I visit this hotel very often.
Minuses:
- hot water, flushed for half an hour;
- old furniture, broken faucets and a soap dish in the shower;
- I lived for two days. The room was not cleaned, only the soap was replaced..
- mediocre breakfasts;
-!!! A smoky room that cannot be ventilated!
- cold rooms (p.s. Lived with colleagues).
Plus:
The staff tried their best to provide high service.

This is a great hotel. I like a lot of things. Breakfast is included from 7.00 to 10.00 (very hearty breakfasts). But it's very cold in winter and autumn, and then you often can't wait for warm water. And it's hot in summer. And instead of refrigerators in the rooms, I would rather put a microwave oven: hardly anyone takes a basket of food to the hotel - just to warm it up, to eat once or twice

In general, the hotel is not bad, a good location, right on the banks of the Berezina River opposite two sandy beaches, urban and owned by the V.I.Lenin Sanatorium. The hotel is clean, the rooms are cleaned about once every three days, towels could be changed and garbage could be taken out every day, sometimes every other day. Meals are buffet breakfasts, monotonous, but there is always a choice, lunches and dinners are complex, without a choice of dishes on the menu, if you take full board. For example, after 5 days of paid full board, we issued an extension of the stay with breakfast only. Since there is simply no point in such lunches and dinners, without the possibility of choosing dishes. You can eat in other establishments of the city and in the hotel restaurant just for an additional fee. On weekends, the halls of the hotel's restaurants are often rented for banquets, sometimes it is noisy through windows and doors, and, in general, the sound insulation in the rooms is normal. The hotel staff is polite and friendly, when we checked in, there were problems with the Internet in the room on the 2nd floor. We turned to the staff, after a couple of days the Internet became more or less decent, I used it.

Disgusting. We've booked a table. They gave away a lot of money. After 00.00. they started to launch people from the street onto the dance floor, it is impossible to dance (music too, so-so below average). Constant scuffles, the guards did not keep order, from the word AT ALL. And the cherry on the cake: there is a fight at the closing and of course there is no security! Terrible impressions from visiting this institution!

If you order a banquet, be sure to check all the dishes from the menu. They "secretly" bring slicing / rolls, and in the end they add it to the bill. Be extremely vigilant!
About the disco: we kindly ask the management of this institution to enter the dress code! And then men come in flip-flops on socks! After all, this is a RESTARAN. Match this, please.
