We loved your Pizza pizzeria very much. Polite staff. Fast service. Very tasty pizza. Two pizza sizes and the prices are nice. It's always clean, the tables are free of crumbs, and the floors are cleaned immediately after customers. Pizza at Your Pizza makes only positive impressions. The ingredients are fresh and of high quality, and the dough is perfectly crispy. We ordered an Assorted pizza and were pleasantly surprised by its taste. Always pleasant promotions. The only drawback is that there is no delivery. There's a lot more besides pizza. If you don't want to come in.

The worst pizza I've ever eaten, the dough is disgusting and overdried, the filling ingredients themselves taste like some of the cheapest, the pepperoni pizza had smoked sausage instead of pepperoni sausage, which only gives fat and salt when baked, the cheese is also mediocre and it was clearly pitied. If you want to understand the taste of this pizza, make sandwiches in the microwave.

When we were a family, 5 people, we asked to cut the pizza into 10 pieces, which we were refused. the waiter's answer was simple - the cook said that he would cut the pizza as standard. And one more thing. Cups and forks are plastic and you have to pay for them. Not only is it not very convenient to use plastic devices, but you still have to pay for them. For a pizzeria of this level, this is only anti-advertising.

At first I passed by , because it seemed to me that the pizzeria was closed due to the fact that the hall was empty.
But it 's good that I came back and went inside.
The cozy interior and very attentive and pleasant staff.
I couldn't choose which pizza to order for a long time, but thanks a lot to a nice girl, she asked me what I like more in composition and recommended a personal pizza.
I got a gastronomic pleasure, juicy and on a great delicious dough. Maybe I'm just used to chain pizzerias, but the pizza that was prepared for me in this place surprised me very pleasantly.

If you dream of not just overpaying for a pizza, but also getting a portion of disrespect in addition — you are definitely in "Your Pizza".
What awaits you:
Pizza— thin dough (as you wish), an invisible filling (look with your eyes) and sauce, which, apparently, is issued only by special pass.
Service — disposable plates (if you ask), appliances (as a joke) and a branded "Thank you for warning that you are not ours!" in response to any complaint.
Communication culture — if you lacked toxicity in your life, employees will be happy to fill in the gap. Your feedback is not a reason for them to improve the quality, but an opportunity to show off their wit (though at the level of a school KVN).
For that kind of money, you can find a pizza where they feed you, not your ego. But if it's important for you to snack on disappointment and snack on rudeness, go ahead.
P.S. Your responses to the reviews are the only thing that is prepared here with a soul. It's a pity that you can't eat them.

The price is higher than other good pizzerias, but the pizza is much worse (thin dough, little filling, little sauce). Even 1 large pizza is not enough for two.

UPD: As reported by the chief physician of the state institution "Center for Hygiene and Epidemiology of the Zavodsky district of Minsk" (the answer is attached), in the institution "Your Pizza", Rudobelskaya str., 3, Minsk, during the exit of the center's specialists to this facility on 08/22/2023, substandard products were found and seized (in simple terms - "rotten"). An administrative process has been initiated against the perpetrators of the violation. I do not recommend anyone who does not want to get food poisoning to come here.
Pizzeria "Your Pizza" is suitable for those who want to pay just for a cup of coffee, survive a nightmarish quest, lose time, face outright rudeness and threats from the staff. My wife and I visited this place on August 3, 2023, ordering two cups of coffee. All employees work without badges. Checks in this institution, despite the requests of customers, are not issued after placing an order at the counter, but are placed at the cash register, making notes on them (see photo). Not only was the coffee not ready after 5 or 10 minutes, but the pizzeria employee did not even start cooking it until we asked why the coffee in this institution takes longer to prepare than pizza and why our order is still being prepared (after 12 minutes from the moment of payment) Has no one started yet? After all, an employee of a pizzeria would have no difficulty in the interval between taking orders for pizza from customers, turning to the coffee machine, which was standing right behind him, putting down a glass and pressing the button of the coffee machine, and not making us wait. But the staff of the institution unexpectedly took the path of escalation of the conflict. We heard a moralizing message from the waiter: "You must understand that THIS IS NOT A CAFETERIA FOR YOU, BUT A PIZZERIA" (end quote). Realizing that we don't owe anyone or anything in this situation, I asked them to bring a Book of reviews and suggestions, to which the pizzeria employee said: "I'm going to call security now, and then the police." We immediately agreed, as we had not committed anything illegal. While waiting for the guards or the police, I made an entry in the Book of reviews and suggestions. The reviews in the Book of reviews and suggestions are ONLY negative. In a previous review, a visitor dissatisfied with the quality of service indicated that in response to a request to provide him with a Book of reviews, he was told that the book was "at the office". The client had to wait for her to be brought from the office. After writing my review in the Book of reviews and suggestions, I went to the counter to find out whether I should wait for the hypermarket security or the police called by the representatives of the institution, because, according to the administration of the institution, the requirement of the Book of reviews and suggestions is probably an administrative offense or a criminal offense on the part of the visitor. To my question, an elderly woman, apparently the administrator or manager of the institution, said: "Do you need police and security? I can give you the phone number of a good psychiatrist. I warn you that audio and video recordings are being made in our institution, and we will sue you if you publish a negative review about our institution." When I asked to introduce myself, the manager replied: "I can't imagine myself next to you." In a dialogue with me, the manager rudely addressed me as "My dear", smiled sarcastically, ironically at the number of pages I filled in the Book of reviews and suggestions, and to my remark that my wife and I would no longer come to this institution, I heard: "Thank God, we are very glad."
Today in Belarus it is almost impossible to face rudeness and threats when visiting restaurants or cafes. And no one allowed humiliation of human dignity, insults, threats in Minsk, even in Soviet times, when the level of service was lower than today. But the restaurant "Your Pizza" on Rudobelskaya str., 3, in Minsk, probably has its own "service standards". Probably, the management of this institution believes that it is not their institution that was created for the comfort and recreation of visitors, but visitors are created in order to spend their time, to experience unpleasant moments of communication with those subjects who simply SHOULD NOT WORK IN the SERVICE SECTOR. Here we are faced with violations of current legislation, insults, threats to call security or police, threats to go to court in case of publication of a negative review, which we will publish on all available portals where reviews of Minsk institutions are published. And one more thing: we will definitely contact the state regulatory authorities with a requirement to conduct comprehensive inspections of this institution for compliance with the legislation of the Republic of Belarus. The management of the institution should understand: it is not just impossible to work the way they work in "Your Pizza", on Rudobelskaya str., 3, in Minsk, the cultural capital of Belarus, but it is a shame.
