Attention everyone!!! Who will buy Voyah from this company. I share the sad experience of buying a car. They changed the prices as they wanted within 8 hours. They don't know what they have available from the extras. The time of issue is by 11 a.m. I examined the body, it was not only dirty, but also after polishing in the husk of the polishing disc. They didn't even manage to wipe the body with millet. The doorways were covered in sand and mud. In the cabin, the air ducts were in greasy fingers, apparently the guys were eating lard. I didn't even understand if it was a new car or if it was brought from a cornfield. The thresholds were scratched, the discs were not washed at all! I sent it to the car wash. It took about an hour, they kicked out the car and started rubbing it. Streaks and scratches on the body were left(. In the cabin, the gearshift and turn knobs were stupidly muddy!!! How is that?! They polished it and asked me, is that all? No!!! The two rear discs were scratched to the alloy. I called the sales manager. He took a picture of everything and asked if there were any more comments? It turns out that you have to check the car yourself when issuing it. The car was issued at 16:30. So why do such handy guys work? And executives in jackets walk around looking smart. Shame on this salon and the executives. I'm not buying a new car for Perov. I have never seen such a soulless issue. To all those involved in the sale of cars in the salon on Partizansky Prospekt, this is not your place of work guys. You still need to learn, even from the Chinese whose cars you sell. 2 points to you for your service!

Well, now about the cons.... I have not met a more "miserable" version of communication with the client! Starting with the fact that you can't get through there for several hours in a row .... you get to the answering machine, which "screams" (it screams at the volume level) about the premium service, which is where it ends ;) . Then no one picks up the phone, the answering machine turns on, which offers to record a message and .... broadcasts that the recording space is over ; a couple of times it was possible to record a message and ... of course no one called back! I managed to get through to the administrator twice to make an appointment for service , the manager was busy and they promised to call me back ... They even called back once . There are questions about the qualifications of the staff , they speak according to a memorized scheme , not always at random ... Although we must pay tribute, this is more an exception than a rule - in principle, communication is correct and quite client-oriented . Due to the decent volume of sales, it can be problematic to sign up for the service promptly. If management is able to organize normal communication with customers , then the car center will be significantly above average .

We listened for 10 minutes as three girls decided which one of them would conduct a test drive for us, because, I quote: "the weather is disgusting, I don't want to, fuck you." As a result, one madame, with the air of a queen, silently went out. It took us a moment to realize that this was how our test drive had started and we needed to follow her. The girl proudly climbed into the front passenger seat (previously, at all test drives, in other car dealerships, I was always told to sit next to my spouse in front to evaluate the functionality of the car). During the entire test drive, the girl said only one memorized phrase: "we turn around in the first permitted place." That's it! No demonstration of the car's functions and options. We just drove in silence in a straight line and back. The girl also silently got out of the car and left, thanks for not chewing gum. The goal was to buy a car and we were really looking forward to this test drive, we wanted to get to know VOX better, see all its options and features, but alas, we received only negative impressions, got upset and left with nothing.

I turned to the importer and checked, they said that knocking is inherent in all cars of this model. But when buying, all managers claim that the car is premium. They refuse to eliminate the disadvantage. Errors of the front and rear angle sensor are constantly appearing on the panel.The only answer is that dirt gets in. And in dry weather, what gets in? In May 2024, I signed up for the installation of aluminum protection on 02.05.2024. We accepted an application for 08.05.2024. On 05/07/2024, I got a call back. I confirmed that I would be coming. I live in Pruzhany 270 km in one direction.On 05/08/2024, at 12:00, I was at the place.When contacting the manager, they said that all aluminum protections were sold.There was no limit to my indignation. The creak of the front panel, the creak of the rear trunk. The attitude of the staff towards customers is polite, but the management of its customers does not put anything in it. If anyone wants to buy a car from this company, please think about it. The warranty does not extend to anything.

I advise you to send car sellers to courses of active sales, identification of needs and high-quality presentation of cars. I didn't like the consultation, they only answered our questions. A cool car could be sold very nicely, since we ourselves arrived "lukewarm", but the so-called sale only scared us away and sent us to another salon. And the car is super! Will I buy it? We signed up for a test drive. The administrator was immediately informed that there would be 2 drivers. The contract was made for 1 anyway, saying we will do one, but eat 2. The manager came up, went to the car, the question of who is driving was answered by two in turn, to which we received the answer - you have 1 contract, so 1 driver, and offered a ride in the parking lot to 2 people 😂 well, okay. A test drive takes 10 minutes maximum. During this time, there is 0 information about the functionality of the car. Whole. All information needs to be extracted by asking questions. We arrived back at the salon, we were not even offered to sit down. We received all the answers on loans, etc. verbally while standing at the entrance. There is simply no interest of the staff in the sale. We arrived with the intention of buying a car, but left in disappointment. The desire to buy was simply discouraged by their service.

Gritting my teeth, I decided to buy Voyah Free for personal use at the very end of December. I liked the car very much, and the managers are great - they do their job well. But for the first time you get discouraged when you read the Lada legacy contract, and if you are still familiar with the legislation, your eye twitches. After reading it, I thought, at least the tire service on New Year's Eve would be done in honor of the holiday, but I wasn't even surprised to the manager, the management replied that if I didn't want a car, then there was already another buyer. I repeat, I understood who I was dealing with, so I forgave and forgot the "businesslike" approach of the management. When the car was picked up on December 29 in the evening, after signing all the documents, before leaving the salon, my wife looked at the numerous scratches on the gloss in the circle and a blue scratch on the aluminum molding... He still doesn't know about the chewed key - I carry it with me. The joy of buying has completely disappeared. The manager promised to do the polishing of the elements the next day. The gloss was sorted out. Of course, they couldn't do anything about the key and the molding. A couple of days later, a call center specialist called to find out how satisfied I was with the visit. I voiced the question about the molding again - as a result, silence. In principle, my fears were confirmed: whether you buy Lada or Voyah, the approach is the same, but, unfortunately, not the best. I hope this review will help someone not to repeat my mistakes.

There were 3 test drives, I liked the Dargo car in principle. But you start to look, according to basic functions, such as in my "old German" they were like 2x2, and here the rear doors do not open at 90 *, there is a dog, how does the rear passenger sit down with a dog in his arms, when the doors are not fully open? In principle, Dargo, as an option, was not bad, but when inclined to buy 50-50, some kind of push was not enough, advertising on the site, tires as a gift, you come - the tires ran out. You approach the managers, they look at each other, it's trivial who should approach the client... ) Well, I decided to think about it. I went for a test drive on Voyah Free twice, on a dorest and on a restyle. On restyling, the internal combustion engine is more powerful, the muzzle is more aggressive, the rear screen is on the second row of seats. Dorest, on the other hand, has LED matrix optics, adaptive. The restyle doesn't have one. In general, the rest did not catch me, and the savings in the price of 15,000 BYN finally inclined me to the rest. The service is excellent, the manager Roman tried very hard. I didn't get to the rest, Geely, Tigo, Tang, before the test drive, I just read and compiled a comparative table of characteristics. The car's functions are at a height, and they were sold much more expensive half a year ago, in Russia and now the price tag is +40-50% to the Belarusian price. The price is really like in China. I was looking for a trick, but I didn't find it, the discount is real. Therefore, you should not expect special gifts from the dealer. But the mats were still given to the salon) My arguments in favor of Voyah Free: the car is really with positive reviews, 90% of them, all-wheel drive, two electric motors, air suspension, 490(!) hp, 4.8 seconds to a hundred, not a very large 39 kW battery, this is also a plus and minus, it will be relatively inexpensive to replace it in the future, there is an internal combustion engine, with an internal combustion engine - mileage like a conventional car. This is an electric car, I have green plates, with all the privileges. When the charge runs out, the car goes well, I've read somewhere that it's stupid... not at all, she will still give other vehicles a head start. It's too early to write a full review, and I have only 4 days, but the first impression is very positive. Matrix optics, electronics and technology - this is space, you need to find time and adjust it all to yourself. By the way, charging the battery at a fast station takes 25 minutes (from 20 to 85%), I would like to have more of them in the city, of course. There is also a big plus, the presence of BNB bank right in the office, very profitable loan programs. On the plus side, the price does not change when lending. At haval, they immediately increase the price, although then the lease is preferential. But the BNB conditions suited me better, the loan is up to 10 years, but it can be repaid at any time, without sanctions. What I didn't like about Voyah Free: Chinese, English, no Russian yet, but they promise to Russify for free in March. What I didn't like about the service: there are a lot of vehicles covered with film, this service is persistently offered, and it is at the top of the market in value or even higher. As a result, I asked to cover only the "muzzle" to a minimum. I also didn't like that you can't participate in the service, let's say, antikor is done 10 days after the film, I asked if it was possible to participate, they said no, but maybe I'll still make an agreement. If they do everything according to technology, so why can't they be present?! What are they afraid of?) I've been serving on Atlanta for 15 years, if you want, you're wearing an orange vest, and don't bother! There is something to think about... But I say again, I haven't been there yet, if that's not the case, I'll write a rebuttal) While there is no anti-theft and steel protection on the car, I thought I would drive an old one, sat down after Voyah, and no, it stands in the yard... The mileage of the car is less than 15,000 km... six months have passed since the purchase. We visit the service regularly, almost like going to work. They refused to remount it. MOREOVER, the buyer is absolutely not protected by the warranty against car breakdowns, read carefully the terms of warranty service!! There is no such disinterested staff in any salon in Minsk.

We bought a Voya Free electric car in this car center. When issuing it, there was a small room, a dubious bow on the hood, a cursory familiarization with the car and goodbye! A month later, friends bought a Jili Tugela. So they were given a car in a chic room decorated with balloons and bows, solemnly handed the keys with congratulations and a video recording! The buyer is pleased, but we have more sediment... The money was taken away and switched to new potential customers...
