The hotel is good! We had a rest from October 9th to October 17th. In general, we were satisfied with the rest. We were well received and placed quickly. I liked the food too. The animators are wonderful guys, they tried very hard. I especially liked the final day and the theme of "Mr. Hotel". They laughed until they cried. 😂 The male participants are well done!
There was a fly in the ointment after all. A young man who is engaged in a photo shoot. The specialist is good, knows his job, but as a person he showed himself very poorly. I took the money, but we didn't wait for the photo, we left, time was running out
If he gets rich with this amount, then I'm happy for him. Muslims are a very religious people and are afraid to do good deeds, but here....
My opinion is that everyone is rewarded for what they have earned. It is very sad that there is such a residue on my soul.

Nice hotel. We liked it.
There is a lot of food and it is delicious. For dinner, there is a grill area outside. 5 minutes walk to the sea. You can stay on the beach for the whole day. The bar is from 10 to 18, burgers and fries from 11 to 12.30, then lunch, then ice cream, burgers, Viennese waffles, etc.
From 11 to 12.30, Gozlime tortillas are baked.
The alcohol is Turkish, it will do.
Of course, it is advisable to make repairs in the hotel, refresh it.
The room is cleaned every day, but the bed linen has not been changed once in 8 days.
In general, everything was fine.

The hotel as a whole is not bad- Side rules. Soft sand and a long coastline. It takes 5-10 minutes to walk to the sea. The territory of the hotel is small, but well maintained. The water park is small, with 4 slides. The animation was great. Beca was rocking, we became friends. There was a mosque nearby, and at 5 a.m. the muezzin began to pray and sing-the windows faced the side where the mosque was. It's a tin can. Interesting things: you can go to the ruins, feed the turtles from the bridge, and if you go left along the path along the coastline, then in about half an hour you will come across an interesting mini-zoo. There's a shade and cute little animals) It's free.

Hello everyone!. We liked our stay at the Sultan of Side Hotel, we recommend it. We arrived at 7 a.m., had breakfast, and at 9 we were already provided with a room. The food is excellent and varied. The staff is friendly. Room cleaning / change of towels / replenishment of water - every day, The territory is well maintained. The beach is 5 minutes away. A sandy beach, a smooth entrance to the sea. There is a place to walk, shops, an embankment. You can travel to other cities by bus/ taxi. Guided tours are offered. About the rooms - the usual ones. We would have returned to this hotel.

We stayed at the hotel from September 28th to October 8th, 24th. I liked everything very much. The food is delicious, we got 2 times on the Turkish night holiday - the tables were just bursting with food. Every day, except Sunday, there is a show program. The room was cleaned well, they made all sorts of figures on the bed. Of course, the room stock requires cosmetic repairs, but we were traveling for the sea and rest. 5-7 minutes from the hotel, there is a river with turtles, almost every day we went to feed them, it was interesting. In general, I recommend the hotel, we are waiting for repairs and we will come again

Three adults and one child. We checked into room 3316 (for four).
The room is cleaned every day, although it is not clear at what time. Sometimes they came clean after the sea, and sometimes there was no cleaning after lunch. Nevertheless, she was🙌🏻
The room is cozy, there is one TV and two air conditioners. The view from the room to the other building. It's not too noisy. But on the left side there is a restaurant and a swimming pool, sometimes at night you can hear the ventilation working, but not critically noisy.
As for me, the menu in the restaurant is good. Sometimes the dishes are boring, but in general there is a variety.
Wi-Fi works everywhere, there are enough telegram and Instagram accounts.
The beach is gorgeous and clean, the food on the beach is delicious.
I don't even know what else to tell you, I really liked the hotel. 🥰
There is a terminal transport stop nearby. It is convenient to leave the hotel, turn right and now you are already going where you need to go😺

There is a lot of food, varied, you will definitely not be hungry. The attitude at the reception is tolerable, but I would like to be more friendly. The rooms are old, but it is not critical for us, in terms of cleanliness it is not 5 ka for sure, the windows in the elevator and on the floors are terribly dirty ... well, and other moments...For example, on the day of arrival I had a birthday, the tour operator made a note, there was no compliment from the hotel and they did not even verbally congratulate me, it's a shame ...

The wine of the hotel again. And no one even apologized. They hid like mice. And I needed help. I was alone on vacation. The hotel administration behaved very meanly. I still have a bad aftertaste.
Cleaning, oooh, this is a separate conversation. When I was doing the cleaning, I put the trash can on the table. I was shocked. What could he do without me in the room?

The room was a family room, for two. Overall, it was not bad, but there were also disadvantages. The toilet button was stuck and the water was leaking from the bathroom. Towels were not changed every day at first, I had to contact the reception, after that everything was fixed and changed as it should be)
You can eat everywhere, in the restaurant, near the pool, on the beach)
The menu is not particularly varied, but we have never been hungry. Everything was delicious, although I'm still picky)
The animation is really about nothing, so we didn't go every day, we went for a walk in the city along the shopping malls)
The employees of the shops inside the hotel got a little tired, they were very intrusive, I had to run away from them right away.

They brought us at 0:30 and here's a surprise there are no rooms available! I had to wait until 3:00 to get a room. As we understand it, this is their usual practice. The restaurant is quite good, fish, meat, olives, cheeses, greens were enough for me. Alcohol is as usual in TR, crayfish is good, everything else is rubbish, I don't drink beer. The beach was sandy, there were plenty of sun beds, food and drinks on the beach. There is a promenade along the sea, palm trees, benches. The animation in the hotel was not annoying. The Internet is good, including on the beach. Of the disadvantages, I can name:The hotel guide is an obsessive girl, we have been to Turkey for the tenth time, we have already seen everything and refused to take excursions, which she was very unhappy with. Previously, we always settled on the first line and the distance to the beach seemed too long.

The hotel is not bad, but the guests are greeted terribly. We were in August. They didn't give me a room at either 14 or 15. No numbers, was the answer. They tried to send them for a day, not even to the hotel, but to the "back room" of a nearby eatery. Two days of a long-awaited vacation were ruined. Another asshole Rassoul, the guide from anex tour, instead of helping, washed his hands of it, and went off into the sunset, leaving them to solve problems with the hotel themselves. He was only interested in exchanging tugriks and selling excursions. There were 5-6 families like us. Someone got a room with a clogged toilet and this is according to Rassoul (Brine) I was lucky. The number was given - rejoice. I strongly recommend neither the hotel nor the anex tour. This is the first time we have encountered such a disgusting attitude. I hope we won't get "lucky" like this anymore.

It all depends on the mood! We liked it. We were with a child 1,1. The pools are excellent. The room is nice and clean. The territory of norms. A cool promenade along the sea. We read the reviews beforehand and it was scary to go, but we were lucky. The room was cleaned well and every day. We checked in at 10.00 without additional charges. Just like me and the baby. Food for the child was always found in the dining room. Who writes that there is nothing to eat, but we found it. There is a lot of meat, fish, vegetables. Just feed the baby with baked fish(Fried without skin) or boiled chicken and just vegetables. There are no problems.
The sea is beautiful. Warm, clean. There were always sun beds, we came to the beach after breakfast and were in the heat (before 12.00.) In the sun we were at a quiet hour in the room. Then the sea or the pool again.
The only disadvantage is the lack of shops with fixed prices nearby. Only Migros is not big. It takes about 20 minutes to walk.
Nearby, you can feed turtles on the bridge in the morning. They eat boiled eggs. Take it in the dining room for breakfast.
We definitely recommend it for the trip. If you need the sun and the gentle sea with a nice sandy beach.

I had a rest in September of the 24th year. We arrived at the hotel at 7 a.m. Thanks to the administrators- (for $ 20) we went to the room right away))) I was vacationing with a friend, we got a 2-bed room, it overlooked a large swimming pool... and this, loud music in the afternoon and..... until 11 p.m. I fell asleep well and it didn't bother me. It took a while to figure out the elevator and the floors, as it's all difficult))))
Room cleaning for 3+, it's strange, but there were no shower probes (it's good that they brought it with them).
The administrators are responsive, they will solve any issue. To the bartenders and chefs, great respect!!!!
Everything is very tasty, attentive and timely. I want to thank our guide Refik (sorry, I forgot my last name).
For the first time, I listened with interest. He tells a very interesting and humorous story. I wanted to buy excursions!!!

The beach is at 5, but you need to take sun beds from 7 in the morning. The sea was like fresh milk. Because of the sandy bottom, the water is muddy. Nice hotel. The staff is trying. The food is delicious. We liked it! The Beach with the Sea is Gorgeous! It's worth visiting this hotel once. There is a final bus stop near the hotel, you can get to Manavgat and Side (ancient city) travel from the terminal to the terminal is 26 lira, they will not give you change from bucks! 15 minutes by an average step from the hotel, the Migros and BIM chain store, cigarettes and alcohol in Migros, there is no such thing in Bim. These stores are located next to each other. There is nothing to do in Shock, a small choice. Migros and Bim (like our magnet and pyaterochka), I recommend visiting before flying home 😀✌️👍

Everything is fine!!!The food is gorgeous and multifaceted, delicious Sultan cocktails,animation and concerts, a gorgeous beach and beach dinners, thanks to the Turks, they try so hard!!! On the tour, Russians are sorted separately from Germans and Poles and Ukraine so that there are no clashes.There are gendarmes next to the hotel, which immediately calmed me down. Upon arrival, there was a small minus - this is the lack of shampoos, but then they bought and forgot about everything in the world!!!It's a bit expensive, of course, but now is the time!!!

The hotel is on the second line. The beach is 10 minutes away. If you didn't take the deck chairs early in the morning, they are no longer there at 9-10 o'clock and you will have to get used to them somehow.. The beach and the sea are a solid five. A gentle approach. Everything is as it should be.. The food is meager and monotonous. Fruits : watermelons, grapefruits, apples and sometimes peaches. And everything is not tasty except apples.. The rooms are already tired, but we didn't sweat much. There was a family room. But whatever the understanding is, it's not what we're used to seeing. An ordinary standard room is taken and separated by a partition. It turns out like two rooms. There is almost no light there. Like a half-light. But in general, it doesn't really hover. There is a city nearby, you can walk on foot and go for junk that the Turks sell for a lot. I advise you to go to migros and buy everything much cheaper. Just go to the city, everything is definitely cheaper there. Route 32 will take you to the center. The fare is 35 liras / person. There's also not much to do in the Side Mall..

The main thing is not to buy tours from a guide sooo expensive and he himself becomes rude, especially when you take the wrong tours that he would like. I do not know where the bad reviews come from.People go on vacation, but they write so much negativity.We were settled immediately after filling out the documents, no additional payments were asked,the room was large,clean,both air conditioners worked properly,plumbing did not leak, the hair dryer worked, clean towels,slippers, cleaning,bed linen change,the water in the refrigerator was replenished,the balcony was closed.Yes, the hotel is not new, tired in places, but clean with friendly staff.️The food was delicious, there was meat every day, I don't know who was missing there, people filled plates and ate everything, I don't think anyone would eat delicious food.Fruits melon, watermelon, grapes, apples, bananas, peaches were every day, strawberries were not hit once, but not a star to shoot for it?Very tasty fish on the grill , lots of salads and thanks for not having mayonnaise 👍I am generally silent about the sweet table, every day there are a huge number of cakes, cakes, cookies, pastries and various jams.The chefs are great!!! There is practically no cleaning, even with a dollar, even without a dollar. Old plumbing. The room was on the 2nd floor overlooking the pool. I liked the food, in principle it was decent, we ate enough. There was often trout. We made fun of some of the names of dishes in Russian)) The beach is not close, within 10 minutes at a leisurely pace. The beach bar closes at 17:00, when there are still a lot of people, well, at least they extended it until 18:00. There are a lot of people in the sea, we went swimming to the right, where there is a piece of beach with paid sunbeds, behind Adalia, and to the left, beyond the river with turtles, the water is cleaner there. In general, you can relax if you didn't have enough budget for something better.

We stayed at this hotel from 29.08 to 08.09.2024. The worst of all hotels. I'll start in order. We arrived at 12.30 pm. Check-in is at 14.00, but there are no ready rooms. The hotel is crowded. Somehow, with mats and songs, at 15.00 we were given the keys to the rooms. The rooms are old, gloomy, and dark. Upon entering, you immediately stumble upon a bed. In general: SHOCK. After going to the reception, a scandal with them and the guide, we were promised a replacement room the next day. I am glad that they kept their word. There is no room cleaning. Towels are changed, but in a strange way: they can change everything, or they can partially. The bed was changed once, on the 7th day, and then after my trip to the guide. Although a change of linen is announced 1 time in 3 days. The linen and towels are old, washed. The mattress and pillows are terrible. Very poor water pressure. Almost every day there were problems with hot water, it simply wasn't there. Of the soap and soap accessories, only shower gel, it is also shampoo. The hotel is not small, there are only 2 tiny elevators on 6 floors, one per wing. The elevator is always dirty and stuffy. It's a very long time to wait for him. And it's not a fact that you'll go to the selected floor right away. First, you roll up and down all over everything, in the heat and stuffiness. The air conditioning was often not turned on at the reception. The hotel restaurant is a horror. It is dark, dirty, stuffy, the dishes are not washed. A very inconvenient concept on the hand. Constant crowds and queues. There is a lot of food, you will not stay hungry, but everything is monotonous. There were a lot of fruits: watermelons (very tasty), melons, apples, pears, peaches (also delicious, ripe), plums, grapes. Juices are rubbish (rinses). There are only drinks in the lobby bars and pools. The local alcohol is of disgusting quality. The opening hours of the bars are extremely inconvenient: up to 17 hours. There was a delicious lunch at the beach bar, which we did. They cooked kebabs there every day. The sea in this place is very dirty (probably because of a dirty river flowing nearby). It is impossible to rinse the sand out of swimsuits. There are 2 swimming pools + a pool with slides on site. We never go to pools, I can't give an assessment. Wi-Fi is free throughout the hotel and there is even a beach (this is a plus). The hotel does not correspond to the declared stars at all. The maximum is 3. The price and quality do not correspond to each other from the word at all. I definitely do not recommend this hotel.

We vacationed in Turkey in 2024, from August 17-26, before this trip
we visited Turkey 4 times and it was the worst hotel we were in, I must say
right away we went to the "Five" of the average price category, we were not in Deluxe class hotels.
The hotel is old, 2008, shabby, plumbing was leaking, everything was dark, as if
they were saving on electricity, pieces of other wallpaper were glued to the wallpaper in the room
(I attached a photo), the hotel does not correspond to 5 stars at all.
We were brought to the hotel at 18.00, we had to check in, because check-in at hotels
from 14.00, we waited for about an hour, and then we were not alone, I saw people swearing and
waiting for a long time to check in. The hotel guide Rasul is a complete "Neodekvat", quarreled with half of our group,
threw vouchers and said that anyone who does not buy excursions from him may not contact him and
in general he does not care…
It is necessary to occupy sun beds by the pool before 8.00 am, after that it is pointless.
The hotel is located on the 3rd line slightly uphill, there is no transportation to the beach, it will be difficult for elderly people to get to the beach and back. The beach is very narrow and the sunbeds are stuck like in a tin can, elbow to elbow, which is not very pleasant.(photo)

I've been here for a week, it's definitely not a 5-star hotel. The air conditioner did not work, I called the reception 2 times, a couple of people came and looked at it and left saying that it would work soon, the same situation with the light bulbs. The Internet doesn't work during the day, or it takes a very long time to load everything, at night when everyone falls asleep the situation gets better and you can at least watch YouTube. The buffet is ordinary, nothing outstanding. Be careful with the pools, because they are apparently very poorly cleaned and if you drink too much water, you can safely catch rotavirus / diarrhea, etc., personally, I drank pills every evening for all this just in case. There are several bars on site and there is a meager selection everywhere, at different times 4-6 cocktails to choose from. The beach is also mediocre, the sunbeds are normal, a good sandy bottom, but somewhere 200 meters to the left a river or sewer flows in and this causes an unpleasant smell and again you can pick up something. The staff is generally good, smiling, they do everything right, but no one speaks Russian normally. The guide talked about theft in the rooms by cleaners, I did not encounter this, but be careful anyway, there are safes in the rooms, but they are paid. In general, you can relax, the views of the palm trees of the city and the mountains are beautiful.
