We arrived at 8 a.m., and the room was given to us after 2 hours, but there was a surprise - a room with two separate beds, after a conversation at the reception, the room was changed to another with a normal 2-bedroom bed, thank you, we corrected quickly. In the bathroom, the mode switch between the watering can and the faucet remained in my hand))) it just doesn't hold up, in general you can use it, but you don't expect a hotel of this class and for such a price, in the end they also fixed it - well done. Further, I did not find slippers in the room, on a call to the service they explained that slippers are provided on demand (this caused surprise, to put it mildly) In general, there are small things that you can close your eyes to. The hotel is good - I recommend it!
If you want a top-quality vacation, then this is the place for you.....everything here is of high quality, starting with room service, ending with divine classical music every evening in the lobby and after dinner, live music and DJ in the nightclub, a la carte restaurant on the beach (super!!!!), a 24/7 bistro (also super!), and food in the shared restaurant....two or three types of fish are mandatory, the choice is huge, four types of freshly squeezed juice, and the pastry shop - the children took their hearts away.....at first, I had a mixed opinion, but in just two days, I changed it dramatically, WELL DONE!!!! Everything is on the level, at the moment the best hotel I've been to!!!!
The hotel is a palace. It makes an indelible impression, you want to return to it and do not want to leave. It has its own flavor, its own style and its own charm. It is possible to order by the code from the sunbeds. The sea was already warm - we were swimming. It says 26 degrees in the pool - we also swam. Foam peeling was done at the spa - $ 110. We took a bus to Antalya- Union Pay is not accepted, cash is also accepted, a taxi is $ 40 out of season. I liked the staff- they are very friendly, almost all speak Russian. A lot of questions! They settled into the corner room at the dump on the 1st floor (despite the fact that the newlyweds were promised a room of a higher category in general). OK, they didn't, no problem. There was a dirty toilet in the room) the bed was covered in crumbs, there was hair on the floor and in the bathroom, the sink was covered in spit from pasta. We went 2 times and had to call a cleaner and a person from the reception with us to poke a finger where to wash) tk, only the cherkash was removed the first time, sorry. Well, everything was washed in front of us already, the hair was cleaned, it was possible to move in normally. This is the only thing that overshadowed our honeymoon, because they don't go to the meeting
at all, everything is cool! Apart from the fact that every night the car was collecting garbage from the dump and buzzing, everything is cool on the territory, bars, food, breakfast-lunch-dinners, entertaining, everything is awesome. Desserts are a separate art form. Because I have been to Antalya 3 times for olin, I have something to compare it with, really, they feed very well. There is no seafood from the word at all, maximum pasta with seafood, but there is no such thing as eating shrimp or mussels cleanly, you could give it at least once a week😆 well, but I discovered mutton 🔥 before Mardan, I did not like it 🤢Every evening a show program, I think it's awesome to relax with children there, because there There are a lot of programs for children, but we were ourselves and adults have something to do. And another important nuance, It's a long way from Antalya, of course, it takes 1.5-2 hours by bus. Oh, and one more thing! We did not wait for the fountain, which is in front of the hotel😆 it is turned on 2 times a day for half an hour😆😆😆
Excellent food, drinks are all free, in any bar and on the beach, everything is European, except wine , but it is very decent, even at dinner they will bring you everything you ask for, except XO and certain vintage ones, they will also be brought for a fee, cleanliness is everywhere, waiters rustle trying to please , the plate will only empty immediately , the rooms are beautiful , lovers of simplicity will not like this design , a huge swimming pool , there is also an outdoor heated pool in the sauna area in winter , a DJ plays on the beach after lunch , classical music in the lobby every evening , we rested in winter for this I did not see everything , in the season there is a full house and a lot of entertainment , but also the price increases three times, I advise everyone a wonderful hotel for the whole family and couples in love.
honest assessment 4. the hotel is really chic, but. old, the rooms are not perfect, there are a lot of mini-fakaps that should not be in a hotel of this level (1.5-2 times more expensive than neighbors). a children's club, very modest in level, has something to compare it with. at the same time, the club building itself is normal. what surprised me was 1 warm pool in the spa area and that's it, only walruses climb into the rest. We had a rest at the end of April 2024.
regarding the fakaps, there is no cover in the fountain area, if a child's hat or ball flies away and it falls into this hole, there will be no child. The pier stairs are closed, the entrance from the pier is only at the paid areas.
there are also advantages, there are many of them, very good guest service, a lot of Russian-speaking workers, good food (but I wouldn't say that it's better than the other five)

Cleaning- if you are lucky and your schedule coincides with the cleaning, you are lucky.
In general, the hotel left a positive attitude, but next time, I would look at others, the WOW effect was only on the first day upon check-in.
Overall, it's not a bad hotel, but there's a lot of external pathos, and if you go deeper, there are a lot of flaws and some shameful moments. I would be sorry to pay 500 thousand in a season, it's not worth it. Out of season, the price tag is normal, price=quality.
Pros: large beautiful territory, delicious food, high-quality alcohol, lots of fruits, helpful staff. The cafe's bistro is 24/7. A snow-white bed (about the blanket below). Orthopedic pillow on request. A good sauna and 2 heated pools, lots of entertainment: bowling, billiards, children's vending machines, chess, table tennis and games by the beach. Fruits on the beach. In March, there were strawberries, bananas, apples, pears, and tangerines every day. Fresh juices for breakfast and at the spa! At 21 o'clock there is silence in the hotel, everyone moves to a closed disco, which is a big plus.
but:
1. They settled in the main building, in the European part. I don't know about the other visitors, but the number is unclear. The air conditioner only works for heating, the room is hot even without a conditioner and very stuffy. Sleeping with the door to the balcony open is impossible because of the noise from the pool. We slept terribly all day.
2. I don't know if this is an accident or if this is how the hotel tries to save money. There were no toothbrushes or toothpaste at check-in, so I had to ask. There was no shaving machine. The boxes containing cotton pads and washcloths are falling apart, which is a shame for such a level of the hotel. It would be better to just put them on the table.
3. They claim roberto cavalli cosmetics, supposedly premium. Look at these vials? It's a fake in the process, it looks like it's used, and all the vials. The fragrance is not expensive cosmetics at all. And body lotion and hair conditioner still need to be squeezed out of these bottles. Fidgety, supposedly disposable vials.
4. A very confused shower in the bathtub. Until you figure out how to switch, you can die.
5. We had only 3 saunas and 2 beautiful warm pools.
6. Replenishment of the room. I don't know if it's a trick or just the inattentive maids. The bar was often not refilled, soap dishes were not delivered. They could have taken the foot towel and not put a new one. In short, I had to ask for everything-it was unpleasant for the level of the hotel that it was positioned at.
7. Terrible cheap pillows, it was impossible for everyone to sleep on them, they spring up. They replaced it with orthopedic ones, the issue was resolved
8. A bunch of cats, it smells like cats, cats jump on you on the beach. It is extremely unpleasant and uncomfortable, not everyone likes cats and some are allergic to wool.
9. There is nothing near the hotel at all, there is a road. A taxi costs 10 minutes to drive for $25, and it's easy to rip off.
10. The blanket is a separate song -everything is stained, it's a shame! You can see through the sheet!
11. There was no seafood at all for 7 days, only fish and rolls.
12. We were in Concord that year. Due to the fact that the hotel is half-empty, a free upgrade was made, which indicates the level of the hotel. They didn't even offer it here.
We are relaxing here with our family! This is our second time at this hotel. We were very lucky with the weather . We took full advantage of the sea of 23 degrees, not heated by a huge pool of 23-25. Although the hotel has switched to a summer concept since April 1, do not believe it. Everything will be fully operational from May 1. These are evening shows in the amphitheater (today is April 28th and the stage is just being assembled), and food in the main restaurant. For 6 nights there was never any seafood (one evening there were small shrimps), red fish only for breakfast and one evening it was grilled. In general, the food is delicious, but not varied, repeated daily. I hope it will be different from May 1. Alcohol is only imported, cocktails are decent, bars on the territory and on the pier work perfectly. Both by the pool and on the beach, the entire range can be ordered by QR code. The territory is very beautiful and green. The rooms are nice, there is everything in the fridge, a kettle or coffee machine and Roberto Cavalli cosmetics. Assistants respond very quickly to any request. There are nuances in Alaskan restaurants. In the three that work during the day for lunch, the menu is almost the same. We had a great time, we were satisfied with the rest! We would like to wish every new guest of this hotel a wonderful holiday! The hotel was created with great love, it is in every detail! And we want to wish the staff good luck in their work and improve, try, save all the energy conceived by the founder of this palace.

Oh! A gorgeous wonderful hotel! A huge well-groomed territory, a large selection of various food, for every taste, for any type of food! The staff is very caring and courteous. I had a room overlooking the pool, or rather, a long strip of pools with beautiful bridges and canals, almost Venice! The complex has detached houses with apartments, this is a big plus! Everything is well maintained, there are a lot of beautiful paintings in the rooms, in the lobby, in the corridors, in the SPA, in the windows! Live music in the evenings. The audience is very pleasant! I will definitely come back here!
I don't even know what to write) everything is perfect, from check-in to check-out. The location from the airport is simply cosmic, you don't have to drive a hell of a lot. The room is beautiful and there are none of them. The staff is above all praise. The beach is just a masterpiece. The kitchen is so bombastic that you just want to live there) I've never tasted so good anywhere) The pool is heated when it's warm, and it's big outside. There is not the slightest disadvantage in this hotel, even the pillows are so gorgeous in the room that they lull you to sleep instantly.
Of course it's cool, expensive, rich, but at the same time everything is simple and no one bothers anyone, if you want to eat, if you want to drink, if you want to play bowling, please, if you want to sing karaoke, and you went to the club for 7 days, you didn't regret it, you really liked it.
Awesome hotel! The food is varied, lots of entertainment, evening program every day, children's room from morning to 00:00.
I counted 12 bars where they kindly offer any quality drinks .
The hotel is not new, but definitely worth the money
We were at Maradan Palace in early October 2024, while the memories are fresh, I decided to leave a review.
This trip was special, I decided to celebrate my 30th birthday with my family. The last time I visited ol inclusive in Turkey was about 15 years ago, so I really wanted to return to that childhood atmosphere and live it again in adulthood))
In general, the hotel made a positive impression, beautiful interior, everything is expensive and rich, in gold and marble. But, unfortunately, on closer inspection, the shabby appearance of furniture items, tired plumbing, worn-out dishes. In principle, the hotel would probably fit the definition of "former luxury".
About the room and cleaning.
We lived in a family room, which consists of two separate rooms with their own bathrooms. There is one large balcony for both rooms. Each room has a bed (one large and 2 separate), a TV. There is one minibar, 1 beach bag and 6 hangers in the entire room. I mean, if you wanted, you still couldn't make 2 separate rooms, but you need to share everything in the family, especially if things are in short supply))
Even when checking in at the reception, it was said with a joyful look that we were very lucky to get such a room and it was supposedly an upgrade from the hotel. I wonder what a family room for 4 people looks like without an upgrade?
It is necessary to write about cleaning separately. It's sad, honestly. Tons of dust on the desktop (very beautiful!!) lamp, dust and dirt in the corners of the rooms. without quibbling and without looking for dust through a magnifying glass - this really catches the eye, and the hotel management needs to solve this problem promptly. The room is dirty.
Regarding personal hygiene items - maybe this is a trend of the last green years, and towels in 5-star hotels are no longer changed daily, as they take care of the environment? I don't know…
As for soaps and creams, they have also always been in short supply. Body milk was not initially prescribed and the situation did not change for several days. The same goes for the foot towel - it was in one bathroom, it was not put in the other. The situation changed when we called customer support on day 4 and asked to bring shower gel because it was over. The employee brought a bag of funds and literally dumped them on the bed, saying, fall over.
The same thing happened with towels-we asked for a small towel for our feet, in response they brought us a mountain and dumped it all in the sink. At first we didn't understand why there was a mountain of towels in the sink. In short, trash))
About the food at the Bosphorus restaurant
Very tasty, no complaints. Dinner is always varied, breakfast is great. The alcohol on site is the same everywhere, the wine for a Turkish hotel is normal, not terrible.
The service is also within the norm, in my opinion, the service is better in the on-site restaurants (Italian, Turkish, bistro - you can have lunch or snack there during the day). Probably because there are fewer visitors.
About the staff in general
The staff is overwhelmingly Russian-speaking. Kyrgyz and Kazakhs. Non-Russian speakers are Turks (but everyone understands the basic words, you can order in Russian everywhere, everyone will understand).
The staff is either excellent or terrible. Unfortunately, there was no option in the middle.
The staff is permanent, or just engaged - they try very hard - quickly, politely, sympathetically.
Seasonal people are disgusting. I got the impression that they came on vacation, and here I distract them with my orders. I would especially like to mention the lobby bar of the hotel and the Kyrgyz ladies working there. They did anything - they looked in the mirror, flirted with Turkish bartenders, listened to live music (by the way, amazing live music in the evenings at the hotel!!), but they just didn't work.
You could wait for a glass of wine for more than half an hour with almost no other visitors.
To a reasonable question, what is the problem - eyes rolled up and further service of our table was stopped in principle.
There is not much entertainment in the hotel in the evening to completely ignore the lobby bar with live music, so I had to go there. And the maintenance situation was repeated several times.
The hotel management, please pay attention to who you are hiring. The Kyrgyz lazy staff has a bad effect on the reputation of the hotel.
Pool/Beach
We recommend cleaning the pool well, obviously no one has washed the tiles for a long time. The seats around the pool bar leave much to be desired, you can't sit on them with a naked booty in a swimsuit - everything is covered in black.
The beach is small, but overall great, especially the pier. And by the way, the pier bar is a great service. There's a Turk working there "from the regular ones" - he's doing well.
Beach towels also add a pleasant note - in unlimited quantities, it seems even clean, you can change at will.
Regarding the reservation of sunbeds, everything is as it was 20 years ago. Everyone runs in the morning, at 8 a.m. there are no good places on the beach anymore. Towels are lying around unattended, no one cleans them, and the sun beds are occupied.
The scheme of ordering drinks by qr code directly to the sunbed is very convenient - for drunks and lazy))
The show program
Mostly invited dance/acrobatic groups, I wonder if you can keep yourself busy in the evening. Of course, I would like an evening of Turkish belly dancing, tarkan music and foam disco, as in childhood, but alas)) Maybe it's for the best that there is no such thing in the program anymore.
Birthday
Let's go to a meat restaurant, the cost is 45 euros per person, alcohol is paid separately if you order outside the ol inclusive card - it was worth it. This is the best solution, to reserve a place in a restaurant for others.
The compliment from the hotel is a cake and a bottle of sparkling wine (+2 plates and 2 glasses - and there were four of us). They brought it all in the morning, we put the cake and the bottle in the refrigerator and went to the beach. The family also decorated the room with the decor they brought with them.
When we returned from the beach, the glasses (2 pieces, clean) were taken away and the decor (our personal one) was also taken away. After 4!!! calls to customer support and after an hour and a half, glasses and decor were brought to us (got them out of the trash?!).
It should be noted that these ill-fated glasses (dirty with traces of lipstick) they stayed in our room for the next 3 days until our departure, and none of them dared to clean.
Sauna
We bought peeling and massage for ourselves at a "special price" of 100 euros - it's fine, the only thing that they tore off my skin and mole with coffee peeling on my back, but it healed by the time I left, it's not scary 🤷♀️
The overall impression is 3.5 out of 5. There are a lot of worthy moments. You can close your eyes to the wear and tear of the hotel, but the staff was sometimes very frustrating. And not so much slowness as rudeness.
I recommend not going in high season, because only then the price corresponds to the offered service, and there will be fewer seasonal staff, which mostly spoils the mood)
