We rented the "Windows" hall for professional shooting. The room is very neat, very bright and clean. We had 4 photographers (each hour is different), each of them was suitable for the light provided by the studio. Excellent price-quality. There's a nice receptionist at the reception. I treated everyone to coffee (thanks a lot), and responded responsibly to our requests. We'll definitely come again.

The first studio, after which I came out as angry and upset as possible. The hall is dirty, the receptionist came in periodically, interfered with the shooting, kicked out when the time was running out. At the same time, we entered at exactly 00 minutes, we were pushed out at 54, and the people who rented the gym were following us.. As a result, we couldn't even calmly leave their hall. accordingly, there was no cleaning, there was nothing. Also, I would like to note that there is a surveillance camera in the hall itself (there was a huge surprise after I changed my clothes)According to the "administrator," they are hardly watched at all, and the cameras don't work at all, and they have a warning. So, I didn't see the warning, no one personally said. It is not known what the truth of the administrator's words is. As for the dressing room, it's cold, dirty, 3 sockets for 2 tables, no place to change clothes. It's just disgusting.

Probably the worst studio in Minsk, in my opinion.
At least as far as customer orientation is concerned.
We came to the hall with the cyclorama - there was a stench of bleach all over the room, and the windows did not open, they were clogged with nails. We inhaled this chemistry for 3 hours.…
We were not provided with slippers, they said that the stripes would appear... we came in white socks, left in black ones 🥲
The toilet in the building is terrible. The receptionist didn't even offer napkins.… Although we asked directly about the bathroom.
Tables in the "dressing room" are set up for children. They're very small and uncomfortable.
We decided with the team that we would no longer film there.

There are no questions for the studio, but there are HUGE questions for the administrator. The most toxic is a woman who checks shoes for gluing and suffocates with a contract. The shooting lasts 55 minutes, not 60. This is not allowed, this is not allowed, and there is no desire to be photographed. There's nowhere to change clothes, and there's a dollhouse dressing room. It's not a fact that I'll go there again.

A very comfortable studio with a pleasant price, where you will find all the equipment you need. 2 beautiful halls: a cyclorama and an interior one. A small dressing room where you can get ready for shooting, drink coffee / tea, fix your makeup, for this there is already micellar water, cotton pads and sticks. Pleasant administrators who will go to the meeting will help with the lighting and in everything you ask. In general, the studio is ideal, I advise everyone

Great studio! The price is generally fire! The administrator is responsive. We came to shoot in the evening, there was little light, we took pictures on the phone, the pictures turned out to be very dark, we were going to go upset, but we were offered to visit another hall for free, lighter and try to take pictures there!
It was a great decision and we succeeded. I can only say thanks and more sincerely! I read that the halls are dirty, I came to the studio more than once, everything is always cleaned.

There was a great photo shoot in the studio "Windows"!
The only drawback, because we had evening (last) time, there was a lot of garbage and black hair on the white floor, it bothered us. It is better to make a reservation in the daytime, when there is a lot of sun 🌞

A good photo studio, a gift at all for this money. Having traveled to many photo studios in Minsk, I can distinguish the advantages such as location, good light, many locations for filming, my own speakers for music and an excellent steamer. In other photo studios for 50-60 rubles / hour, there is no column, then a manual steamer that fills your hands with boiling water. So I give 5 stars and I want to distinguish that the administrators are very friendly and responsive.

the studio is in very poor condition, retouching is required on ALL photos due to the condition of the cyclorama, the furniture is dirty with colored spots, the wooden chair is shabby, the floor is so dirty that the things that were shot immediately became dirty, a very small hall, it is impossible to get dressed in the corridor, since it is very small and there are people from two sides halls. I don't recommend it at all

After the shooting, I will note a couple of facts:
1. It was dirty. A lot of hair . The photo shoot was with children - the children helped everything. And the photos will have to be photoshopped to remove all the hair on the floor from the photos.
2. The system of fictional fines is surprising. According to their rules, you must pay a 100% fine if you cancel your reservation for a certain period of time and do not want to be blacklisted. On what grounds? Apparently on their own personal ones. Taking into account that no contracts are drawn up at the time of booking, the question of legality remains open.
3. The service is mediocre.
Competitive? I don't know, it's unlikely, there are many competitive analogues.

The receptionist was unfriendly, she answered questions about the equipment reluctantly and as if everything was so obvious, although I think it's her job to help and, if anything, answer questions. The lamp, which was included in the cost of the studio, was not set up normally, it could not be used, and while the administrator was trying to build it, the rental time was flowing. In short, the shooting was very stressful, the impressions were unpleasant.
