Just awesome khinkali. There's so much juice inside that you don't have to take the grub! But kharcho is a separate story: there is no broth with meat, there is a lot of mutton in the broth. Hello to the waiter Sasha: I confused Saperavi and Satsibeli :)
There are different opinions about which Georgian restaurant is the best in Minsk. I have a firm and unequivocal opinion on this matter - Tiflis is the best.
Despite the obvious lack of Georgian flavor, especially in the main hall, it has the spirit and truth of real Georgian cuisine, and even more - cultural tradition, or something.
The cuisine is excellent, khinkali is very good, pastries, meat, kharcho - everything is very tasty, traditional and executed with respect and love for Georgian cuisine. Not the slightest trace of negligence. As well as in the manner of service, which is impeccable, in my opinion.
You can look here during the day, just for kharcho, or khinkali. Moreover, the daily prices are affordable and relatively stable, as well as the entire menu in general.
It's great to sit in a friendly company in the evening.
Chacha is very good, wine without fools.
In general, I highly recommend it.
I have loved this place for a long time, and I intend to visit it regularly.
A place to visit once, without emotion, the staff is rude, the kitchen is not bad

We were at the gastrofest, ordered a festival set and khinkali. The khinkali is so-so, I liked the set as a whole, but I forgot to bring the dessert included in it. We realized this already at home, so it was already stupid to return) The prices are above average. The price/quality ratio is below average.
An atmospheric restaurant with good cuisine, pleasant staff, a good selection of dishes, average serving time. The price tag is average. For those who want to try the national dishes of Georgia, I definitely recommend it
Convenient location, good interior, pleasant staff, decent price/quality ratio. Among the disadvantages: the table for two people was canned with mismatched dishes, khinkali and khachapuri were served slightly warm. Next, I wanted to tear off the hands of the chefs who made khinkali, assorted phali. Yes, Georgian cuisine is spicy and spicy, but moderately spicy. Here, Mr. gotwil clearly "according to the technological map", not realizing that products such as hot pepper, garlic, salt are laid "to taste". The result is that in hinkalli, the taste of tarragon does not disappear due to a pile of hot pepper, and the phalli is an over-salted garlic mass, regardless of which product they were from (carrots, beets, beans). But the bottled Tsinandalli and the set of cakes were great. As for coming back a second time, it's more likely no than yes. But everything is possible.
How could you serve such khinkali with cheese? Before that, I clarified, is the cheese not salty? The answer was no. As a result, salty khinkali with ordinary, not declared cheese. From the lunch menu, a salad with sour tomatoes. Well, khinkali without broth and just stuck together, with an unfinished dough. I've tried other positions before and it was fine. But after submitting such hinkals, I will definitely not return. How could anyone have thought of putting up with such a thing?
The quality and taste of food has deteriorated very much over the past couple of years. As much as there was a wonderful place with delicious khinkali two years ago, we were just as disappointed when we recently decided to go. It's a pity, it was very tasty once, but apparently the recipes or chefs changed and that's it (
The staff is friendly.
The administration does not answer the phone contact numbers or resets them altogether.
When I came in person, I was rather rudely turned around. I still didn't appreciate the food
It's a great place. Nice terrace. Very fast serving of dishes, very tasty chebureks and kebabs, very pleasant service. It's a pity that there wasn't one beer on the menu.
It is impossible to book a table, one phone number is always busy, the second one is not answered. We decided to just come without reservation, as a result, we were chased away by a wardrobe employee
We were at this restaurant with a friend for the first time (during the Gastrofest). I liked everything: from the cozy atmosphere, a delicious and very satisfying set and to the pleasant friendly staff. We will be happy to visit this restaurant again and advise others.
A great restaurant. The team of the institution was very pleased (the word "staff" is not appropriate in this case). We had previously booked a table for 5 people, but 7 arrived. We were gladly offered to move to a larger table. Excellent service, good selection of food and drinks. For lovers of "spicy" cuisine, a wonderful choice.
I recommend beef brains to everyone)
I know it sounds scary, but they somehow fry them with onions so that it's straight sweet juicy meat. And so, a good atmospheric restaurant of Caucasian cuisine
If you like Georgian food, go to this restaurant. Delicious. But, as for me, the establishment does not reach the restaurant. Maybe it was an exception during our visit, but we waited a long time for the bill (we asked for the bill 3 times) and there were questions about cleaning the toilet. There is parking.
We were at a gastrofest with our family. I had thought all my life that I did not like Georgian cuisine, but this visit completely changed my mind. Everything was delicious, thank you.
The desire to taste Georgian cuisine has awakened, to try khinkali for the first time. We Googled the rating of Georgian cafes and went to number 1 on Tolbukhina 3. The location is super, opposite Chelyuskintsev Park.
Positive:
1) The windows with logos filled with warmth are immediately impressive, which attract the atmosphere to themselves.
2) Glamorous wardrobe.
3) several halls and a corridor with stylish tables for two.
4) If necessary, they give a historical reference of any dish, for example, they explained to us about satsivi.
5) The food is really delicious.
6) Gorgeous atmosphere.
Minuses:
1) Wine prices are simply sky-high, on average 70 rubles per bottle of wine is too much.
2) The TVs with Mimino were turned off, perhaps they turn on during the day. But there was Georgian background music.
3) Not even a minus, but just khinkali in Tiflis is incredibly sharp, but the classic ones are just right.
We will definitely come back. Just put the wine prices in order. Even in the coolest restaurant in Paris, the price will be lower, honestly)
A very cozy restaurant, my husband and I liked it, the cuisine is delicious .... They gave a discount on the next visit.... We are thinking of returning with my husband....
Khinkali are wonderful! Khachapuri - Mmmmm! The service is fast, the staff is polite and attentive. A good restaurant. It's a pleasure to sit with friends!
We ordered two dishes, and both missed: there is little cheese in khachapuri and unexpectedly the filling is spicy, a dish with potatoes and pork was served with bones (ridges with leftover meat) and two pieces of pork!!! The waiter said it was the cook's vision! Don't set foot there anymore (((
The food may be delicious, but the attitude of the staff is terrible. We ordered two dishes and lemonade. They brought one dish, we waited and waited for the second, it turned out that the waiter did not write it down. When we clarified about the second course, the waiter began to prove to us that we did not order it 😊
As a result, they left half-starved, they didn't even apologize to us. Moreover, the administrator was already aware of what had happened. I will not return to this institution anymore.
