I bought an air conditioner, they didn't bring it on the appointed date and didn't even notify me about it. I ordered the installation of the same air conditioner. I waited in line for a month, took a day off from work on the appointed date. I waited all day, silence. I went to the store and they said they would call me back. At six in the evening, the installer calls and says our car broke down ...... Sulpak is one disappointment. They haven't installed it yet. I already want to return it. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE ABBOT
