Hello everyone I was vacationing with a 13-year-old child at the Wasa hotel in June 2023. I didn't regret a single day that I chose this hotel! We flew on vacation spontaneously, so it was simply not possible to make long decisions! The hotel is located in the center of Alanya, a 5-minute walk to the beach, I note that the sun beds and mattresses are free! We were lucky: the air temperature is 25-27 degrees, the water temperature is 22-24 degrees, which is very comfortable for me! After the scorching sun, it's nice to plunge into the cool clear water! It was stormy for several days, but this circumstance did not overshadow our vacation, because it's so great to ride the waves)))
I would also like to note the convenience of the location of the hotels! Right in the center of Alanya, so everything is within walking distance!
The service staff especially left a pleasant impression! They are always polite, smiling, and as attentive as possible to all requests!
The rest in Turkey was unforgettable)))

We rested at the hotel in June 22. The food was served according to the buffet system. There was enough for everyone. Food for every taste, no frills, but we didn't starve. I was pleased with the location: 5 minutes to Cleopatra beach, 2 minutes to the main street, 15 minutes to the port. The service is good, cleaning every day. The staff is responsive, speaks Russian. A very smiling and cheerful Bartender. The bar is open until 22.00. then for a fee. They paid a little for a room with a view of the pool, but the rooms are all the same. Excellent sound insulation. There is a Migration center nearby, and a bunch of shops. There is no territory as such in the hotel. The swimming pool and its surrounding areas. The beach is equipped, the workers are cheerful, especially Ali. One minus on the beach there is a stove in the water, it is dangerous to enter, we went to the left, there is a good sandy approach. I want to go back there

A wonderful hotel for 3+. The rooms are cleaned daily. Towels and bed linen are changed once every 3 days. But if you want earlier, just throw it on the floor. They cook delicious. There is a variety, but of course not much. The sea is nearby, sun beds and umbrellas are free. Everything is paid nearby. The Internet in the hotel is paid for how long you decide for yourself. The speed is good. The city center is all within walking distance. I lived in the building and everything was fine. There wasn't enough fruit and there wasn't much choice, but I thought it would get worse. On the beach at the entrance there is an exit plate from the sea, I took special shoes but did not use them. Since I found a place where there was a convenient entrance and immediately sailed. But there were cases when people were injured. Therefore, I recommend taking shoes for those who just want to swim shallow in the water. I was satisfied.

I want to warn tourists. *** works at the reception, which costs nothing to deceive the guests, I arrived at the hotel at night, immediately began to offer a good room for an additional fee, I refused, asked to connect Wi-Fi, it was $ 100 in one bill. He (name Mehmet) started looking for change and said give me the money, I didn't see what was going on behind the counter, as a result, he says that there is not enough change, and come tomorrow, handed me my bill, I was tired and didn't notice at first, found only in the room that the bill was not mine, but torn in half and the torn one, taped somehow, went to sort it out, he pretended that he did not understand anything, like come in the morning everything will be fine, in the morning he was replaced by a colleague, when I came up with a request to buy a Wi-Fi and handed this bill, he began to explain in Turkish gestures that he could not accept it, after my tantrum, that would not to attract attention, I quickly found change, and connected Wi-Fi, for the first time I encounter such horror, be on your guard, and in general I did not like the hotel, the only plus is the beach and the beautiful sea.

We rested with a friend from 11.06 to 06/19/2023, for the second year in a row at this hotel (in 2022 we were with families). We arrived at night, and the fun began. We had a room booked in block B, but at the reception they started saying there were no rooms available, then a young full-time Turkish employee came and wanted to send him to the muz hotel, which, for a second, is located at the very beginning of Alanya. Arguments began, he tried to get us there first for 3 nights, then for 1 night, offered a free transfer there, then 3 days Wi-Fi, then 3 days safe, then generally said, spend the night here (in the lobby), there are no rooms. As soon as they demanded to contact the travel agency (teztour) by phone, a free number suddenly appeared from somewhere and we were checked in. If we hadn't vacationed there last year, we would most likely have been confused and agreed, because of a misunderstanding of how it should be. So consider this moment.
I liked block B more than the last block A, the rooms are fresher, the cleaning is better, coffee /tea is freely available around the clock, the only thing was to go to the main building for meals, and considering that the road was noisy nearby, but it did not bother us in any way. In general, if it wasn't for this Turk from the reception who wants to cut down money, then everything would be fine.

The worst hotel I've ever been to. We had a rest in early June 2023. The staff at the reception is something with something, there is a fat, overeager Turk who brazenly asks for money for rooms on the floors above the first one. The food is disgusting, there are no breakfasts at all, cheese, eggs and sausage that you can't take in your mouth, for the last two days I just couldn't eat this food, there was no choice, only apples from fruits, at best sour oranges. The rooms are disgusting, it is impossible to set up water in the shower, then boiling water is icy, there were days that the water disappeared from time to time. The rooms are cleaned terribly. Of the advantages, only the location. The beach is also not great, when entering the sea, the plates that people cut their feet on. in general, I do not recommend this hotel to anyone

You need to be prepared that when you check in, they will try to "sell" a good room. For an unknown surcharge, they will try to persuade you to a room with a beautiful view.
After my wife and I refused, we were given a room in building B, despite the fact that we have paid for Building A. Building A is more expensive, there are recreation areas and a restaurant. It doesn't matter at all to me to go from one building to another. But if we had bought a cheaper room from the very beginning.
The hotel manager just said there were no rooms available. I'm sorry, but when you get scammed, it's nothing but a scam.
I do not recommend this hotel, but if someone wants to rent this place, be prepared for such an outcome.

We rested with my husband in Vasya 2 times in a row, no matter what anyone wrote, we like everything madly, we will go again and again. Clean, calm, there are no screaming children, the food is normal, there are a lot of stones nearby, we will eat at home, everything is just fine, the staff is attentive, cheerful. The most terrible hotel! I don't understand where you get good reviews from! Ants are everywhere! The food is disgusting! There's a terrible girl at the reception, it's just impossible to have a constructive dialogue! The staff is evil! Lived from 10.05. -18.05.2022. We checked in with the child at 8 a.m. without any problems, without requiring an additional payment. The location is great, the food is delicious, the staff is very, very friendly, speaking Russian and English. I give a solid 5 stars in the review. A great hotel, superior to its 3*. The food here is very tasty, they put food without regret. Wi-fi is excellent, copes with the traffic I'm used to. The staff is very friendly, the guys at the bar are smiling and funny, although I feel sorry for them because of the uniforms they wear (it's very hot outside for such clothes). The reception does not cope with the influx of tourists a little, in my opinion there is not enough one more person to serve, I had to stand in line for half an hour to ask some question, pay for the service, etc. The sea is just around the corner, there is a HALKBANK ATM nearby, where you can withdraw cash without commission from a Tinkoff card and a MIGROS online store, where you can buy anything for reasonable prices.

The main and huge plus is the location. Cleopatra Beach is 5 minutes away, sun beds are free from the hotel, and the port is a 15-minute walk away. There are many cafes and shops nearby.
The repair is certainly not new and the food is monotonous, but it's a three-piece and for a fairly acceptable amount of money. The staff is excellent.
If you do not want to stay in a hotel, but choose an active holiday, then this hotel is ideal for its cost and location in the city center. But it's better to take the "A" building right away so that you don't have to go from another building to eat and go to the bar.

I liked everything in the main building of the hotel, the manager is very nice and cheerful
The food is good, but after a few days I got tired of their seasonings 🧂
The room was in building b. There are many disadvantages in terms of room and service in building b.
1. The balcony door does not close until the end, because of this it is very noisy and + we got a very noisy neighbor who was talking loudly on video communication until 3 am.
2. Room cleaning, during our stay, we were cleaned once and did not even change the towels, we had to go down with dirty towels to the reception and ask them to be replaced. Accordingly, since we were cleaned only once, there was not enough paper and soap until the end of the stay, we had to buy it. I can also note that after the first night at the hotel, I left a request at the reception and asked to put another sheet in the room, because it was not pleasant to sleep under a blanket, but for all the days this was not done.
If it wasn't for the service in building b, then everything would be fine!

We had a rest in September 2021. I have stayed in 3 hotels very often, and this is the worst in my life. The room ruined the whole impression. They lived in building B, it constantly stank of sewage, the hangers on the balcony were broken off, the curtains were not attached to the curtains, they were cleaned once during the whole vacation, on the second day they asked for it themselves. Well, the worst thing is, in the evening the plugs were knocked out in the room, the receptionist tried to glue the vending machines with tape, spread his hands and left, and only the next day after breakfast, turning to our guide from the tour operator, they restored the light to us ...
The food is also so-so, very monotonous, delicious every other time. We went to a cafe in the city.
The beach is good, the entrance to the sea is open, but you can go a little further, there is a good entrance.
I hope something has changed this year.
