A good hotel for an economy holiday. There are rooms with and without a toilet.
There's a kind of dining room downstairs. They cook delicious food. We ate all 7 days. We had a rest at the end of July in the high season . many people were ill upon arrival with a rotovirus intestinal infection. It didn't depend on the hotel and the food. They say this is the norm for such a time. The maintenance staff cleans the floors all day. Friendly waiters. I do not advise quarreling with any of them. Ruin your vacation. As it is, everything is fine.

A very good dining room, delicious and freshly prepared food.
We especially liked the dish shurpa and the boat in the shurpa is a huge piece of meat, the broth is very rich, the boat is made from dough of local cheese and eggs, all this is baked and served to the client very appetizing and tasty. Waiter Vladimir is beyond praise for the speed of service at the highest level, attention to each client and nevertheless everything is hot and served quickly. Special thanks to the chefs and a low bow for such delicious food. We are coming to Abkhazia for the seventh time and every time we eat only in this cafe.

We eat there every year. To be clear, in 2020 (September) the food was simply divinely delicious. Last 2021 (August) the food got worse and the prices were raised, but it was still delicious. This year 2022 (end of July) is such a slag, it's something... Olivier with fresh cucumbers, French-style meat from dry breast, microportion, cheese is not tasty:how is it possible to over-dry a chicken breast? Caesar salad is generally dry, it's hard to eat. It is a pity that the owner does not know what kind of food is being prepared in his kitchen. Or everything goes as in Abkhazia as a whole - "and so it will do, people will eat.".. Another point on the map of Abkhazia, where we will not go anymore. Sadness.
P.S.: in the photo, just the same "French meat", so that the portion size is clear...

The most terrible cafe in Gagra. The four of us came to have breakfast. We waited a long time for the waitress. Everyone is sitting playing on their phones. When they finally asked to come to us, they ordered salad, fries and the first course. We ordered drinks, to which we were told that we should go to the bar and buy them there separately from the bill.... we bought drinks - while we were waiting for food, the drinks got hot, because it was +35 outside. When the food was brought, the soup turned out to be cold... to which the waiter said that they only had two microwaves and while they were heating the second one, the soup had cooled down... of course, this is absurd!!! When I asked about my salad, she replied that she had forgotten to say that there were no ingredients for cooking it in the kitchen.... after that, I told them to cancel the order and take away all the dishes... There was no such terrible breakfast in any cafe along the coast. I give one point out of 10 and I do not recommend anyone to go to this cafe!!!!

All the walls are in the toilet, the rim and the floors are also in the toilet, the rooms have never been cleaned, the bed has not been changed. The door handle was broken when we stopped by, as a result, later, a woman (the hostess or whoever) bought a pen and her husband fixed everything himself. The conder burned down all over the hotel, it was repaired all day, as a result, then an extension cord was brought, which then lay across the room. There is also a cafe on the ground floor. The hair in the porridge is probably not tasty as a bonus. Not a friendly waiter and a woman at the bar. It feels like we came to their house and live there with them. As if we owe them all. The whole hotel was sick. 💩 And🤮 Washed with bleach at least once. Well, at least once they would just wash it. The typewriter and the refrigerator are for the sake of beauty. Neither the first nor the second work. In general, a terrible hotel and cafe. The children were at the sea for the first time and now they don't even want to see, the rest is ruined. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. All the residents were not happy. Ugh. The hotel is 4 stars👎👎👎

I had a rest in Gagra in the second half of September. I have eaten at this place many times. The interior is very modest, in my opinion there is not enough light, perhaps it saves in the summer in the heat. As for the kitchen, it is beyond praise. The dishes are simple, cooked very tasty. If you want to eat national dishes, feel free to come here. They will be made to order, you will have to wait 30 minutes. I liked the khachapur boat the most. Be sure to try it.

We were in this dining room twice, on the first day of our stay in Gagra we came here, it seemed generally not bad (usually) and inexpensive. The second time we went in, we made an order, including trout with seafood - the menu shows the cost of 180 rubles / per 100g. The waitress did not inform about the size of the portion and the approximate cost. After a long wait, our order gradually began to be brought to us, the trout was brought last of all at least half an hour later when the whole family had already eaten. As it turned out, the trout was without seafood, but with vegetables. After that, they brought the bill, in which it turned out that a portion of trout also reached 700 grams, and its cost was 1050 rubles - more than the cost of our entire lunch. On the remark that trout without seafood, it was reported that it was allegedly trout in a royal way and we considered it lower in cost, although it looks more like trout with vegetables, which is even cheaper. Moreover, the waitress, when ordering, highly recommended that we take trout, without informing us about at least the approximate cost of the dish, so the order was also brought not the one that was ordered.

Hello! It has been a month since we returned from a vacation in Abkhazia, but I want to leave our review about the best institution in terms of price, quality, service in novaya Gagra, (in our opinion)! We had a rest from 05/31.21 to 06/10.21, lived on S. Sosnalieva Street. We visited various catering establishments, but in the end it was Alan's place that became our favorite. To the girl Albina, who constantly served us, we send great greetings, she is well done! We went there for lunch and dinner, the dishes that we constantly ordered were: Caesar salad, meat from Abkhazia, Trout, shish kebab, pancakes with cottage cheese, classic pizza, khachapuri... The portions are large. We sincerely advise everyone to go to Alan's! P.s. We liked Abkhazia, we want to visit it again!

Excellent canteen-cafe. Delicious freshly cooked food. The portions are large, sometimes I had to divide them in half with my wife. A great bar with drinks from compotes to chacha. The owner keeps everything under close control. Special thanks to the chefs and waiters. I recommend it to everyone to visit. We were in September 2020.

After reading the reviews, we avoided this cafe, but when we tried everything everywhere, we came here. It is cheaper here, they do not charge money for service, a kind and nimble waiter, fast delivery. The noodle soup was very tasty (they took it in almost all cafes, but I liked it here). Caesar was tastier than in the Prestige Cafe (on the beach). Pancakes and cheesecakes are also tastier than at Alice's Cafe opposite.

Secondly, my stomach feels great after the "diet" dish (no, I'm lying with cramps).

For three days we ate in this area, it is unclear what is not boiled, then not fried. And sometimes it is heated in the microwave. Until we accidentally looked into this cafe. Excellent staff, all friendly people. Decency is on top. They cook awesome. I liked the salad from the Chef. The barbecue is super. The children are delighted with fries and dumplings, dumplings are not semi-finished products, as we were told. We want to try more specialties. In general, we will eat with them for the rest of our vacation. I definitely recommend it.
