It's a great place. Maybe even the safest, the guards from the Armed Forces of the Republic of Belarus with weapons, is commendable. The organization of the cash registers is lame. Often the queues are such that to buy a ticket in 2 minutes, you have to stand for 30-40 minutes. The station is located in a very convenient location, it will take 10-15 minutes to get to any hotel by taxi. Immediately from the train, you can have a snack at McDonald's (at least something). There are no queues, security is present, which is very cool.
I just want to ask the management of the station to consider the issue of navigation, it is a little problematic to immediately figure out where to go. And a small minus is that it was not possible to find parking for a long time near the station. Only urban ones, but as a tourist it is not possible to pay for it. There will be no photos here, there are plenty of them on the Internet.

The exchange office and the exit to the subway. There is also a VIP lounge, for an additional fee, but I think the price tag is acceptable. In the VIP room there are booths and armchairs with sofas, TVs, air conditioning, a chic toilet, Wi-Fi, you can drink and eat in a cafe.

I haven't been to an empty train station for a long time!! That's exactly the case here. There are so few people that it seems like you're the only one here. Clear. Lots of police. The pointers are in 3 languages, you won't get lost. The cafe is so-so (the food is mediocre), but you won't stay hungry. There is a savings ATM, withdraw cash here (if necessary), then ATMs are rarely found in the city. People are gentle, mostly friendly.

In general, I liked the station. It is convenient from the point of view of transport accessibility. There are a lot of signs inside, orienting in directions. There is a place to buy groceries for the road. There is no nasty train station smell. What I don't remember is the presence of cafes. But there are places to buy pastries and pies. I did not stand at the ticket offices for tickets, so I cannot assess the quality of service provided by the staff.
