We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights from January 2 to January 4, 2025 with a tour group. My room was a single room.
I want to say right away that the hotel itself looks very large-scale, beautiful, BUT... Inside, the hotel is "just tired", very tired. It has been requiring repairs for many years.
We only had breakfasts included, which were barely warm. Because the organizational groups eat everything the same.
The hotel has a swimming pool (unused), 2 restaurants (where you can eat separately), an express bar (open until 23h). You can buy coffee from the coffee machine separately at the reception.
The room was cool (Belarusians save on heating). The audibility between the rooms is very good! The carpet is stained and dirty. A shower stall with rust.
There are NO disposable slippers, hair dryer, bathrobes, kettle, air freshener in the room.
A sachet of shampoo and a small piece of soap were placed in the bathtub.
Tour groups mostly stay at the hotel, as there are many buses in the parking lot. I wouldn't stay at this hotel for a few days.

We stayed at this hotel for the first time, as it was the most budget option for our dates.Our room was 602, we were completely satisfied with the room, you couldn't wish for 65 rubles better.There were 3 sockets in the room, the TV was large and flat, but we didn't turn it on.There was soap, shampoo in bags, 3 towels of different sizes, 2 cups thick enough to boil water in them with a boiler.The room was clean, odorless, the linen was clean and ironed.I didn't find anything to complain about.On the 4th floor there is an ironing room with 2 boards and irons.I didn't take a picture of our room, somehow I didn't think, but I took a picture of the doors of the rooms on the 4th floor with funny names, probably suites.You can buy breakfast in the morning at the restaurant from 8 to 11 o'clock, they said no problem, but we didn't go, we were too lazy and had our own food.I can't speak for the convenience of the location, because we took a taxi from the train station and the banquet, and back the same way.As a budget option for travel or for an evening of meetings, as I recommend.We spent the night from June 22 to 23, there was a very pleasant and friendly girl at the reception, which is also a plus for such employees

We pre-ordered the wedding, made an advance payment, and the staff promised that the next day they would send an already adjusted order and the final amount to Viber. As a result, the management did not contact us for 2 weeks, and when they got through, they could not remember if our reservation had been made. It was also necessary to pay for a certain time to collect the money, because that's how the cashier works. The staff also tried to impose a bunch of unnecessary dishes, and the end result was that the waiter told us that we had to pay 10p per person for the entrance of our guests. Although then her boss said she didn't need to, since it was a big order. If you want to be nervous, there will be an event or not, make an order here. We moved the event to another restaurant.

In fact, there is no hot water in the cooler, a hair dryer on request at the reception, cleaning is absolutely not every day. The room was comfortable. It is a pity that the impression of the trip was overshadowed by the service (its inconsistency with the declared comfort).

Thank you for the reception, for the menu in the cafe, we had a very sincere and budget lunch and dinner. Delicious as always in Belarus!. Cleaning and maid service are on the level! One thing let me down, these are the coolers, which for some reason broke down and leaked on each floor, Somehow we could not find a common language with them... The girls at the reception are great... And we need to think about the descent for suitcases, there is something to buy in Vitebsk, so we had very good suitcases.

Three stars are solid! Clear. Everything you need is there. Gels, shampoos, and soap were changed every day. There is no hair dryer. But it's also budget-friendly. The staff is polite and friendly. Nothing bothered me except one thing: first they put me in room 805. It's angular and very cold! The heater didn't help. Resettled in 811. Everything is in order there. Heat. Comfortable. The view from the window in the photo. Nicely. The location is convenient. Everything is nearby. Shops, cafes, stops of any kind of transport. Overall, I'm happy. It's not the first time I've stopped. And I will come again.

All the bad things start when you go to the room with the keys. The elevator from 90 creaks asking to retire, and the elevator buttons cause an acute desire to get a lighter.
The very number 310 "Belarusian Song" greets you with the smell of a wet dog or an old wet carpet or, as already mentioned in the reviews, the smell of an old grandfather. A large spot at the entrance suggests where this grandfather ended up in this world.
The shower room is a separate song, one big Petri dish. The mold covers all corners with an even layer. Judging by the toilet paper, the hotel won the competition for the thinnest. There are disposable shower gel bags, but thanks, I'm not going to take a shower.
The bed is large and wide, the most suitable for two adults and a small child who sleeps with them. But no, the mattress is the same age as the same grandfather. For some reason I decided to smell this mattress, I'm very sorry.
Feather pillows. FEATHER pillows at the hotel. Taught by the mattress, he did not sniff them, immediately removed them.
I opened the window as soon as I checked in. Actually, that's why I'm not sleeping, but writing this review. The proximity of the railway will hopefully help me wake up as early as possible and leave this place as soon as possible.

Beds with rumpled mattresses. And most importantly: beds with wooden backs on both sides and with my height of 187 cm. I couldn't stretch out to my full height. I absolutely got up exhausted and sleepy. And this is the standard room! But there is a tube TV and a mini bar.

I didn't like the restaurant, the music was bad, the musicians couldn't sing, I had to run after the waiters all evening and ask them to do their job.
We ordered dishes initially at one price, and the next day the prices are increased, a new menu is thrown off and as a result a completely different cost turned out. I didn't like it, I don't recommend it!

But there was an express cafe, which was open only from 8 to 10 in the morning. For people who came for work, this is generally a huge minus. But that's not all, you need to wait for this breakfast for 30 minutes, if you have plenty of time, then this is not a problem. Instant coffee only. Bed linen with holes from frequent washing, a blanket like a plaid fabric, which the guest was supposed to put into the duvet cover himself. That is, it was necessary to wash your hair while holding the shower in one hand, and lather the shampoo with the other hand.!! A HAIR DRYER! He's gone! When I asked at the reception, they replied that he was busy!!!! 1 hair dryer for the ENTIRE hotel of 7 floors. An hour later, he was not released, I went down to the reception again with a request, they answered me, they actually do not have to provide it to me (3*), but what will they try to bring from the suite. I have not seen such a hair dryer even before 🤦♀️ a micro hair dryer with broken buttons and a "hanging" head ...🤷♀️ Well, at least so ..))

It's just a hotel out of 90, I haven't seen this for a long time, in order, we lived on the 5th floor, judging by the reviews of friends living on other floors, we were very lucky with the room, after 10 pm, the problem with food, the market that is nearby works until 22, the restaurant in the hotel, rather the dining room..... the nearest store is open up to 12 minutes on foot, 20-25 minutes. The room is small, clean, but tired..... in some rooms there is no weathered smell.... the toilet on the 0 floor, which is the toilet of the "restaurant", left a huge scar in the fragile psyche of modern children ..... for this money, a normal hotel, but once again, most likely, I will hardly stay here. I really hope everything gets better.....! By the way, I can't help but mention the excellent Wi-Fi!

The toilet seat is broken. The elevator works as it wants, it can stop on any floor. When we left, we were stuck in the elevator on the 6th floor, we had to walk with our things. Parking is strange, in the evening someone threw apple cores to cars, and at night young people ran around. The only thing I liked was the restaurant. Delicious, fast, cheap and very cultured. The young waiter is beyond praise, he has one star, but otherwise there would be only one.
