BUT. When the hall is filled by a quarter (with visitors), it takes a very long time to prepare dishes. We waited forty minutes, and then asked for a complaint book. The staff immediately began to argue with us, claiming that hot food is served everywhere within an hour (we were not warned about this when we made the order). As a result, the book was never provided, because we were in a hurry, we did not insist, we write a review here.

Alas, it's a big disappointment.
The interior is prehistoric - dark, cramped, bustling, dusty.
In terms of food, I dreamed of draniki, I love them very much, but this... sour (really sour, I don't understand why) pancakes. Solyanka is watery.
I can't complain about the service - polite, fast, everything is fine.

We came from Moscow to Belarus for the NG holidays. I found the top 10 places where you can eat in Minsk on the Internet and the restaurant "Yankee's" was one of them. We decided to come here for dinner.
Positive: It was delicious for me. I ordered chicken breast with cheese and mushrooms. I threw away the cheese cap, but the breast was delicious. Only very thin. The pancakes are greasy, but delicious.
The young man did not like it, he ordered pork (steak). I haven't tried it, I can't add anything from myself. But I liked his borscht, rich and with pieces of meat.
Cons: the place is not cozy, it resembles some kind of pub. The morse was brought cold, it was not very pleasant to drink. I didn't like the dishes. They bring only one device for each, i.e. if I ate the pancakes and they bring me the breast, I need to have time to pick up the fork and knife before they are taken away and eat dirty. Long service time.
I'm not going back there a second time.

It's a stunningly delicious place. When there was more than 30 grams of heat on the street in Minsk, we escaped from the heat inside the institution, refreshed ourselves with delicious beer, cold borscht (the real taste, like mom's!). We also took draniki and makanka, all dishes for 5 plus, the waiter Ivan is very pleasant and friendly! We recommend you to visit!!!

Hello. Visited on 02/27/2025. What to say. Delicious, very tasty! I'm upset that I ended up here so late, at the end of the trip! :) Large portions. The salt is right (for me). I took the Yankee's signature salad (19.6 r, 360g) - the dressing combines all the ingredients with a bang (not just mayonnaise), "Brisket and mushroom pancakes" (21.4r, 510g) - dense and moderately fatty, the pancakes are not burnt and do not "float" in oil, kvass (not sweet, which is important), bread. Unfortunately, I didn't take any tinctures. :(. Payment in cash or by card (in my case, the MIR system card), prices are given in rubles of the Republic of Belarus. I definitely recommend you to visit.
