The staff doesn't know the menu at all. When asked what vegetables were in the Lebanese salad, the waiter called a colleague to help, who assured that there were various fried vegetables, in fact it was finely chopped greens with tomatoes. The skewer of a beef kebab consists of 5 pieces, 3 of which are pieces of pure fat. According to the waiter, such a service is available all over Uzbekistan.

It's a strange place. We read a lot of reviews and wanted to get into this restaurant. We came in twice around 16-17 o'clock and both times "we are closed to prepare for the evening, we will start working after 18.00." Although there were visitors in the hall. But, to be honest, we were very surprised that a live client with money was "sent" from the doorstep with such a formulation. We haven't seen this for a long time. It seems that this is either such a provincial "service" or this institution is too spoiled by customers.

We were not allowed into the restaurant, although the hall was empty. There was no one at all. They said everything was booked. It looked strange. But thanks to this, we discovered a real Uzbek cafe, not a tourist one, very sincere with delicious food. It is not on the map, but you can find it opposite by climbing Samarkand street, 200 meters up.. It's called Cafe vostok.

We went in the afternoon, but the restaurant was closed, we offered an appointment for the evening. We came in the evening, there is no half of the menu, we should have come in the afternoon))
On food: a portion of soup is not just for children, it is tiny! Grilled vegetables were fried until black. The chicken kebab is terribly salty, it turned out to be undercooked, when the waiter was pointed at a raw piece, he took it away, allegedly fried it and returned the same bitten piece! The tea bowls were brought dirty with someone's tea leaves, the order was carried for almost an hour. I do not recommend it to anyone, you will be disappointed.

It's a terrible restaurant. There was no such negligent attitude towards visitors in any restaurant in Samarkand and Tashkent. The portions are very small. The size of the soup plate was about the size of a bowl and not tasty (we tried it in Samarkand and Tashkent, it was tastier - mastava soup).
We ordered three different kebabs, two of which were heavily overcooked, with a black crust. They asked to change it, brought another one, replacing the burnt piece with a piece of fat. Even in the deliveries from local cafes in Samarkand and Tashkent, there was no such meat. They took samsa, also burnt, and picked at black pieces of dough.
I don't recommend it to anyone. Prices are above average for mediocre quality.

Since we ate from the belly all the time, we got to this restaurant absolutely not hungry, but nevertheless how to refuse the "boorish" lamb kebab from the pulp with a salad. It was all very tasty. We came based on reviews and in vain! Yes, there are a lot of people, but most of them are Italians and Chinese. We ordered shish kebab, shurpa, vegetable bouquet, ayran, beer, flatbread and samsa. I'll start with beer, the glass is clearly not 500ml, although the waiter brought a 330 glass for example, but it is in this institution that the glass differs from all others. Ayran is claimed to be with mint and basil, but nothing floated in it! When the shurpa was brought, I was fooled, is it possible to get enough of it? The broth is good, but a piece of one potato and carrot floats in it, and a piece of meat is impossible to chew at all. We took 3 different kebabs, they brought them quickly.They cut the lamb, and it's raw and bloody , showed it to the waiter, he looks and doesn't understand what's wrong? Eat it raw! They asked me to send it back.He brought it toasted and kind of new, but it was clearly my own barbecue.
