I am currently staying at Titanic Mardan palace and I am very satisfied with my experience. The staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the amenities are excellent. The location is also very convenient. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great stay!

There are advantages of the hotel: the territory - you can walk, many locations for photos, the food is delicious, many places where you can have a snack, world-class drinks.
But there are also disadvantages, I will focus on them in more detail so that you understand what you may encounter. Upon check-in, having the pegasus select program (it seems like they should provide improved conditions) with my wife, we were offered a room not immediately, probably of course the hotel is just full. We arrived at 8 a.m., and the room was given to us after 2 hours, but there was a surprise - a room with two separate beds, after a conversation at the reception, the room was changed to another with a normal 2-bedroom bed, thank you, we corrected quickly. In the bathroom, the mode switch between the watering can and the faucet remained in my hand))) it just doesn't hold up, in general you can use it, but you don't expect a hotel of this class and for such a price, in the end they also fixed it - well done. Further, I did not find slippers in the room, on a call to the service they explained that slippers are provided on demand (this caused surprise, to put it mildly) In general, there are small things that you can close your eyes to. The hotel is good - I recommend it!

If you want a top-quality vacation, then this is the place for you.....everything here is of high quality, starting with room service, ending with divine classical music every evening in the lobby and after dinner, live music and DJ in the nightclub, a la carte restaurant on the beach (super!!!!), a 24/7 bistro (also super!), and food in the shared restaurant....two or three types of fish are mandatory, the choice is huge, four types of freshly squeezed juice, and the pastry shop - the children took their hearts away.....at first, I had a mixed opinion, but in just two days, I changed it dramatically, WELL DONE!!!! Everything is on the level, at the moment the best hotel I've been to!!!!

The hotel is a palace. It makes an indelible impression, you want to return to it and do not want to leave. It has its own flavor, its own style and its own charm. The food here is very tasty and varied. There are no Wi-Fi passwords and towels are not distributed by cards, there is free bowling and elite alcohol in unlimited quantities. Almost all the staff speaks Russian, is very friendly and ready to help with any question. There are huge clean pools and a chic SPA area in which no one bothers to offer massages and treatments, by the way, shopping tours are also not intrusively touted here. The vacationers are mostly compatriots and Germans, all very pleasant and respectable people. Among the comments are narrow beds, paid lighting on the court and a small coastline. But this is not critical.

The design of the hotel and rooms for an amateur is "expensive-rich" palace style. The rooms are slightly tired, battered.
The food is delicious, both in the main restaurant and in Ala carte restaurants. The latter are paid and very tasty. I liked the Meat, Asian, Italian.
The staff is helpful and friendly.
Wild boars on the first beach line are 170-140 euros, cheaper for a long time. But they are very comfortable with an outlet, a fan, a freezer and a safe. The service and the waiter call button are added to this.
The territory is huge, it takes about 10 minutes to walk from the sea to the main building.
In early October, the sea is still warm, the pools are cold. We swam only in the sea.
Local accogol norms. Served only in glass. The beer is varied in cans and bottles, including guineas, corona and heniken.
Oktoberfest is held once a week, it's cool.

The scope of the hotel is huge, with elements *on the rich* , everything is beautiful gold & crystal , the territory is large and well maintained, there are many locations for instafoto.
The food is delicious, varied 24/7, European alcohol flows like a river (cognac, martini, whiskey, etc.) the bar in the room is replenished daily. I note that it is very convenient to have a QR code for ordering from the menu near each chaise longue, in a second the waiter brings everything.

The beach is sandy, the entrance to the sea is smooth, it's great for kids.
We rented a cabana on the pier, our entry into the sea, a Jacuzzi, they feed us from the a la carte restaurant, we were very satisfied.

In the evening there is a show, a disco.
The customer service is excellent, everything is for the guests of the hotel. They respond quickly to any request.

We visited the TITANIC MARDAN PALACE hotel in February 2025, we rate 5 ultra, we thank all the hotel staff, especially the guest TATIANA, Leila, the chef Ersina, thank you so much for the individual approach, all our requests were fulfilled, the food in the hotel is good, drinks and spirits are also of good quality. My husband was given an individual diet (THANKS A LOT). The indoor pool is huge, warm, clean, with three types of Jacuzzi. There is an outdoor swimming pool nearby, which is also not small and very warm. There's also a vitamin bar. A selection of saunas, a salt room, a room with warm sofas, a super spa. You can write a lot about the territory... There are beautiful corners everywhere, I want to admire the interior. The hotel attracts you. There are many cafes, Aquamarine restaurant is out of competition. Pillows, mattresses - everything is at the highest level. A minibar on 👍. We have been to Turkey many times, we used to dream about Mardan, and now the dream has come true) . First time at the hotel. The huge territory is very green and well maintained. A large number of pools, the water is heated. There is a large water park. The beach is just amazing, there are a lot of sun loungers. There are free sun loungers at any time of the day. I was out of season. November. For me, this is a great hotel for the off-season. The area is large, hiking is excellent. The indoor pool is large, heated a little less, but very good. everything is kind of tired, a little mossy.
The service seems to claim something, but in my opinion, they should be trained. The staff can easily get distracted when they say something to you and start a conversation with another guest in the middle of a sentence. The restaurant is not aware of the rules of serving, cleaning the room somehow only for a bribe, without a "tip" they did not come to us for the first two days at all. They said that they did not have time, because the baby and I came for a quiet hour at 13.30. It's a nightmare, actually, in my understanding, I leave tips for cleaning at the end of my vacation, if I'm satisfied.
Very beautiful crystal chandeliers, sconces, but... half of the light bulbs are not lit, burned out and no one is in a hurry to change them. The chandeliers themselves are very dusty.
In the toilet on the beach, the light turns on from the motion sensor, it is not adjusted. It turns off all the time, like at a disco.
The air conditioners are weak, sometimes they are turned off altogether.
It seems that they are saving money. There are a lot of staff, but...

Upon entering the hotel, you will be greeted by the magnificent palace decoration, perfectly preserved despite the simplicity of the hotel. The chandeliers are amazing, and every time you walk past the lobby, your gaze dissolves into the details of the countertops, Floor, piano, and numerous details. The territory of the hotel: according to the photo, it seems as if it is empty in terms of greenery, but during the week there is very good landscaping, everything is beautiful, fragrant and blooming. There is a huge forest across the road. The pools are chlorinated and are very strongly cleaned and "fertilized" with a huge amount of chemicals, probably everywhere. The territory of the hotel is quite decent, but not huge, more than enough for a comfortable stay, there is a place to walk.
Beach: I think this is the pride of the hotel. There are always free sunbeds, just always. And by the sea and on the grass and by the pools. Endless thrown towels abandoned by the "bronies" are boldly cleaned by the hotel staff if no one is noticed at all and thus are released for those who really want to stay by the water. Various variations of vegetables and fresh and stewed and spicy and unleavened and grilled. There are 20 types of cheeses for breakfast. For lunch and dinner, they leave some basic ones. Baby: you can take a stroller at the reception for free.
A high chair, a footrest, a potty, a toilet cover, a baby cot, a baby shower set will be brought to your room.
Children's meals: in the general restaurant, milk porridge, oatmeal, rice, buckwheat, boiled vegetables, pancakes, chicken soup and vegetable cream soup. The rest is in the common room.
Baby canned purees, juices and yoghurts are available in the 24-hour free Ala-kart, this is important! They are nowhere else. Puree in spiders, there are no mixtures.
The children's club is open until 12:00 at night. You can leave the child until that time.
The animators are cool girls, they will help everyone, they work with children, the program is good all day, in the evening there is a mini disco, then there are always children's shows.

Important! There is no separate children's restaurant and this is a huge disadvantage. I struggled for a week and eventually talked to the chefs myself to remove pepper from children's soups and at least sometimes make soup or borscht. There is a children's restaurant in the photo of the hotel, be careful, it is no longer there, all the food is in the shared restaurant.
Rooms: we changed 3 rooms, each had something broken or dirty. And this is just the scourge of the hotel. We were lucky to get to number 4, everything was fine. The hotel did not offer a single apology or compliment. Cleaning leaves much to be desired, they always forget something, do not put shampoos and gels, soap can generally be forgotten. Every day you call the reception and ask them to bring it. They left tips. It's the same with them)). From the good, they quickly and always change linen, towels, clean toilets and respond very quickly to all requests, they just bring everything instantly.
You can choose a pillow. Cosmetics England is pretty decent.

There is no coffee machine.
Check-in and check-out: at 14:00 and check-out at 12:00. Early check-in is easy, especially if you are with children. But the departure will have to be paid, they do not make concessions at all. 35 euros per hour for a simple room. If the room is from 18-00 and longer, you will pay for the whole day.
If it is not possible, there is a guest shower, a bunch of toilets, cafes, secluded locations.
Take the European building, the standard rooms are bigger and better here (our travel agency told us and it turned out to be true).
Alcohol: good local and imported alcohol, everything is fine here. In terms of strong alcohol, everything is wonderful. Cocktails are also good and delicious. I would find fault with the champagne. For such a price tag, serving such sparkling wine is a bit wild, at least they would add a Shandon or something like that.
Animation for adults: Very unobtrusive during the day, there is a schedule in the hotel card on the Internet, everything else is super - there are no touts, a very neat invitation. There is no music blaring anywhere, everything is for people to relax.
There are great shows in the evening and always great parties with animation and dancing and props.
Conclusions: sturdy 5-piece, comfort class, it's not premium. But, the hotel strives by all means to reach a higher level. This can be seen both in the territory and in the animation, the same copy as in Max and Kulinan Belek. A gorgeous beach, delicious varied food, excellent cleaning of the territory. The chic front area and the lobby are breathtaking. Staff who are ready to help very quickly with all technical issues. Clean warm sea. What else is needed?
Development areas: renovation of rooms is needed, at least appliances and plumbing; improvements in room cleaning, resolving issues with fountains; development of hospitality and going to meet guests, offering compliments - yes, even fruits would be brought to the room / discounts / bonuses. In the main restaurant, it is necessary to monitor the dishes more carefully, for 2 days there were dirty plates everywhere, until she went to the chefs to show them, nothing was changed.
Where to get from the hotel: 30 euros / dollars round trip together - to the Grand Bazaar in Antalya, go for a walk to the shops. Terra City in Antalya (Zara favorite, etc.) - 60-70 dollars will be a round trip.
Waterfalls and a walk in the old town in Antalya. To ride a boat, yacht - $ 150 for 2 adults and 1 child - take it right in the caravan by the beach - catamaran Kulinan - gorgeous, we are delighted. Land of Legends is very close - don't even spend money with the guides - buy tickets there or on the website and take a taxi yourself for the day.
Pharmacies - many are closed on weekends, check with the locals, the choice is huge, WellCare vitamins, Orzax are gorgeous.

I really liked the hotel! We were there at the end of May. The territory is well maintained, beautiful interiors, clean sand on the beach. But the most important thing is the people, the staff, who try their best to make your stay comfortable and memorable, for which I thank them very much! Yes, the hotel has nuances, but for us all sorts of little things were insignificant. The only thing is, it is a pity that for the entire time of our stay we did not see clear clear water in the sea. Maybe because of the waves, maybe because of the river nearby, I don't know. Otherwise, everything is super, entertainment for both children and adults is on the level, the food is delicious and varied, daily cleaning. We had a family vacation with teenagers of 14 years old at the end of April 2024. The hotel is beautiful, the golden palace style) lived in a two-storey family room. The room is already battered, but everything works - the bathrooms are in order, cosmetics are replenished on demand. The food in this hotel is normal, as in all the usual fives. That is, if you compare it with a Voyage, then the choice is certainly in his favor. Alcoholic drinks are good- there are a lot of bars, they try. It is possible to order by the code from the sunbeds. The sea was already warm - we were swimming. It says 26 degrees in the pool - we also swam. Foam peeling was done at the spa - $ 110. We took a bus to Antalya- Union Pay is not accepted, cash is also accepted, a taxi is $ 40 out of season. I liked the staff- they are very friendly, almost all speak Russian. If the price is adequate, it is definitely worth going to this hotel!!!

Overall, it's not a bad hotel, but there's a lot of external pathos, and if you go deeper, there are a lot of flaws and some shameful moments. I would be sorry to pay 500 thousand in a season, it's not worth it. Out of season, the price tag is normal, price=quality.
Pros: large beautiful territory, delicious food, high-quality alcohol, lots of fruits, helpful staff. The cafe's bistro is 24/7. A snow-white bed (about the blanket below). Orthopedic pillow on request. A good sauna and 2 heated pools, lots of entertainment: bowling, billiards, children's vending machines, chess, table tennis and games by the beach. Fruits on the beach. In March, there were strawberries, bananas, apples, pears, and tangerines every day. Fresh juices for breakfast and at the spa! At 21 o'clock there is silence in the hotel, everyone moves to a closed disco, which is a big plus.
but:
1. They settled in the main building, in the European part. I don't know about the other visitors, but the number is unclear. The air conditioner only works for heating, the room is hot even without a conditioner and very stuffy. Sleeping with the door to the balcony open is impossible because of the noise from the pool. We slept terribly all day.
2. I don't know if this is an accident or if this is how the hotel tries to save money. There were no toothbrushes or toothpaste at check-in, so I had to ask. There was no shaving machine. The boxes containing cotton pads and washcloths are falling apart, which is a shame for such a level of the hotel. It would be better to just put them on the table.
3. They claim roberto cavalli cosmetics, supposedly premium. Look at these vials? It's a fake in the process, it looks like it's used, and all the vials. The fragrance is not expensive cosmetics at all. And body lotion and hair conditioner still need to be squeezed out of these bottles. Fidgety, supposedly disposable vials.
4. A very confused shower in the bathtub. Until you figure out how to switch, you can die.
5. We had only 3 saunas and 2 beautiful warm pools.
6. Replenishment of the room. I don't know if it's a trick or just the inattentive maids. The bar was often not refilled, soap dishes were not delivered. They could have taken the foot towel and not put a new one. In short, I had to ask for everything-it was unpleasant for the level of the hotel that it was positioned at.
7. Terrible cheap pillows, it was impossible for everyone to sleep on them, they spring up. They replaced it with orthopedic ones, the issue was resolved
8. A bunch of cats, it smells like cats, cats jump on you on the beach. It is extremely unpleasant and uncomfortable, not everyone likes cats and some are allergic to wool.
9. There is nothing near the hotel at all, there is a road. A taxi costs 10 minutes to drive for $25, and it's easy to rip off.

11. There was no seafood at all for 7 days, only fish and rolls.

We are relaxing here with our family! This is our second time at this hotel. We were very lucky with the weather . We took full advantage of the sea of 23 degrees, not heated by a huge pool of 23-25. Although the hotel has switched to a summer concept since April 1, do not believe it. Everything will be fully operational from May 1. These are evening shows in the amphitheater (today is April 28th and the stage is just being assembled), and food in the main restaurant. For 6 nights there was never any seafood (one evening there were small shrimps), red fish only for breakfast and one evening it was grilled. In general, the food is delicious, but not varied, repeated daily. I hope it will be different from May 1. Alcohol is only imported, cocktails are decent, bars on the territory and on the pier work perfectly. Both by the pool and on the beach, the entire range can be ordered by QR code. The territory is very beautiful and green. The rooms are nice, there is everything in the fridge, a kettle or coffee machine and Roberto Cavalli cosmetics. Assistants respond very quickly to any request. There are nuances in Alaskan restaurants. In the three that work during the day for lunch, the menu is almost the same. We had a great time, we were satisfied with the rest! We would like to wish every new guest of this hotel a wonderful holiday! The hotel was created with great love, it is in every detail! And we want to wish the staff good luck in their work and improve, try, save all the energy conceived by the founder of this palace.

We were at Maradan Palace in early October 2024, while the memories are fresh, I decided to leave a review.
This trip was special, I decided to celebrate my 30th birthday with my family. The last time I visited ol inclusive in Turkey was about 15 years ago, so I really wanted to return to that childhood atmosphere and live it again in adulthood))
In general, the hotel made a positive impression, beautiful interior, everything is expensive and rich, in gold and marble. But, unfortunately, on closer inspection, the shabby appearance of furniture items, tired plumbing, worn-out dishes. In principle, the hotel would probably fit the definition of "former luxury".
About the room and cleaning.
We lived in a family room, which consists of two separate rooms with their own bathrooms. There is one large balcony for both rooms. Each room has a bed (one large and 2 separate), a TV. There is one minibar, 1 beach bag and 6 hangers in the entire room. I mean, if you wanted, you still couldn't make 2 separate rooms, but you need to share everything in the family, especially if things are in short supply))
Even when checking in at the reception, it was said with a joyful look that we were very lucky to get such a room and it was supposedly an upgrade from the hotel. I wonder what a family room for 4 people looks like without an upgrade?
It is necessary to write about cleaning separately. It's sad, honestly. Tons of dust on the desktop (very beautiful!!) lamp, dust and dirt in the corners of the rooms. without quibbling and without looking for dust through a magnifying glass - this really catches the eye, and the hotel management needs to solve this problem promptly. The room is dirty.
Regarding personal hygiene items - maybe this is a trend of the last green years, and towels in 5-star hotels are no longer changed daily, as they take care of the environment? I don't know…
As for soaps and creams, they have also always been in short supply. Body milk was not initially prescribed and the situation did not change for several days. The same goes for the foot towel - it was in one bathroom, it was not put in the other. The situation changed when we called customer support on day 4 and asked to bring shower gel because it was over. The employee brought a bag of funds and literally dumped them on the bed, saying, fall over.
The same thing happened with towels-we asked for a small towel for our feet, in response they brought us a mountain and dumped it all in the sink. At first we didn't understand why there was a mountain of towels in the sink. In short, trash))
About the food at the Bosphorus restaurant
Very tasty, no complaints. Dinner is always varied, breakfast is great. The alcohol on site is the same everywhere, the wine for a Turkish hotel is normal, not terrible.
The service is also within the norm, in my opinion, the service is better in the on-site restaurants (Italian, Turkish, bistro - you can have lunch or snack there during the day). Probably because there are fewer visitors.
About the staff in general
The staff is overwhelmingly Russian-speaking. Kyrgyz and Kazakhs. Non-Russian speakers are Turks (but everyone understands the basic words, you can order in Russian everywhere, everyone will understand).
The staff is either excellent or terrible. Unfortunately, there was no option in the middle.
The staff is permanent, or just engaged - they try very hard - quickly, politely, sympathetically.
Seasonal people are disgusting. I got the impression that they came on vacation, and here I distract them with my orders. I would especially like to mention the lobby bar of the hotel and the Kyrgyz ladies working there. They did anything - they looked in the mirror, flirted with Turkish bartenders, listened to live music (by the way, amazing live music in the evenings at the hotel!!), but they just didn't work.
You could wait for a glass of wine for more than half an hour with almost no other visitors.
To a reasonable question, what is the problem - eyes rolled up and further service of our table was stopped in principle.
There is not much entertainment in the hotel in the evening to completely ignore the lobby bar with live music, so I had to go there. And the maintenance situation was repeated several times.
The hotel management, please pay attention to who you are hiring. The Kyrgyz lazy staff has a bad effect on the reputation of the hotel.
Pool/Beach
We recommend cleaning the pool well, obviously no one has washed the tiles for a long time. The seats around the pool bar leave much to be desired, you can't sit on them with a naked booty in a swimsuit - everything is covered in black.
The beach is small, but overall great, especially the pier. And by the way, the pier bar is a great service. There's a Turk working there "from the regular ones" - he's doing well.
Beach towels also add a pleasant note - in unlimited quantities, it seems even clean, you can change at will.
Regarding the reservation of sunbeds, everything is as it was 20 years ago. Everyone runs in the morning, at 8 a.m. there are no good places on the beach anymore. Towels are lying around unattended, no one cleans them, and the sun beds are occupied.
The scheme of ordering drinks by qr code directly to the sunbed is very convenient - for drunks and lazy))
The show program
Mostly invited dance/acrobatic groups, I wonder if you can keep yourself busy in the evening. Of course, I would like an evening of Turkish belly dancing, tarkan music and foam disco, as in childhood, but alas)) Maybe it's for the best that there is no such thing in the program anymore.
Birthday
Let's go to a meat restaurant, the cost is 45 euros per person, alcohol is paid separately if you order outside the ol inclusive card - it was worth it. This is the best solution, to reserve a place in a restaurant for others.
The compliment from the hotel is a cake and a bottle of sparkling wine (+2 plates and 2 glasses - and there were four of us). They brought it all in the morning, we put the cake and the bottle in the refrigerator and went to the beach. The family also decorated the room with the decor they brought with them.
When we returned from the beach, the glasses (2 pieces, clean) were taken away and the decor (our personal one) was also taken away. After 4!!! calls to customer support and after an hour and a half, glasses and decor were brought to us (got them out of the trash?!).
It should be noted that these ill-fated glasses (dirty with traces of lipstick) they stayed in our room for the next 3 days until our departure, and none of them dared to clean.
Sauna
We bought peeling and massage for ourselves at a "special price" of 100 euros - it's fine, the only thing that they tore off my skin and mole with coffee peeling on my back, but it healed by the time I left, it's not scary 🤷♀️
The overall impression is 3.5 out of 5. There are a lot of worthy moments. You can close your eyes to the wear and tear of the hotel, but the staff was sometimes very frustrating. And not so much slowness as rudeness.
I recommend not going in high season, because only then the price corresponds to the offered service, and there will be fewer seasonal staff, which mostly spoils the mood)
