The staff doesn't know the menu at all. When asked what vegetables were in the Lebanese salad, the waiter called a colleague to help, who assured that there were various fried vegetables, in fact it was finely chopped greens with tomatoes. The skewer of a beef kebab consists of 5 pieces, 3 of which are pieces of pure fat. According to the waiter, such a service is available all over Uzbekistan.
Our final dinner was held at this restaurant. I recommend places on the terrace under the mulberry tree.
Incredibly delicious food: meat, soups, salads and samsa. Many thanks to the chefs and waiters!
It's a strange place. We read a lot of reviews and wanted to get into this restaurant. We came in twice around 16-17 o'clock and both times "we are closed to prepare for the evening, we will start working after 18.00." Although there were visitors in the hall. But, to be honest, we were very surprised that a live client with money was "sent" from the doorstep with such a formulation. We haven't seen this for a long time. It seems that this is either such a provincial "service" or this institution is too spoiled by customers.
A very good restaurant. Great location. Uzbek cuisine with Russian touches. Surprisingly, there is a huge selection of alcoholic beverages for all tastes.
We were not allowed into the restaurant, although the hall was empty. There was no one at all. They said everything was booked. It looked strange. But thanks to this, we discovered a real Uzbek cafe, not a tourist one, very sincere with delicious food. It is not on the map, but you can find it opposite by climbing Samarkand street, 200 meters up.. It's called Cafe vostok.
To be honest, it's disgusting. We trusted the 5.0 rating, but it is either at the expense of tour groups, or the quality has dropped as much as possible. We went in the afternoon, but the restaurant was closed, we offered an appointment for the evening. We came in the evening, there is no half of the menu, we should have come in the afternoon))
On food: a portion of soup is not just for children, it is tiny! Grilled vegetables were fried until black. The chicken kebab is terribly salty, it turned out to be undercooked, when the waiter was pointed at a raw piece, he took it away, allegedly fried it and returned the same bitten piece! The tea bowls were brought dirty with someone's tea leaves, the order was carried for almost an hour. I do not recommend it to anyone, you will be disappointed.
A restaurant of national cuisine in the very center of Bukhara. The food is delicious, the most delicious Uzbek wine has been tasted here. There are almost never any places.
From the Uzbek flavor, there are only plates and a beautiful view from the balcony, the food is very simple, the portions are not typical for an Uzbek woman-small)) the prices are normal for food, but very expensive drinks
Super restaurant, reasonable prices. The service is top-notch, WiFi is 300 megabits/s, at least my phone showed that much on the incoming. There were many celebrities in it, both Russian and foreign. The most basic thing is delicious!!!
We didn't find any advantages. There was a feeling that no one was going to work at 16 o'clock and everyone was waiting for tourists to come in the evening. All the food is cold, cooked strongly in advance and slightly warmed up. Perhaps in the evening, when the situation is different, this place is good and tasty, but you don't want to check it anymore.
Complete bullshit, no one cares about you.they waited for the waiter for 10 minutes, then they looked at us contemptuously with the look of "okay, let's feed the foreigner" and disappeared.
Very nice place, fast service. We ran in at lunch, there was little time, we were in a hurry to get to the train station. We got everything we wanted: shurpa, juicy mantas, Greek salad, a glass of red wine, a warm tortilla! Feruz is a very polite and attentive waiter. The price-quality ratio is excellent! I recommend it to everyone!
An interesting and original restaurant. The atmosphere of the old town is transmitted to the guests, and the kitchen is very good! The pleasant staff will prompt you and tell you everything in detail. The place is a must-visit. The prices are reasonable

Very cool restaurant) the service is 5 out of 5) the food is 5 out of 5) the atmosphere is great) we really liked everything) be sure to visit) thank you very much) I wish the team success and prosperity) keep it up)
Delicious national dishes, pilaf is prepared once a day for lunch and it is necessary and necessary to sign up at the height of the season, we were in early May. The lamb kebab just melts, everything that was tasted was at the highest level!
For the first time, everything was fine in general. And the service is relatively good
When we came the second time, we were served reluctantly, forks were laid out at the plates at the neighboring tables, we were thrown in the middle of the table, asked for the bill - they told us to go down for it, although they brought it to the neighboring tables
The food is delicious shish kebab, mastava soup with minced meat, and not with pieces of meat, in fact, like lagman kavurma. And very small portions
One of the advantages is a good interior and outdoor food.
Great restaurant! Located in the old town among the sights! It is famous for its delicious national dishes! There are several rooms inside - both open and closed, who likes what! The staff is polite and fast. The restaurant is sold out in the evenings. We recommend booking a table in advance. We arrived at 8 p.m. There were no seats. The next day we ordered and everything was in order. The price tag is average.
This is the first restaurant in Uzbekistan where, in addition to the hair in the pilaf, I also received stones in the dolma.. the money was returned, but only for the spoiled dishes
After lunch, I got severe food poisoning here. It was the first meal of the day, so there are no other options.
Shurpa and Lagman are just some kind of misunderstanding.
Fortunately, dolma was not available.
The place has greatly spoiled the impression of the trip, alas.
I'll give you 1 point for the convenient location. I will be happy to see what the guests of the establishment were treated to in the photo at the entrance.
The place is overrated or the reviews are twisted, we went to eat because Yandex gave the very first one.
It is too expensive for Uzbekistan, there is no taste, the portions are small.
We got a hair in the barbecue, and a glass in the pilaf at the next table.
However, the sensations were not very good.

The magic pilaf! One of the most delicious I've ever eaten! The portions are huge, the male is large, there are a lot of fillings. Kebabs are different, you can easily eat one portion, vegetable salads are just a fairy tale! We were a big company, served quickly and cheerfully)!
It's a terrible restaurant. There was no such negligent attitude towards visitors in any restaurant in Samarkand and Tashkent. The portions are very small. The size of the soup plate was about the size of a bowl and not tasty (we tried it in Samarkand and Tashkent, it was tastier - mastava soup).
We ordered three different kebabs, two of which were heavily overcooked, with a black crust. They asked to change it, brought another one, replacing the burnt piece with a piece of fat. Even in the deliveries from local cafes in Samarkand and Tashkent, there was no such meat. They took samsa, also burnt, and picked at black pieces of dough.
I don't recommend it to anyone. Prices are above average for mediocre quality.
A very famous and cozy restaurant inside. Since we ate from the belly all the time, we got to this restaurant absolutely not hungry, but nevertheless how to refuse the "boorish" lamb kebab from the pulp with a salad. It was all very tasty. Inside it is very beautifully decorated in the form of a courtyard. Served quickly, which is nice... The prices are reasonable... A little higher than in restaurants away from the center (well, it's like that everywhere) 🤣🤣🤣 bon appetit to everyone!
Great restaurant. But I didn't really like that the tablecloth was in cigarette-burned holes. The waitress didn't really understand Russian, so she messed up with the order. If you keep the level of a good restaurant, there should be no such incidents, especially since there are quite a lot of textiles and Russian-speaking people in the city.
The kebab, almost all that is on the menu, is magnificent. The greens are fresh, the pilaf is excellent. The place is hyped, so it's a problem to get in. I recommend it, it's definitely the best place in the area.
This is the first place in Bukhara where we went to have dinner, according to reviews, it means the waiter was in a hurry very constantly, the salad was chosen as usual tomatoes and cucumbers, but he really wanted us to take Greek, he speaks tastier, well, and it is clear that he brought it in the end, I have not seen such small portions of salads anywhere in Uzbekistan, then the kebab is a lot of fat after 1 piece, he says everything does so,in Samarkand they made kebabs without fat, then they refilled eggplants, brought eggplants clearly made and lying for 1-2 days at least, well, of course there are few people, they do everything in advance, I think they would have lain and yes the next day if necessary, in another place straight in the center, we ate much tastier and the amount was significantly less. The kebab itself was soft and delicious, but the rest spoiled the impression a little
For me, it's the best restaurant in the city! Interior, service, kitchen-everything is at the highest level! Also, the prices are not too high. One minus)) it is necessary to book in advance
Delicious national food, slow service carefully and in detail explain to the waiter what you want, otherwise you will have to wait the whole evening + information: they work from 11 o'clock, it's better not to come, otherwise you will have to see the bags of meat lying on the floor, good luck to everyone.✌️
One of the most favorite restaurants for Russian-speaking tourists. In general, one of the best rkstorans in the starlm city. The atmosphere and the food, the service is at a good level. And the prices are acceptable.
During the trip to Bukhara, we went to this restaurant. The restaurant has an excellent location. With a patio.
The staff is generally friendly. The feed rate is average. The kitchen is delicious, some of the dishes from the menu were missing. The dessert with ice cream was great)

A good place, delicious, prices are slightly above average, the waiters are great, BUT!!! I do not recommend walking in the evening during rush hour, because there are a lot of people, cooks sew up and the meat is served raw, completely undercooked
We came based on reviews and in vain! Yes, there are a lot of people, but most of them are Italians and Chinese. We ordered shish kebab, shurpa, vegetable bouquet, ayran, beer, flatbread and samsa. I'll start with beer, the glass is clearly not 500ml, although the waiter brought a 330 glass for example, but it is in this institution that the glass differs from all others. Ayran is claimed to be with mint and basil, but nothing floated in it! When the shurpa was brought, I was fooled, is it possible to get enough of it? The broth is good, but a piece of one potato and carrot floats in it, and a piece of meat is impossible to chew at all. We took 3 different kebabs, they brought them quickly. They cut the lamb, and it's raw and bloody , showed it to the waiter, he looks and doesn't understand what's wrong? Eat it raw! They asked me to send it back.He brought it toasted and kind of new, but it was clearly my own barbecue. There are no complaints about the vegetable bouquet and samsa, it is difficult to evaluate the flatbread, it was very layered and crumbled
