A small hotel with its own territory, spa, gym, children's and adult swimming pools.
There are enough sun beds for everyone, there are not very many vacationers, at the end of April, most of the bungalows were renovated.
The breakfasts are very tasty and varied, lots of fruits (mango, papaya, bananas, magnosteen, watermelons and pineapples), milk puddings and yogurt, traditional Vietnamese and European dishes, cheese, hash browns, several types of ham and sausage, they make omelets, scrambled eggs, phobos, very good coffee of several types, fresh juices). We do not recommend taking dinners, it is monotonous (8 sets for all days) and not tasty.
There are plenty of restaurants nearby (across the street).
The staff reacts quickly to everything and is very friendly to the guests.
Decent massage masters.
There are no living creatures (cockroaches, ants in the rooms), powerful heating systems, towels and bed linen are changed every day, as well as rooms are cleaned.
The beach line is clean, the water is one at a time, sometimes there is a lot of garbage floating (1 time in 10 days), sometimes there are jellyfish and there are a lot of them.

One of the best cottage complexes located on the seashore in Mui Ne Bay in Phan Thiet district. There is a detached Reception building at the entrance, a three-storey building with guest rooms on the second and third floors, a spa and gym are located on the first/ground floor. The room stock is in good condition, there are no balconies in the main building and there are issues with drying clothes. The breakfasts are very rich, including Pho soup, which is different every day, different types of scrambled eggs and omelets with additives, as well as pancakes that the chef prepares for customers every morning. A buffet with a number of porridges, soups, appetizers, meat dishes (with pork, beef, lamb and chicken), dumplings, manti and other dishes, a table with sweets and a large table with delicious monkey fruits) Breakfast at this hotel is like an Egyptian hotel buffet lunch, only much tastier!) In addition to breakfast, you can order lunch and dinner dishes from a large menu. The food is delicious, the waiters are polite and nimble, and I've been generous with tips) Next to the cafe there is a lake with an improvised waterfall in which colorful carp swim, they can be fed with food from a nearby container, there are benches nearby for photo shoots with carp against the background of plantings with a waterfall) The entire territory is constantly cleaned, every morning everything is cut and pruned by gardeners. The rooms are also cleaned daily, even without tips, the bed and towels are changed daily, including beach towels) All questions that arise are promptly resolved at the reception, if there is a misunderstanding, then a translator on the phone will help, which they will even offer themselves. The sea in this bay is wavy most of the time, a surfer's paradise, and there are many schools for beginners along the coast. It is better to swim in the sea from 07:00 to 10:00 until there is no wind, then go for breakfast and go back to the sea or pool. In the hotel, in front of the sea, there is a swimming pool with a bar and free billiards, for whom the sea is wavy, they swim in the pool, or relax on deck chairs, through the bar, or brought with them from the shops opposite the hotel) Mattresses on deck chairs are promptly brought by the staff, as soon as you choose the right one, there are always free deck chairs, do not it is necessary to occupy them in the morning as in some hotels in Turkey)) The coastal area is constantly being cleaned, the sand by the sea is leveled every morning, the pool is cleaned every early morning while everyone is sleeping, the pool is not closed at night and for preventive maintenance, as in Turkey, they manage to do everything in the early morning, and everyone is resting. Opposite the hotel, across the street, there is the cheapest Travel Agency in this area, Dima tour with Russian speakers for years, if you book excursions from them it will be twice cheaper than from tour operators, I recommend everyone to buy an excursion to the city of Dalat, buy Levak coffee there, climb waterfalls, ride elephants and ostriches. There are also private pharmacies located opposite the hotel, where you can exchange dollars for Vietnamese dong at a favorable exchange rate, as well as buy local and imported alcohol, sunburn and after-sunburn products, ointments, coffee, and souvenirs. There is a jewelry store on the left, and a minmarket to the right of the hotel, which resembles our Magnet. Along the entire line of hotels on the opposite side there is a row of shops and cafes of all cuisines of the world, the menu is everywhere in Russian. The hotel and the resort area are suitable for a relaxing beach holiday. If you want peace and relaxation, lots of excursions, then you are here. Vietnam is a very friendly and black people, they also like to bargain.

A 5+ hotel!We had a rest with a group of 6 people in the second half of November 2024, everyone liked it. The staff is inconspicuous when they have time to do everything.They only took breakfast, everything is very tasty and varied, the pool is large near the sea with a Jacuzzi, everything is clean and tidy, there is billiards near the pool. The territory is large, spacious, beautifully decorated, and the lighting is also pretty in the evening. In general, everything is sooo cool! We had a rest with the whole family, a great hotel for a family holiday. The beach is super, the entrance is on sand, the neighbors have already washed away the beach, some have concrete steps, others have huge bags of sand. Please check the satellite maps before booking. The territory is covered with greenery, flowers, embroidery frames. The children really liked the Koi carp pond, they were hand-fed like tame kittens. The rest is always great. The hotel is super. We recommend everyone to go on an excursion to Dalat.

We had a rest with my husband at this hotel in April 2025.
We really liked the hotel, we went for a relaxing beach and sightseeing vacation. I'll note right away that there are no animations in this hotel, and there are no playgrounds either. Who was with the kids, they were running around the lawn and playing with their toys)) there is a children's area in the pool.
The hotel has a very beautiful green area, very well maintained, every day the staff takes care of the territory, right behind every blade of grass, which surprised us.
There is a fish pond near the dining room where breakfast and fish food are served. There is also a hammock and a swing on site.
Beach: the hotel has the cleanest beach, and every evening we watched the staff clean the sand. We went for a walk along the beach, as you go to the right, it's immediately dirty outside the territory. There are few sun beds on the beach, mostly by the pool, and it takes 1 minute to walk down to the beach from the pool. There is a shower and a foot wash. There is security at the pool and the beach, we lay on the sun beds by the pool, left things, did not steal anything. We got in when there were waves, but we were swimming, and at the end of the rest there were none at all, there was a smooth surface and not a single kite. The water is like fresh milk, high. There is a kite school nearby. The pool has billiards, a cafe, and you can order food and drinks for a fee. Discount coupons are given upon check-in.
Food: we only had breakfast, you won't stay hungry, there is always something to choose from - fruits, drinks, omelets, pancakes, soups, scrambled eggs, cereals, vegetables, some hot dishes like stews, meat (I don't eat that for breakfast :) that's why I didn't look too closely).
Check-in: we arrived in the evening, checked in quickly, gave discount coupons to a cafe and a massage for 30 minutes (we went, but the prices are more expensive than on the street, and the masters are the same as in the salons :)) there is a very good massage parlor right next to it. They gave me a welcome drink and escorted me to my room and helped me carry my suitcase.
Number: We lived in a hotel, not in a bungalow, an ordinary room, a bed, a wardrobe, bedside tables, a safe, a mirror, a shower with toilet, a safe, a bathrobe, slippers, shower gel and shampoo, a mini-bar, free water every day, 2 bottles, the furniture is normal and not damaged. I advise you to take a hair dryer with you, it's there, but it's weak. In fact, we only spent the night there, in the morning on the beach after the beach we went for a walk and ate, before going to bed we sat by the pool and listened to the sound of the sea :)
The cleaning is good, there are no complaints. But they come early, they're already knocking at about 8, so anyone who wants to sleep should put a do not disturb sign on the door.
Clothes were dried on hooks in the bathroom and dried overnight. There is no balcony. You can smoke in the common corridor in designated areas.
The hotel has a very good location, there are many cafes, shops, massage parlors nearby, there is always a place to go.
We recommend the hotel!

We flew to Vietnam for the first time. The choice fell on this hotel. Kapets turned out to be a long way from the airport, almost six hours away, but it is far from large places, so there is less transport, police and all sorts of people offering marijuana, in fact they are pushing ordinary tobacco. The hotel is good, they took a bungalow type, did not regret it and did not cost much more than a room. The food is monotonous, but delicious. There was a free foot massage and one drink at the pool bar. The beach is fine sand, the waves are knee-deep in the morning, after lunch they are already above the waist, it is normal not to swim. Room cleaning every day, they can sit and wait on the bench until you come out and quickly clean up. The area is green and illuminated. Since there is everything in the village within walking distance. Russian Russian shops, pharmacies, massage parlors, cafes (they even found Russian cuisine and portions there for a Russian person, they will bring it so they will bring it). Prices vary, some drinks are cheaper, some food. You also need to look for the exchange rate, the best one was found in the pharmacy on the left side of the exit from the hotel. A moped was rented at the hotel for $ 8 a day, they did not find a gas station, they gave it out with almost an empty tank, but there was enough gasoline for a ride, they returned it with a burning light bulb))) Yes, and you need to be prepared for small animals in the dwelling, we had two lizards, it was unusual at first, but since they always hid, they were almost forgotten in the end, plus a frog in the green area near the bungalow, I thought it would be worse. For the first time after Turkey, Egypt and the Emirates, it went straight in.

We were in 2019 .
It was a great vacation for us, we lived in a separate house . There is a swimming pool on the territory by the sea. Silence , beauty , cleanliness , just pleasure . We only had breakfast. We had lunch with what we took from breakfast to the room .
But we went to a cafe for dinner , all the dishes are fresh , seafood , portions are large , cheap .
Of the disadvantages, only the road from the airport to the hotel took 3.5 hours. After a 9-hour flight, another 3.5 hours by car is of course tedious, but it was worth it.

We are at breakfast, the food is normal, varied, but we are for a week, we are not tired, who is for two weeks, they may get bored. Everything is edible. Great hotel! We lived with my wife in a house (bungalow) near the beach. The pool is 15 meters away and the main building with breakfast - traditionally we do not take full board to eat in different places. The territory of the hotel is a gentrified jungle! The house has a full range of services - from a large bed (king size), shampoos, soap, TV, refrigerator, safe, linen change daily (!) and body and foot massage: coupons from the hotel for free 12 pcs. We ate in the restaurant opposite the hotel "Terrace" or walked (10-15 min) to the "fish village" - crabs, lobsters, king prawns, moray eels, stingrays, any fish and grilled meat: for pennies and very tasty. We toured half the country in 2 weeks, including Dalat and Saigon. The sea in Phan Thiet has been cool since September) It feels like stepping into your own (filled for yourself) bathtub...the same water temperature is 40-45 degrees!!! I was shocked at first...Then we took motorbikes, ATVs and drove around the area to other beaches. In a word, both Vietnam and the Terracotta Hotel have left good memories. I recommend it!

We had a rest in February 2020. This is one of the best hotels I've ever been to. Small, cozy, hospitable. The best option is a bungalow. Everything is clean, regular cleaning and linen change. The room has everything you need: a bathrobe, flip-flops, soap accessories. And from the shower, you can immediately step into your personal flower greenhouse. Excellent and hearty breweries are presented by European and local Vietnamese cuisine. The most delicate croissants with chocolate are just a delight, greetings from the French colonial past. A well-maintained private beach is within walking distance. However, the sea cannot be called affectionate, as it happens only in the morning. A big plus is the presence of Russian-speaking staff. Staying here has left the warmest memories. The hotel is suitable for a quiet relaxing holiday, for people tired of the hustle and bustle of the city.

I am very moody in terms of recreation, here I can say without exaggeration that this hotel is a heavenly place. Especially if you live in a bungalow.
I have never seen such colors, such landscaping anywhere else.
The photo with a view of the waterfall from the hotel restaurant has been on my computer desktop for the third year and I'm not going to change it. It's just gorgeous there.

We were in Terracotta in September. Quiet, peaceful place, sandy beach. It's almost like Miami. We lived in a bungalow by the pool, 50m from the sea. A wonderful vacation is relaxation. The sea, the sun, massages, exotic fruits and seafood. Delicious tea and coffee, Vietnamese rum. Good excursions from local travel agencies in Mui Ne. I recommend.
This is the third time we have come to this place and each time we discover Vietnam in a new way.

A very cool hotel. We lived in a bungalow (room 620). I liked everything VERY much. Everything is PERFECTLY clean. A stunning landscape. The territory of the hotel is simply fabulous. The staff is very friendly. Food was brought to the room almost instantly, even at night. A great and always empty pool. There have never been any problems with sun beds.

The Terracotta resort&spa hotel in Mui does not have 4 stars. But the service, room cleaning, territory care, food, reception services are at a high level. At least 5*. There is a Russian-speaking staff at the reception. Therefore, booking directly at the hotel will not be difficult. The hotel is small, cozy, with well-kept grounds, a swimming pool and a trout pond. Direct access to the sea, private beach. Suitable for family holidays. There are many cafes, shops, spas nearby, as the hotel is located in the center of Mui Ne. Bokeh is 2-2.5 km away. I highly recommend this hotel for a vacation in Vietnam.
