When I first came to this place, I ordered pasta with chicken and mushrooms and it was the best pasta I've eaten in my life. The next time I decided to order this dish again in the hope of a stable result, but it was already much worse. I tried Moroccan tea - it is much more interesting than in other establishments. Amazing cheesecakes.
The service is very ambiguous. The first time, I was immediately brought appliances and a glass for water, the other times I had to ask for a glass myself.
To make an order, ask for a bill, I had to go after the waiters. They are constantly going about their business and shuffle around the halls without paying proper attention to visitors

There is nothing in this area, on Zhandosova, as it were, there is not much choice, and this place is in fact the only place where you can sit. This is what he uses here, which is why many people put 5 *. But this place doesn't deserve 5*.
The inside is very pleasant. There is some kind of Internet, although it doesn't even really pull Telegrams.
The service is like in a simple cafe, but the waiters try to do everything very well. The service is good, but the cafe itself and its management is a problem. The waiters are powerless here. In short, there is nothing to blame them for.
Why 2* - the kitchen and the manner of management and, of course, their work is terrible. In principle, in such places everything depends on the managers, well, they don't seem to be very good here either.
The first thing you need is how often you talk to the service staff - it's sad. Either these are those who inspired the cafe, or they are just "very important managers", but their manners are boorish and their attitude to people is frankly not very good, although they themselves in fact … The second thing is to note the portions are so standardized that they cannot add or replace anything. They will never go to a meeting with the customer. Roughly speaking, if you want to remove something from the dish, it's not a problem. If you want to put a piece of cheese instead of cottage cheese, say: pay for the second portion. If you want porridge with alternative milk: buy it separately. If you want to bowl and remove the pineapple and instead something else to choose from: pay as in this portion.
In general, I've been here many times, since there's just stupidly nothing else in the area. I'll say this - try to avoid Urbo. They pretend that they are Starbucks, but in fact... well, you get it.
You can go in once if there is absolutely no alternative, but if possible, choose normal cafes like Coffee Boom, Choco Market, or the same Costa Coffee or Starbucks and the like.
P.S. They don't have an application either, I couldn't use QR for discounts. The Internet in the cafe is buggy, then the site does not pull. In short, nothing worked for 5-10 times that I was here. In principle, the "quality" both in the application, in the kitchen, and in management speaks for itself
