We made an order through Yandex. food, the average receipt of our order is 120 rubles. Order 6th : cold boiled potatoes in a barbecue mix (apparently leftovers from the guests), perfect potatoes in a separate dish. We ordered several portions of shish kebab and kebab, and did not put pita bread anywhere in the substrate.
Order on May 9 : everything is perfect, hot flavorful food, all kebabs and kebabs have a pita bread base.
Order on May 10 : I asked the cook to put the pita bread in the substrate for the meat, so not only did they not put the pita bread, but they also brought the order inverted, cold (the juice leaked out of the dishes, everything was wet) . I called the cafe, they explained to me that they never put pita bread in a barbecue.......
And my request was ignored, and even the order was turned over. This is the first time I've heard and seen that the Clints' requests to add or remove the ingredients of a dish are ignored. They didn't even apologize for the ruined dinner, and there was no question of offering a discount and fixing everything at the next order. Think before you place an order in this cafe, what will be brought to you ......... a delicious, hot dinner or leftovers from the guests. Until tonight of disappointments, the whole family really wanted to write a thank you review, but we were very disappointed and did not even apologize. Many friends come to Minsk and I will tell everyone to avoid unskilled restaurateurs of Tkemali.

I made the order for February 23rd with delivery to the office. The holiday was ruined. I placed an order on February 20, I chose the delivery time from 12.40 to 13.00. On February 21, they called me back and said that the order was accepted, they specified the delivery time, to which I said that pies were needed in the office no later than 13 o'clock. In response, I was told that it was a holiday, we would deliver a lot of orders and delivery from 12 to 13 in order to be in time. I agreed. On the eve of the morning, I called back and asked if everything was in order, to which they replied that orders were being delivered. As a result, there are no pies at 13.10, I call the phone number listed on the website, to which the girl answers me that our order will be no earlier than 2 hours later, without apologies, as is the order of things. How's that? When the delivery time is specified no later than 13.00, what was indicated and repeatedly agreed, and you are taking the pies by 16 at best? We did not wait for pies, we had to quickly order pizzas at the pizzeria. I do not recommend this place.

30.10.2023 ordered Ossetian pies with delivery in the time interval from 12:00 to 12:30.
The delivery was not carried out at the stated time. After calling +375-29-314-14-05, the girl replied that there were a lot of applications and there was no understanding at what time the order would be delivered. Question: "Why do this, promise and not bring in time?" As a result, Yandex delivery was attracted and the order was delivered at 13:22. In general, punctuality is not their strong suit. The courier has the customer's number, call and say I'm late. In general, I have made conclusions for myself on this institution, I do not advise you to go there. The fish pie is not bad, 4 out of 5, with meat did not go at all, fell apart right in the hands and did not taste very good, 2 out of 5, with blueberries and apple - 4 out of 5.

I strongly advise against this delivery service!
In advance - two days before the holiday on February 23 - we pre-ordered pies. They assured me by phone that they were taking orders for that day at the right time. The order was accepted, and a corresponding message was received.
However, by the specified time, the pies had not been brought, they had not even been cooked. Moreover, they did not think to warn about the delay at all!
Worried that the delivery time had passed and the courier had not contacted us yet, we called the dispatchers ourselves and, after getting through not the first time, learned that the whole office of hungry men needed to wait for the order for at least 1.5 hours.
They refused to wait, the order was canceled, and they got out of the situation themselves. We will not contact this service anymore! They are very irresponsible in the pursuit of orders.

A ruined holiday. The order was made two days before the event, for a certain time. Unfortunately, the delivery failed. The order was not delivered either an hour or two after the agreed time. The administration has not been able to give an answer when the order will be delivered (they were fed breakfast that's about, they have already left for you, a little bit left, be patient, or maybe you cancel the order and in the same spirit).
In general, we did not manage to try Ossetian pies that day. Draw your own conclusions.

As a result, no one brought it for half a day, and after the call it was said that they had no ingredients. They were rude and dropped the call. So also the pies themselves don't taste great. We ordered to the office twice, it was normal, delicious pies and pizza. They brought it 20 minutes earlier, then later, but not critically. But yesterday they let me down very badly, on 13 00- 13 20 they did not bring it, the delivery was postponed for 40 minutes.

If it were possible to put -5 stars, I would.
The pies were brought raw. They asked for a refund. They sent a photo. To which they replied that there was only one raw one. People think that if the dough is slightly browned on top, then the pie is ready.
Unfortunately, the first order in this institution and a complete disappointment in everything. If there was a refund, it would not be so insulting. A lot of orders, we were unlucky and all that. But at least the money is there. And in fact, the money was thrown in the trash and the holiday was ruined.
