somewhere to take it.

Disgusting rental, no attitude towards customers. I rented a car for a day, wrote in advance and specified the date and time of the meeting, explained why it was critical to pick up at 9. As a result, I had to wait an hour in the rain until at least someone from this office deigned to appear.
Is there a dispute? Did a tire burst? These employees will write that it's clearly your fault, you punctured it, and it burst. They won't show the puncture site, they'll buy 2 at your expense, change them, and all questions will be answered for six months.
I highly do not recommend it, no matter how good the wrapper may seem - the content here is questionable.

There are zero complaints about the car - despite the high mileage, it is in excellent condition. Except that the wipers didn't really cope with the crowds of insects smeared on the windshield in the forests.

I rented a BMW 230 car for a few days directly from the main pick-up point on the ave. Independence.
The car is in excellent technical condition, clean outside and inside, the tank has been refueled. I have completed the maximum insurance coverage of "Ultra", received an unlimited daily mileage. Everything was quickly arranged, instructed, and on the way.
From the wishes:
-- replace the license plate frames with neutral ones, i.e. without the words "Car rental" (at work it was necessary not to show that the car was rented).
-- when renting a car, give out a sheet with the most necessary information on the topics of accidents, car rental, breakdowns, etc
. Otherwise, the service is excellent, I will return to Minsk, I will definitely contact you again.

P. S. Since the car had to be refueled only with AI-98 gasoline, keep in mind that not every gas station has it, a couple of times in the intercity I had to take a thorough ride to find it.

We took a car (rapid) on 05/28/2024. In general, everything is fine, the car was fine. They took it for a couple of days, but then extended it. When ordering, a deposit of 300 BR is charged. When the rent and deposit were paid, the exchange rate was 30.65 Russian rubles per 1 ruble. On the day we handed over the car, the deposit was returned to us, but at the rate of 25.33 (all screenshots and confirmations are available). After we asked a question in the same correspondence channel where we communicated by order, the company's employees were very reluctant to understand the situation, and later, after recognizing that it would be fair to return the difference, they simply stopped responding to messages. I believe that the deposit should be refunded in the same amount. The company has shown itself to be irresponsible. I do not recommend taking cars with collateral from them.

We rented a car for 2 days on weekends. A very nice price tag for the economy car + insurance segment, as well as very friendly staff. Kia Rio is in good condition - it survived the journey to Brest and back without problems.
There was a small problem with the delivery: the manager was not in place for a long time, although we agreed to arrive a little after closing time and hand over the car early.
But at the same time, the employee was in touch and came anyway, despite the fact that the working day had already ended, so this is more a plus than a minus.
From the point of view of improvements, it might not be superfluous to take one padawan, who will always be on revenge and, if anything, refresh the cars with a Kercher so that the client does not waste time on a small car wash and refocuses economical cars on hybrid models: you can rent a little higher, but the driver will pay less in total (rent + fuel) - that's it They're winning.

Initially, they booked and paid for a Mercedes GL with maximum insurance without collateral and mileage restrictions, the day before they said that it was not there (anything happens, cars can break down, or someone extended the lease), they offered a fresher Ford or Audi (but with an additional payment), but they made a discount of $ 28 on Audi. We ordered it with a child seat, which we forgot (lost time, although I reminded you in the evening), but we brought an expensive, good chair (this is +). Upon arrival, they were washed (on a robot), refueled to full. There were no problems with the delivery, except for a timid request to pay 45 rubles extra for a sink. This company causes me only aggression. I took a car here twice, a BMW three and four. Each time, the manager called the price 10-20% higher than it was discussed at the time of booking, and then with a surprised face he shifted the papers and said "Oh, right, sorry, I forgot." They don't know how to communicate effectively. I can't get my deposit back at the moment. I paid with a card. They write nonsense about 14 days, although the bank term is 7 days, which have already expired. Asking for a refund receipt is simply ignored for three days, and after I started calling, they feed me with promises to call back. There are no questions about the car, the customer service is close to zero.
