A good train station, inside there is a cafe, a waiting room, a mother and child room, there are toilets (they are paid 1 byn), it is almost impossible to get confused because everywhere there are signs to platforms and rooms, as well as large tables with the departure of the nearest trains (time, way, from where and where), only 4 floors. everything is pretty well maintained and the staff is friendly. There are shops not far away and a beautiful view opens at the main exit from the station. The prices of food and snacks are not democratic, so it is advisable to buy a snack on the road in advance

It's cool in the waiting room. The chairs are comfortable compared to Moscow railway stations. Convenient access to the subway and the city. The escalator is working. There is a high-comfort waiting room. But passage through the on-line system is not provided, only for passengers of the SV or for money (7 b.rubles per hour). Free WI-FI is available.

Clean train station, convenient location: 15 minutes walk to all attractions.
There is also a shopping center nearby, lots of places to eat. There are ATMs and exchangers, there are shops where you can buy pastries, water, and sweets for the road. There is a luggage storage (they accept payments in local currency or by cards, Mir cards work). Clean toilets (you can also pay by card). Clear platform navigation. There is a waiting room.

Only the pros, it's amazing, the railway station smoothly turns into an express hotel, and then the bus station, bravo, it's cool, 24-hour luggage storage, waiting room at the railway station with air conditioning, cleanliness is perfect!!!!! ...there are also four comfort points for charging gadgets - this is a bomb, a bunch of cafes and restaurants, and the toilets are a masterpiece - the purest, there is no smell. Those who have enough time can go to the shopping center immediately have a huge selection of food courts, cool shops in the passages, pastries, clothes, cosmetics, coffee. Everything is done for the comfort of people. In terms of hot food such as borscht, soup, etc. it is better to go down the subway to go to the shopping center Stolitsa, they are outrageously cool and delicious food, the price tag is a penny. Also, everyone runs to the nearest Vaselka restaurant, lunch will be many times more expensive, and yes, it's sooooo noisy in Vaselka, even at the train station it's quieter)). Of all the stations that we visited during our week-long vacation in Belarus, Minsk-Passazhirsky station turned out to be one of the best in terms of accessibility and navigation.

The station is located in the historical center of the city. The main entrance offers a view of one of the most famous sights - the Gates of Minsk. There are 3 shopping centers within walking distance: Galileo, City Mall and the Capital. Parking is a problem, but it's not surprising. There are few seats on the ground floor, as the waiting rooms are located higher on the floors. The exchange rate is quite acceptable.

A modern, neat, clean train station. There are several banks, exchange offices, ATMs, information kiosks. In addition to the classic ticket offices, there are ticket machines. A cozy waiting room with the possibility to descend directly to the desired platform. A convenient system of underground passages to the metro, public transport stops, everything is signed everywhere, clear signs. There is a public toilet on the lower level. There are a lot of small shops-stalls with products to buy with you on the road, with prices almost like in a regular store. There are fast food islands to snack on the raid. There is an inexpensive dining room where you can thoroughly refresh yourself. For those who want to eat and spend time more exquisitely, there is a restaurant at the very top, where a band (musical group :)) plays in the evenings.
Overall, the atmosphere is friendly. Sometimes there are police patrol squads protecting public order and tranquility.

A spacious, modernly equipped building. Clear signs, working escalators, ready-made food available around the clock (pies, buns, sweets, drinks). Comfortable waiting rooms (you won't be able to lie down, but it's quite comfortable to sit). There are rest rooms and luggage storage facilities. A clean and tidy toilet, where there is a vending machine with everything you need. You can buy printed materials. There are vending machines for commuter tickets.

We can say that all the transport in Minsk is tied up under the railway station. There is 1 transfer from anywhere in Minsk on any transport, and you are here (including the metro).
I can't say much about the staff, because I haven't met face-to-face.
I would like to say separately about parking: Yes, there is one, but unfortunately there are catastrophically few places there even on a weekday (although at first glance, there was one for the construction of parking)
Of the advantages:
1. Metro. Two of the three lines are located at the station.

The train station is wonderful! There are no handbags on the ribbon, as in Russia. Russian railway stations have a lot to learn from Minsk. Very comfortable open environment, convenient to move around, many transfers, near the bus station. The station is really big and beautiful. There are almost no queues at the ticket offices, responsive people work. You feel safe and comfortable. I always want to use such a train station! But the Belarusian railway (BCH) works just terribly. The Minsk-Grodno train was delayed for 5 hours and 30 minutes! + parking for half an hour. We spent the whole night at the train station, unable to sleep. The conductors were rude on the train. Smartphone charging sockets and round-the-clock food stalls (in which, however, prices are 2-3 times higher than other places) were very much saved.
