We ordered khinkali, shish kebab and kebab. The barbecue is not bad. Kebab 6/10 (a little dry), but khinkali is not about anything at all. Dry, with no liquid inside at all. And the ones with cheese, I didn't even understand where the cheese was, as if there was one dough.

It's just some kind of ****c comrades. We ordered 2 pies, with beef and cherry with cottage cheese. The minced meat inside was almost raw and salty, it was impossible to eat. There were almost 2 of my fillings left in the cherry pie, apparently the bones are a bonus, as I understand it.Apparently the chefs don't know what sugar is, so they didn't add it, it's absolutely tasteless.The evening was ruined, the undercooked meat turned our stomachs👌

They took khinkali to take away. Khinkali didn't like it. While I took them home, they stuck together. Minced pork, beef, and mutton tasted almost the same, as if they were all from the same bowl. There was no broth inside at all. Khinkali with cheese - there is very little cheese and it does not taste very good. One plus was- this is a 2 promotion for the price of 1. We will not order more.

There are two options - the minced meat is either raw or low-quality (it happens that the minced meat remains red even with prolonged heat treatment if it is stuffed with nitrates). They reported the problem to the institution - zero reaction, a day later they replied in Viber that this was the norm - mutton, you see, should be like that. Photo -proof attached.

I ordered Ossetian pies with delivery today. Firstly, it was very tasty: the fillings are not spared and very interesting seasonings typical of Caucasian cuisine. The dough is thin and delicious in itself. Appearance 10 out of 10. Secondly, it was delivered in just 25 minutes! For Ossetian pies, this is simply unthinkable! Find someone who will bring you to Minsk at least an hour in advance))

We took pies several times, everything is great. We decided to give the main dishes a chance. After waiting 40-50 minutes, we received two undercooked steaks (chicken and pork). We decided to figure it out. Fortunately, everything went peacefully and quietly. Compensation in the form of a pie with home delivery solved everything. But the sediment remained, something needs to be fixed. I hope there will be no such situations in the future, because we will not give another chance ;) in the meantime, 4 stars

I was also looking for a dish without greens, I found it on the menu where it is not available. As a result, I waited half an hour for the order and they brought hot dill sprinkled. The cook just doesn't know how to cook them. Draft beer is 8 rubles, which is expensive for such a place. According to the reviews, it is clear that there is trouble with Khinkali, while the institution is not being corrected.

But a cockroach in one of the pizzas ruined everyone's appetite and mood. The most striking thing was that the cockroach was baked and, I think, at the stage of packing and cutting the pizza, it could be noticed. Sanitary standards are clearly violated in the kitchen of this bakery. I will not contact you in the future.
After contacting the manager, we were offered to replace the pizza with another one, but I insisted on a refund.

I've been working as a Barista for 6 years now and I don't understand why you can't teach your employees how to make coffee! Now there are many options to do this (for free).
Cappuccino - the girl washed the Holder (this is one of the grossest mistakes) the holder must be perfectly dry, so that the coffee does not get wet ! To do this, you can use napkins or a brush. The second step, I didn't see how the girl was tempting the coffee (I hope I just didn't see it). The third point, the girl did not wash the machine before inserting the holder with coffee! Coffee is poured very strongly, what is a gramophone it is probably not known to anyone from your staff, I am generally silent about milk! The girl just warmed up the milk in a saucepan, and poured it into a glass of coffee (there was more foam from the milk than coffee) + the milk was very overheated … It 's impossible to drink it !
American - the same story with Holder and washing the car is the first one. Secondly, the girl clamped the holder very badly in the coffee machine (the coffee was brewed, and the water poured out, onto the floor, and into the circle of the glass), the following actions, the girl just poured everything that she cooked into a glass and gave it away! (Americano is brewed 50/50 (tobosh coffee should be diluted with hot water!) because the girl didn't do it, it was very bitter and sour, so we had to dilute it with drinking water!!!
