An excellent place. The kitchen is gorgeous. The waiter is just a gift. Everything you've tried is delicious. And the white wine was beyond praise. Unexpected for the local wine. I recommend it to everyone
The main advantage is the interior. The food and service is not a fountain. In the menu, the picture did not match the dish. Grilled meat was depicted, but in fact it turned out to be stewed. I wanted exactly such a thing as a barbecue, but I don't eat stew. They were not allowed to cancel the order, although it was clear that they were not cooking right now, but had been put out a long time ago and only put on a plate. I had to pay, and order another dish for myself (
There are a lot of people, the waiters are running around and impatiently taking the order, all in a hurry.
Delicious, but expensive!I would note that the service is good , the waiters are attentive and friendly . I wouldn't say there's anything special about him. An ordinary teahouse in the style of a restaurant. More pathos , due to the location , and like a bunch of famous people they had . And so there are a lot of other beautiful places with national food.
Excellent cuisine, obviously prepared from high-quality fresh products, served quickly, but you need to book in advance, it is always crowded.
Next time we are in Bukhara, we will definitely visit you again!
Visited in April 2024, guided by reviews. We ordered pilaf. This is the worst pilaf that has been tried: cold, with hard meat. It feels like the meat was cooked separately from the pilaf. One dish was not brought at all. We were disappointed
Cool authentic interior, everything is delicious enough except for chalagacha (semi-raw meat), with a full house always. In the evening, it's impossible to just go out and find a table)
The food is not bad, but the portions are very small. The waiters are slow, they stand chatting among themselves, not paying attention to the visitors. Dirty toilet.
The managers at the entrance yell at the waiters and lick foreigners. They behave in an ugly way, assessing the appearance of a tourist.
Excellent restaurant, good cuisine. For convenience, it is better to book in advance, always a full boarding. The team is responsive. Everything that was tasted is very tasty.
I liked this place.
Good location, cozy atmosphere, delicious food, reasonable prices.
But it's better to book in advance, there are always a lot of people.
The worst place for the whole trip to Uzbekistan.
They are very publicized, at the entrance there are photos of celebrities who visited this institution, apparently as one of the arguments for the price level.
The staff is running around you, while we were having dinner, all the staff of the institution tried to serve us. As they ran past, they looked interested, took the order and ran away. This is repeated 3,4,5 times.. some kind of quest. When ordering a second glass of beer, a bottle was brought to me and put on the table, after expressing my bewilderment, the waiter offered to top up the beer in my unfinished glass.. and only after the refusal did he bring a new clean one. The cherry on the cake was that we were given someone else's account, i.e. there is no control and understanding of what and who orders at all. The food quality is normal. So if you want to sit pleasantly, then you are not here.
They fell for the high ratings of the institution. We were very unhappy - dirty, slow, not very friendly, unpleasant odors. When we were there, two tables complained that they couldn't wait for their food. And, in principle, nothing special from the food (there was an undercooked kebab, pilaf, however, we did not try it).
I couldn't try the kitchen. We went in advance, booked a table for my wife's birthday, talked to the receptionist. We arrived at the appointed time, we were met by a rather gloomy man, who leafed through a magazine for a long time, after which he announced that our reservation was missing. When asked where the notebook where the girl wrote down the reservations, he said that this employee went out for one day and did not work at all. No alternative options were offered, and we were escorted off with the phrase: "we have nothing to talk about, get out of here." In general, the holiday was almost ruined, saved by Labi House. This is the only time we have encountered such service in Uzbekistan.
A good restaurant, the best perhaps in Bukhara, there is a certain fuss and cocktails are better not to order, but on the other hand Uzbekistan, Bukhara, what cocktails)))

As always on top. I highly recommend visiting Bukhara and visiting old Bukhara. Delicious.
A beautiful view point. Don't get confused when ordering kebabs and people kebabs. There are 4 skewers in 1 serving. It is necessary to order the number of skewers

The staff is completely unable to cope with a large landing. We tried to catch the waiter for 20 minutes in the hope that it would be compensated by the quality of the food. About 10 minutes after ordering, the employee brought three salads, one of which was unexpected for us. The waiter began to prove that this dish was from the menu, but then he looked at the order and left with this salad in the horizon. Without apologies and unnecessary words.
One of the dishes was not brought after an hour of waiting, but it was included in the bill. There was also confusion with orders at the neighboring tables.
I didn't like the food itself (Nothing to do with the flavor of Uzbekistan, and it's not worth talking about hospitality at all.
Apart from the location, I can't say anything else positive.
Chuchvara is absolutely fresh, pilaf with boiled meat and undercooked rice,
And lagman with minced meat is very similar to pasta in the navy.
We didn't see any national color. Probably visitors are attracted by photos at the entrance with famous people (bribes)
The food is solid 4. Grilled vegetables are slightly set on fire, the beef kebab is a little dry, apparently warmed up, not just cooked. The service is in poor English, there is no Russian at all. Overall, the atmosphere is good.
It's a disgusting place because pouring ordinary juice into lemonade and saying that homemade is at least not good to pay for five times more and +15% service

It's not for nothing that it's difficult to get here. We were sitting on the veranda, it was very beautiful and delicious. The service is good.
The food is great! The staff is attentive and polite. The atmosphere is cozy, atmospheric and authentic. It is located in the center of the old town. There is alcohol. The prices are reasonable
Very tasty and fresh shish kebab. The magic dolma. The child, a big fussy one, ate the whole portion of chicken kebab and potatoes. I liked the quality of the food more than in the popular restaurant near Lebi Howuz
The establishment is located in the city center, hence the conclusion that it is necessary to book tables
We wanted to run in and have lunch in the end there are no places
But still we were able to get to another day and did not make the wrong choice: the menu is very diverse, local cuisine and pilaf is just a separate topic, it's just bombastic
The portion is huge
You can safely take it for two
I recommend
A twisted place, an artificially created hype. They could not get there for two days, allegedly due to lack of places. As a result, the reservation goes under the European tourist groups. We came , we waited for the waiter for 10 minutes , after 15 I accepted the order , thank God that we decided to just check and did not order much. We waited for 20 minutes, took a shurpa based on the normal amount of broth and ingredients. And what was our surprise and the year brought a small bowl of soup, with undercooked potatoes, a huge piece of carrots, and a couple of small hard pieces of meat. It was just trash. Then they brought the Uighur lagman, it looked like noodles filled to the brim with some kind of fat, naturally we didn't finish the lagman, we were hungry. They paid a cosmic price. And we went across the road to a beautiful place by the pond. In general, I do not recommend it at all. Reviews are either purchased or from tour agencies that take groups there.
A cozy place in the old town. The second floor is especially popular in the open air, especially the part of it that overlooks the "Labi Hovuz" (the central place of festivities throughout Bukhara). In the evening, it is especially pleasant to sit and dine outdoors. There are always a lot of visitors during the tourist season, but during two visits we have never encountered a situation where there is nowhere to sit. The dishes are delicious, the prices are reasonable, the drinks are varied. you have to wait a little for the order, but it doesn't bother you, since the very atmosphere of the place disposes you to take your time. If you happen to visit Bukhara, visit it, I recommend it!
It's a terrible restaurant. They mixed up the order, carried it slowly, brought dirty bowls with leftover tea leaves, stale tortillas, small portions. The chicken kebab was brought raw, after the complaint it was taken away and the same piece was fried in half instead of bringing a new one.
Beautiful interior, at the entrance we were warned that the service would be long, the food was good, the prices were excellent, but one waiter was very rude, everything else was fine
Razlakamtrovny restaurant. Nothing special. The food was not impressive. The service wants the best. Photos with celebrities were posted at the entrance. And the service and the kitchen wants the best.
We came based on reviews.
1. I have not seen such small portions in all of Uzbekistan!!! I ordered a shurpa. A HALF-FILLED TEA BOWL WAS BROUGHT.
2. We ordered lamb. After seeing a portion of screws and lettuce, two tablespoons each, we decided to abandon the ram. To which we were told, they are almost ready. We waited 20 minutes after that, asked the question again, we were told that it was being prepared. As a result, we took the bill and said that we would not pay for what we did not eat and left
3. The service is very long.
4. Small portions of salads
Shish kebab is delicious, khachapuri is fire, salads are delicious, but! The portions are very small compared to other restaurants in both Samarkand and Bukhara. We had the biggest bill because of this right here. Therefore, not 5 stars. Overall, it's not bad, the service is excellent, everything is delicious, the atmosphere is pleasant. But the portions were pumped up
In my opinion, this is the best restaurant that I visited on the route Tashkent ~ Samarkand ~ Bukhara
There were 13 of us, everyone was satisfied ~ All the dishes are delicious, cooked in the best way, the service is fast, the staff is friendly. They don't raise prices like across the street in the old quarter.
What else do you need for a good evening with your loved ones?
The highest score.
So let me start with the fact that we were in Tashkent before this place, ate there in local cafes and restaurants and even ate at the local market!(this is where they wipe the dishes with a cloth and then serve you food in it!)
The next city was Samarkand, we also had lunch and dinner in local cafes, restaurants and establishments not popular with tourists!
And so we arrived in Bukhara (a week has passed since visiting Tashkent and the local market)we checked into the hotel and went to look for a place to have lunch, based on the reviews we went to this place!
There were not many people, my husband ordered manti, I ordered a barbecue (beef) and a salad, after a while they brought the salad, later (after 10 minutes, i.e. a cool place and there is no stop list right away!)a man came up and said that there were no mantas and only pilaf was cooked now and it was fresh, well, what can I do, my husband took the pilaf.
Well, they brought a kebab to me, a little later they brought pilaf (a very small portion, go to Samarkand and order a portion of pilaf at a local cafe there and you will understand why I write this way.
The pilaf was mediocre, not even delicious for a snack!)
And so, after having eaten our meals, we left not knowing what to expect in the evening.
So in the evening, I was thrown into a fever, my stomach began to twist, lethargy and sweating appeared!(I didn't eat anything in this cafe after lunch). Nausea and a night with a white friend.
Well, it became clear, poisoning, quickly going to a local pharmacy, my husband bought medicines.
Analyzing the situation and what we ate, we made an input from the barbecue. In general, remembering the shish kebab, it smelled a little, but I did not attach importance to this, since I trusted the people who cooked it (because they know how to do it and how in such an institution with such a good reputation they can slip non-halal meat!)
To sum up, I do not recommend this institution!!!
- If you want to get poisoned
- If you want to overpay
- If you don't want to eat delicious food
, etc.
This way for you!
A good place, a very tasty Vaguri dish - fried crispy meat.
But there may be a lot of people here and in general the place is quite touristy, but with an authentic aesthetic 💫
Food for 4, service for 3 with a minus
Ordered tea, brought tea with sugar (when accepting the order, the waiter did not say anything about it). When they said that we don't drink tea with sugar, we were told we should have been warned, we always serve it this way (and how do we know this is unclear). As a result, they could replace tea by spending 3 kopecks on it, but they did not. They said we can dilute with boiling water....
We were here on 04/28/23, maybe something went wrong, either with the kitchen, or with the service, but we waited for the food for an incredibly long time (the last dish was brought an hour and a half after the order), the waiters sometimes confused the tables and brought the wrong thing, they said that the dish was ready, but in the end they only brought after 15-20 minutes, etc., They ordered mastava soup with sour cream, but sour cream was brought half an hour after the soup, when the soup was almost eaten. All this happened late in the evening, when the restaurant looked almost empty. The waiter tried to impose the most expensive wine. As a result, we were very dissatisfied with the service.
There are no special complaints about the food, everything was delicious, although the taste was too salty for my taste. The portions seemed small to everyone.
As a result, everything could have been very good, the restaurant is quite nicely decorated inside, an impressive selection of national dishes and the food seems to be delicious, but the problem with the service spoiled everything, alas.
On the first evening in Bukhara, we had dinner in it. Very nice place, delicious cuisine. The price tag is quite adequate. It was a pity there was no pilaf, but we were in the evening, so naturally
One of the best places in the old city of Bukhara. Pleasant atmosphere. Polite staff. Very tasty food, especially lamb dishes. A selection of menus in a large assortment. I recommend it to everyone.
The portions are modest, but everything is delicious. The waiters are friendly and active. The service is on the level. Please note that the tip is 15%
They served quickly, but the kitchen was not up to par, the burnt kebab was half made of fat and pickles, which caused unpleasant sensations inside. Service at 5, kitchen no higher than 3*
