Hello everyone. I had a rest in WASA, in the period from 9.09 to 18.09. The weather was gorgeous, the sea let down a little, there were small storms. They put me in building "B", for which special thanks. The room is large, clean, everything is working properly. Cleaning is daily!!! Tips were given daily in the form of Alenka chocolates and sometimes TL. The food was wonderful and varied. The sea is nearby and the sun beds are free. The beach is a bit dirty, but it's more on the conscience of the vacationers themselves. There are places to go and see a hundred in the city. Excursions are offered, but I also went on them (the Green Canyon and the Yacht Harem Maldives) and just walked until late at night every day. We were here in July 2023. A wonderful hotel. Excellent for a threesome. The food for the three (I emphasize "for the three") is very good, varied. We lived in building B. Everything was clean and brand new. It leaks badly in the shower , but it's not critical. The mattress is comfortable. The closet is large. If we go again, then only to our Vasya 😉

The rooms are spacious, the rooms are cleaned and towels are changed every day. The choice of dishes is small, but they cook delicious, everyone will find a dish to their liking. White fish was cooked almost every day, and there was beef. With fruits in June, the choice is small: apples, sometimes oranges.
If you need entertainment, then you need to go to the city. There are no entertainment programs on site.
The bar offers free beer, white and red wines. The beer is good, the wine is disgusting.
The staff is attentive and friendly.
The hotel has its own sun beds by the sea, but they have been occupied since the morning. By 9 a.m., as a rule, everyone is already busy.

Pros: the location, varied food, room cleaning, kitchen and bar staff are wonderful.
Cons: administrators extort money when checking in. To live in building A, where the kitchen is located, they offer to pay extra. The amounts charged vary from 1,000 rubles to $150. Don't be fooled by their conversations that the building is far away and something is wrong with it. They mislead people who are exhausted from a long journey. Yes, you need to go to a meal for 2 minutes, but the building has new bright furniture, spacious rooms. Don't pay them anything! If you bought building B, then live in it. Everything is fine there. They are misleading in order to put money in their pocket.

We lived in the hotel from 28.04 to 11.04., building B, room 304.
I read some reviews and as if about another hotel)))
I'll start with wi-fi, because in our time this is the most important thing:
It is paid here, but it costs only $ 2 / day - a glass of coffee in any coffee shop is even more expensive. Therefore, I do not understand the outrage that the Internet is expensive here. We took it for two weeks because we did not come on vacation and worked remotely on working days.
Excellent Wi-Fi reception, just like at home, right in the room of building B. There was never a break and pulled two computers, two iPhones, quietly watched YouTube in the evenings!
Why you chose building B:
If you do not have children and you are lovers of peace and quiet, then I highly recommend building B. We were very satisfied.
Because in building A, from 7.30 when breakfast starts, music was turned on at the bar ... and there was constant fuss under the windows until late in the evening.
We had a huge balcony, a view of the road and the mountains. The noise from the cars only lasts until 23 o'clock, then the city quiets down. But if you live in a city and not in a village, then the noise from the road is simply not perceived. It is very quiet with the balcony closed. The air conditioner works almost noiselessly, so no sounds interfere with sleep.
Cleaning:
We settled in at night on 28.04 and already on 30.04 we had our room cleaned! We cleaned and changed towels every other day and brought toilet paper every day, thanks a lot for that)
We didn't leave any tips, because there was always no exchange.
Food:
Regular meals, I don't understand people who go to 3* and wait for all inclusive, like at 5*.
There were no excesses, but it was definitely impossible to stay hungry. There were always soups, fresh vegetables and herbs, every day there was fish, several times red, chicken, cutlets and various side dishes. There were different desserts, but we don't eat sweets, so I can't rate the desserts.
The usual light lager and white / red wine are poured at the bar, but here it is perhaps for an amateur, we bought wine and beer in the store, opposite building A. Prices are 1:1 as in Migros and there is a good selection of wines.
Staff:
We did not notice rudeness, on the contrary, everyone is very friendly.
Regarding the admin that everyone is complaining about, we were lucky and he was kind to us)
We asked to be given the quietest, most improved and largest room so that no one would walk through us all day. The reward was $ 20, a trifle, and we were given a great room, not killed, a large balcony, a nice large bathroom and most importantly a corner room with a view on two sides and only 2 rooms of neighbors, with whom we were very lucky. We sincerely enjoyed our stay.
In building A, the rooms and balconies are small, the balconies are literally two chairs and a table side by side. Well, if it's important for you to enjoy a glass of wine on a nice balcony overlooking the mountains))
Location: the location of the hotel is super!
In 3 min Migros, a bunch of beautiful coffee shops and restaurants,
At 7 min the beach, we always went to the beach opposite the Damlatash cave - by the way, I recommend visiting it at 7.30 pm. We were alone at the time and were able to take a bunch of cool photos.
The entry into the water is impeccable only from the mountain side, a sunbed for the whole day is only $ 2 or you can sit on towels.
Further along the beach, the approach is not very good and the views are too.
Of the cons: perhaps only hot water....
You had to get used to the faucet so that you either didn't get doused with boiling water or ice water.
Well, audibility. The walls are probably literally made of cardboard and you can hear the neighbors talking, especially in the morning)
But this is not critical.
PS: we have already traveled almost all of Turkey, more than 10 different cities and lived in hotels from 5* to 3*, because we often rent a car and visit cities for 1-3 days. My husband and I thought that the hotel could qualify for 4*.
But this is purely our opinion, as a rule, we do not expect or demand anything from a budget 3* hotel.
Danger:
One more moment! At building A, there is a barker in the bath complex, a Russian-speaking abhaz. He behaves extremely aggressively and inadequately. Grabs women by the hands and sells services. Moreover, he pursues hotel guests, namely women, all the way to the beach, sits down without asking and begins to communicate with them frivolously and tactlessly ... when women go into the water away from him, he gives them slippery and vile compliments. This is the first time we have seen such game. Immediately send it to x.... And don't even try to politely refuse him. He's like a homeless dog asking for food, running down the street even for just passing women. Fortunately, it was in the last days before our eviction. But without my husband, I was even afraid to go pour juice.
I hope the hotel will solve this problem if there are more than one complaints)))

I just got back from Wasa. I booked a category - only hotel, literally 2 weeks before departure. For 6 days, "all inclusive" paid 13,500. And this is me alone, it cost 17,000 for two. And now, having seen the real cost of just a hotel, people! You are welcome! Don't feel negative for this money. You will not even have a rest in Samara for 6 days with an all-inclusive package for 13.5 K. (You can book a transfer through the 7.24 service, via vots ap), the cost is 500 lira from Antalya. Alanya is a bustling tourist city, but it's so cool here! You live an ordinary city life also by the sea! I lived in building B, the promo room, it's big enough, it's just a room on the second floor, right under the shops. Because I spent the whole day outside the hotel, just eating there, I fell asleep at 23:30 without hating cars by the road) I slept soundly) Vacationers are mostly women of 50+, having fun drinking wine and turning on their songs, which makes it even more noisy in the A building.
Everything worked in the room, sometimes there was a slight smell of sewage in the bathroom.node. Yes, and the shower could switch at the moment.Cleaning every day, a very pleasant employee. I had my first vacation in Turkey in 3 stars. To be honest, I was afraid of disappointment, but the hotel turned out to be very pleasant. The rooms are good, the bathrooms are quite decent, the rooms are cleaned daily, towels are changed - in my opinion, by inspiration, but it didn't bother us. One of the features is the almost complete absence of territory. A tiny 140 cm deep swimming pool with a small compartment for children. And around it there are 5 sun beds and a dining area, there is also a bar. In general, everything is more than satisfactory. The beach is a 5-minute walk away. In a couple of minutes, Migros. Very convenient location - close to a mountain with a fortress, a street of bars, an embankment with ships and yachts and other entertainment. In general, maybe it's not worth it with children, there is no animation, but adults are normal. Probably, it is important now - the attitude towards Russians in the hotel and on the beach is good. The guests are mostly Russians, Russian-speaking Germans, Serbs, Bosnians, in short, Slavic brothers, and Turks themselves.

When we first arrived, there were very few people, building B was not inhabited, mostly the 5th and 6th floors were empty. The changes began with a massive influx in May. And here you can try it. And the Rolton puree? And an omelet made of powdered eggs and paper sausage? And the soggy cookies in sugar syrup? That's all there is to it. And of course, the mass processing of what is not finished. It is wrapped in pita bread and baked. Or it is filled with the same egg melange and fried ..... coffee machines are turned off in the evening after dinner and before breakfast. 2 maids are also unable to cope with cleaning. The hotel is located in the very center of Alanya. It consists of two blocks. The restaurant, bar, and pool are located in Block A, but Block B on the 1st floor also has a small recreation area, a coffee machine and a cooler. The food is delicious, the staff is friendly. WiFi costs $10 for 7 days. This is inexpensive compared to roaming. Free sun beds and umbrellas on Cleopatra Beach. Attractions within walking distance: Damlatash cave, archaeological museum, the port and fortress can be reached on foot, or by bus or funicular. There are shops, pharmacies, restaurants nearby, and night clubs nearby. Great vacation!

There is a funicular up the mountain near the beach, I advise everyone to take a ride, preferably as soon as it starts to get dark, the beauty will amaze you, and when you go down, everything will be in lights. For a small budget, the place is perfect. Of the frankly negative ones, only the old numbers, which I really want to modernize.
There are much more positive things: the staff is responsive and tries in every possible way to solve any problems, the food is varied, the beer is good, the pool area is pleasant. The beach is 15 minutes away, there is a private area with sun beds, drinks and food are offered for an additional fee, you can leave a towel on the sunbed and return to it later.

In my opinion, this is one of the rare cases when quality takes precedence over cost. Location 5+: the sea is close, the center too. There are also sun beds on Cleopatra. The food is better than many 4*. The room is clean, the water is cold/hot without interruptions and with good pressure. I definitely recommend it!

We had a rest at the Wasa Hotel in June 2023. The flight to Antalya was clearly on schedule, and the return was delayed by 1 hour.I liked the hotel very much. The rooms were cleaned cleanly, although the mirror in the bathtub was not wiped at all.The bed linen was changed often, but the towels were changed only twice in two weeks. Apparently they should have been thrown on the floor. The best thing is of course the proximity to the beach, five minutes, and free sun beds and umbrellas. But if you come at 9.30 am, there may not be any free sunbeds anymore. Nutrition, of course, is a separate story. Of course, no one will remain hungry, but it is monotonous and there are practically no fruits, apples, occasionally oranges and once in two weeks there was a watermelon!!! Those who previously went to this hotel are very discouraged by the food. But the staff is all friendly, the service is at the highest level. Alanya was very pleasant, we will return another time, but we will consider other hotels!!!

It was at the end of April 2023. A great city hotel, no frills. Everything you need for life is there. It is important to keep in mind that the Internet is paid, so at the very beginning it is worth paying $ 7-10 for wi-fi. But on the other hand, very comfortable sun beds with umbrellas are free on the beach. Also, you should take your shower gel and hair balm with you because there are none in the room, only shampoo with soap. The food is simple and satisfying. The location is great. It is not suitable for those who expect peace and quiet from rest. The hotel is surrounded by cafes, bazaars, and bustling streets.
There is everything for active recreation here.
On the downside, there were no slippers and an iron in the room. I do not take off the star for this because it did not interfere with my personal rest.

A normal city hotel with its own super beach. We chose primarily by location in the city center, we only slept and ate at the hotel.
We were satisfied with the food, we were full and did not get poisoned, and thanks for that. An additional $10 was paid for early check-in. Below we wrote about a young employee at the reception, yes, he has such features. The room is in the main building with a view of the mountains and the pool. The furniture is a bit from the past, but everything is clean. The Internet is paid, 7 days - 10 dollars.

THERE IS NO BUFFET IN WINTER!!! They give rotten food for breakfast!!! And very very little!!! You can only eat scrambled eggs from one egg!!!!

The main building is better, and ask for the floor above, there is a beautiful view on the latter.

I am not the first, or even the 10th time in Turkey and Alanya, but I have not yet met such a holiday. Objectively, the hotel is in the city center, close to the sea, but the attitude towards the guests is not caring since the settlement: they are sent to the 1st floor with windows on the roadway, I understand if there were no available rooms, but no, relocation is only for money, the host Intourist is a separate conversation: a visiting boy can only whine: well, buy a tour from me, is it a pity for you - this is literally, the issue with the room does not solve, he says, additional money is needed.
But back to the hotel: cleaning for 8 days was 1 time and garbage is not taken out accordingly. This is the first time I've seen this in Turkey.
The food is edible, no one goes hungry, but there is no atmosphere of relaxation, no one smiles, everyone is exhausted.
So not to say that it is absolutely terrible, but a complete disappointment. There are still 2 days left, I hope they will clean it up at least when I leave.

I rested in this particular place for the third time, before that I was in the next four, in WASE for the first time. When we booked, we specially took the B building because it was much cheaper than the main one, but it didn't bother us, but I didn't expect that our building was on Atoturka Boulevard. So we were still "lucky" at the reception when we arrived, the fat man who extorts money from everyone was on duty, we bought a present from Russia, we handed it to him and of course he settled us so that the balcony and windows faced the noisiest street. The first night we did not sleep at all because the traffic is so round-the-clock, motorcycles are roaring, cars, buses without stopping, we tried to close the balcony, but the noise is no less, it seems that there are no windows, i.e. there is no noise insulation. By the way, we age ladies certainly wanted silence, so students lived opposite us who did not sleep themselves and did not give everyone so their windows looked out into the courtyard. The price of the voucher includes sun beds that are located on the second beach, we went there once, it's impossible to lie there, everyone smokes and it turns out you didn't come to breathe sea air but smoke, when asked not to smoke on the sun beds and to step aside, all the smokers (Germans, Poles, Russians) begin to be very indignant, in general, we didn't go there anymore and we went to the beach closer to the mountain. Now about the food, the food was good, the cook cooks delicious, we always found something to eat, but we had to eat in a closed room because on the street near the pool where the tables were also almost all smoked. So I don't think I will return to this hotel, as well as the location is good, 4 minutes to the sea, near the funicular and all the sights of Alanya.

I did not regret that I chose "Vasa", a small cozy room with a balcony. They cleaned it every day, although they took away the towels, they never brought them.
To the sea 3 minutes on foot, to the port 10 minutes, you can hide on a boat or a ship
in 3 minutes lift to the castle.
There are many restaurants, cafes, shops. There is a Russian cuisine restaurant "matryoshka" (if you miss okroshka, borscht, dumplings, herring under a fur coat)
In 15 minutes there is a grocery market, go interesting. There are also fish and meat restaurants.

We visited this hotel in September, stopped by the hotel late at night, at the reception a full employee of this reception began to beg for money for a good room. In the end, we agreed and gave $ 80, for which we received "this" photos I will leave in the comments. The only 2 pluses in the hotel are the location and the food. The beach on the sea is VERY dirty, there are flies around that will not let you enjoy your vacation at sea. If you have previously gone to 4 stars or 5, I do not advise you to go to this hotel, as you will be disappointed with everything.
The number is generally a separate story. The furniture is all old, the bed consists of two mattresses, the bed linen has not been changed once in 11 days, they only rearranged it smoothly and beautifully, but did not change it. All the furniture, it feels like it's been gnawed by someone. The door to the balcony opens with incredible effort, so you will pump up your hands for a rest (by the way, this is also a "plus").
The staff at the hotel is mostly schoolchildren or students who work part-time in the summer.
Your guide, who, so to speak, should tell you everything about your vacation in Turkey, will only give you an excursion and will sell the dollar exchange rate several times more expensive. Somehow this is how I rate this hotel. If you are eating for the first time in Turkey, it is better to spend more on a hotel than to live in this one.

This is the fifth time I've checked into this hotel, I really like it! The location is gorgeous - the very center, Cleopatra beach, the rooms are clean, good, the staff is excellent, never divides guests by nationality. It is a pity that I will go to another one in the summer, Wasa is too expensive....
But I hope to return in October. I recommend it to everyone!!!

For 3 stars, everything is just super!
The food is not very varied (3 stars!), but delicious, the location of the hotel is simply gorgeous! And most importantly, the beach! The hotel has its own places with sun beds and umbrellas, but not anywhere, but on the second beach on Cleopatra.

The 3* hotel. 2-3 minutes from the sea. I liked everything. If I am in Alanya on a budget tour, then I will come here. The food is quite varied. My room was in Building A, big, good. The beach is your own, free if anyone cares. There is Wi-Fi on the beach too. Wi-Fi is available at the hotel for a fee.

We had a rest in the middle of May 2023. Of the disadvantages, the only one is the paid Internet. On the way to the airport, almost all tourists from other hotels also complained about the paid Internet. Everything else is very good. The food is just great. There are few people in the restaurant, there have never been queues. Turkey, chicken, and lamb meat are constantly being eaten. Salads are very diverse. The desserts are great. A very decent team of chefs and their assistants.Thank them very much. The rooms were cleaned, bottled water was constantly brought. 1) RED WINGS flight WZ 3071 was delayed for 8 hours. Accordingly, the time spent at the airport reduced the start time of the vacation.
2) After a long wait and a long flight, the Wasa Hotel staff did not offer food and drinks.
3) There is no hot water in room B103.
4) One room of room B103 is closed (prohibited for use and other guests live there).
5) There is no balcony in the room B103 Wasa Hotel, although the balcony was included in the paid price of the standard room of this hotel. Clothes do not dry, the room is poorly ventilated.

I like this hotel. Breakfast would only be more amazing. Lunch and dinner are fine. Sweets -4-5 types. The fruits were apples, plums, pears and watermelon every day. The rooms are small, but there is a large bathroom and a large balcony. They clean up every day. Towels and bed linen are changed regularly. It's in the main building. The second building is newer. Thirty meters from the main building.The location is excellent. All attractions are nearby, shops, bus stop, water park. It is a 4-minute walk to the sea. There is also a funicular.. everything is nearby. I highly recommend it
