An amazing and unexpected addition to Diamond City😃 It's been a long time since I've tasted such a delicious and proper bubble wrap. We took chocolate truffle and popcorn tonic with my wife, bomb flavors. The girls are friendly and polite, but also patient. In front of us is a woman, if I may say so, indecisive, she thought for a long time, but the girl at the checkout explained everything to her staunchly and politely. I give 5 points to the restaurant for its taste and pleasant impression.*
Now for the minor cons:
- a cardboard capholder was not served with the hot drink so as not to burn your hands
- the interior is certainly beautiful and atmospheric, but not very comfortable.
- the stone floor, again to the interior, is beautiful, but not comfortable. You can get caught accidentally.
- a system with numbers on receipts, not bad, but not in a noisy shopping center. Especially when there are a lot of children here, obviously you can't hear your number, as it was with us, I just happened to notice that our glasses were ready.

It's a very nice place. I came on 25.12 with a friend, the consultant is a young girl, Alesya, very pleasant, explained everything and told in detail. We chose a match between Bob and peach mana. (As a matcha lover, I really appreciated her taste! Just the same, without impurities and not diluted) Both drinks were moderately sweet, the cream cheese was bombastic).
The price is normal - they gave 13 rubles for one drink, it's very satisfying.
It's a very cozy atmosphere, there's a place to sit, and there are napkin stands on every table. New Year decorations are a separate plus.
The place is new, I saw a negative review about this place, I couldn't get past this injustice! Be sure to come by if you like to treat yourself to tapioca and an aesthetic place.

I was at the opening, and I come here from time to time. Very modern and themed atmosphere. A wide range of drinks. There are both warm and chilled ones. Fruit, milk, sweet - everyone can find something to their liking.

A girl with a displeased face and a haughty tone said that I had chosen the wrong tea temperature, without specifying on my own how and where it could be viewed. She answered me, but with the same tone and face. After ordering and paying, she warned that the waiting time is 10-15 minutes, usually they warn about this before ordering, so that the person understands if he has the opportunity to wait.
As a result, we sit for 20 minutes and nothing is ready yet.

I ordered hot tea taro bo bo. I waited 22 minutes instead of the promised 10. I couldn't stand it. I came over and asked where my order was. They tell me that I was incorrectly given the number on the receipt and my correct order is already ready. Cold tea for 14 rubles. No apologies, no resolution of the issue. The impression is ruined.
The place is beautiful. There are available seats.

When there is something to compare with and, most importantly, with whom, then the conclusion is the same - frankly a weak spot. On the second floor, the food court serves bubble tea much better. I don't say anything about New Year's cups at all, I'm zero customer-oriented. Train the staff, gentlemen owners.
