I would like to have a more thoughtful, or rather even a playlist. Acdc and the like remained in the 70s-80s, at most in the 90s. Wonderful place. The staff is always friendly, they smile and make the day not only wonderful by making delicious coffee, but also charge with positive emotions.
The interior is cool, there is a summer area (I can't call it a terrace, since the tables are just on the street) but it's nice to sit over a cup of coffee.
There are bowls with water for animals . There are often guests with fluffy tails.

The best Americano, flat white, raf I've ever tasted. I come in a day or two. The staff is friendly sincerely and without tension, which is very pleasant.
The application pleases. I save up points, and when I don't have enough pennies to buy my favorite coffee, points really save me.
I don't know much about baking. I just don't have a sweet tooth. However, I occasionally take pies. I was never disappointed. I almost licked the plate at the end😅

The interior is quite interesting, but the seating of people is not very convenient, especially next to the ticket office. There is often no room for gatherings in the cold season. I am a regular customer of your coffee shop, I have been meaning to write a kind review to your guys for a long time and finally I am doing it.
Always sincere, very positive guys work here, meet with a smile, find out.
Sometimes you don't even have to voice the order))) They know.
I take my favorite raf and always ask you to draw a kitten on the foam.
The coffee is very tasty, soft, the foam is dense, airy, and each drawing of a cat is a work of art, and all together it lifts the mood after a hard day's work.
And today the girls actually created a kitten out of foam peeking out of a glass...I haven't seen such sweetness yet)))

I treat the Varka network neutrally. I often go to various branches of the coffee shop for coffee, but I have a special love for Varke on Shevchenko. The most delicious coffee is here. I was at the Varka cafe on the boulevard at 7 p.m. today. I can't leave this without comment.
1. We went to a cafe, 3 tables were not cleaned. It is unclear whether it is occupied or not cleaned. As for the tables, there was still a moment. The guests left, and their empty plates and mugs were next to us, and they stood there for another 15 minutes. At that moment, I looked at what the employees were doing - they were chatting under the bar counter 😔
2. As for cleanliness... the tables that the staff cleaned after 15 minutes were not wiped. The crumbs remained that way. The toilet is not cleaned, the floor is dirty. The entrance was also covered in sand. There were a lot of dishes that had not been washed. When we arrived and cleared the tables, the dirty glasses were placed right on the menu. I had to move the dirty dishes so that I could read the menu.
It smells slightly unsanitary.
3. Well, the least of it is that by the evening a very small assortment of pastries remained available. It's not for me to judge, of course. I understand that I don't want to order too much so that it doesn't spoil, but I've already seen reviews here that there are no sweets at 10 a.m. Perhaps you need to pay attention.
Yes, I understand that this is not a restaurant, but I would like the minimum to be met. All these points can be viewed in the camera guide. I hope the staff will be trained. At a minimum, you can allocate money for a hostess who will clean, wash the dishes / floor if the bartenders do not have enough time for this.
The cafe is close to me. The coffee is good. Board games are interesting. Even coloring pages for children. If I come next time and the situation improves, I will be glad to leave a positive review, but for now, accept this one. A confident two for the convenient location, modern interior and a good cafe.

There are no questions about coffee and desserts. The coffee is brewed good, neutral (does not taste bitter, does not sour), a new menu with different coffee drinks is invented for each season. Desserts are bought from a pastry shop (the same ones can be found in the same "Coffee Shop M" on K. Marx). But the service is a separate song. The cleaning of the cafe starts at 21.15, although the coffee shop closes at 22.00. Once it was fine - the barista guy was so carried away with cleaning that he walked over my shoes with a mop.

You always come in and see two employees standing with their backs to you. And you just wait... until someone accidentally notices you and says hello. When I got here for the first time, I got angry and asked to turn to me. They said they were making coffee, they had to wait. Okay But talk about it!!!! Pay attention to the incoming, please.
