This airline company is a nightmare! I purchased roundtrip tickets Arkhangelsk - Antalya - Arkhangelsk for July 19-August 17. 9 days before travel I received an email from the company that both of my flights were canceled. They promised to refund my tickets within 13 days. At that point I bought new ticket from Saint Petersburg to Antalya and back through a different airline company. 23 hours before departure I received an email saying that my flights were restored. I already had my new tickets, and it was obviously I could not take flights that were restored. I submitted a claim for refund and sent a couple of emails asking about my refund as it was airline company fault but received nothing but silence! All my emails and complaint were simply ignored. I even tried to call their customer service, and they don't pick up the calls or forward them to the voice mail. Of course nobody called me back! it has been more than two months of me trying to get my refund or any answers to my questions and I didn't not get any responses and refund from this company. This was my first- and last-time booking flights through this airline company. Other people who managed to fly with this airline company are probably just lucky. I will not take that risk again and will never book anything through this airline company again.

16.10.2024. I was able to return the money through a chargeback at my bank, from where I paid for the tickets. I wrote in the chat that I want to refund the money for the service I did not receive, provided the PDF of my ticket, a screen when the plane left, a bank statement about the payment. They returned it in full.
My husband and I will never fly with this company again! They reschedule flights as it is convenient for them, not for customers! The only ball is for punctuality, back and forth minute by minute... it all started with luggage: we have three seats, each 10 kg, but as it turned out, you can't take 2 suitcases of 15, maybe only 10 and 20, allegedly when combining one place burns down, what is the logic at all It's not clear, the plane is carrying our 30 kg anyway, we had to shift it. Moreover, this rule is not written anywhere.
The flight was at night, not only did they not turn off the lights to sleep, they also constantly advertised their paid doshirak into the loudspeaker and drove it, not letting the children sleep ... 3.5 thousand seats in one direction, additional. The luggage price tag is also horse-made. In general, I recommend taking normal airlines right away, and not chasing imaginary discounts. From the service, only 1 glass of water, no blankets, although it was cool enough, no blindfold is provided. There is no stewardess call button either.

After that, when we began to sit down, he came up and told me to put the sleeping child down, although I strapped her in, but for how long the child was sleeping, I could not wake him up so that she sat down smoothly. Then I still tried to put the child down as soon as I unfastened it, another flight attendant immediately ran up and said fasten the child. In general, the staff is some kind of horror, instead of helping, they do absolutely the opposite.

On 10/21/2024, at about 16-17 o'clock, when checking in for a flight, it turned out that we had a total overweight of 8kg at the baggage weighing in window 230.
They showed us the price list and pointed to the line $75. The price list was in English. When we wanted to take a closer look at the price list, one of our employees took it away from us. It was not possible to quickly navigate in a stressful situation. We believed the employee, because we considered him competent in this matter.
We only had money in euros. We offered to convert it into euros and pay €70, because the euro exchange rate is higher than the dollar. The airline employee replied, "No, give me €75." The person was misappropriated funds in the amount of €5, this amount was not taken into account anywhere.
Naturally, taking advantage of the fact that there was a large queue, we had to agree. They didn't give us any checks or documents.
As a result, we gave away all the money we had and went hungry to wait for our flight, despite the fact that they didn't feed us on the plane either. This event ruined the whole impression of the airline and the vacation.

We flew to Antalya and back on a Boeing 777. On the plus side, we managed to sit in seats with the ability to stretch our legs in both directions, there were 6 of us, there were no problems with seats at the reception, they placed us comfortably, taking into account the wishes.
Among the disadvantages: the return flight caused a negative by the fact that passengers were not cleaned in the cabin before boarding, they were not vacuumed, I found a forgotten phone and a lot of garbage in the pocket of my chair. The chairs were covered in crumbs.
We sat closer to the tail, the cabin air conditioning was replaced by its absence, i.e. throughout the entire project, the temperature in the cabin dropped to 10 degrees, then the air conditioning turned off and the temperature gradually increased, the bonus was the lack of air.
We flew with this airline in August of this year. The flight was from Sheremetyevo, at 0:20, in my case everything went exactly according to schedule. There were no problems with water during the flight, they were given out at the first request without restriction. The return flight was from Antalya, an evening flight, also without complaints. After reading the bad reviews, I was already mentally preparing for the worst, no no, everything is as usual with other airlines.
Moscow-Antalya-Moscow. There are Turkish stewardesses doused with sweet perfumes to the point of nausea, a dirty plane, half a glass of plain water for free for a 5-hour flight, the rest is for money. It's already a terribly dirty plane back. There was trash behind the J K chairs in the 8th row: pieces of food, napkins, cups. There is also food and scraps under the chairs in front. The distance between the seats is hard to bear with a height of 164.
There is a misunderstanding with the baggage allowance. When buying a ticket, the standards of 8kg of hand luggage and 10kg of checked baggage are indicated (mockery of the resort guests) at check-in they said that 20 for each, and we also paid extra, it turned out that we had as much as 50kg of checked baggage for two!! Such important information is contradictory.
On the plane, offers to buy something on board were shouted several times and carts with this stuff were rolled. The flight was at night, they woke everyone up with this fuss! This car has zero customer orientation. God forbid, we will have to fly them again

Well, if a man drags a full-scale suitcase into the salon and points to the weight of 8 kg...of course, the Turks are furious... and we, standing in line, are also furious. They separate passengers, demanding to pass a paid check-in - they also did not collide... There are 550 people on board the Boeing 777-300, the company simply does not have time to force everyone to register for a fee! One of the unpleasant and unexpected things is that they were taken from a hotel in Turkey in 5 and a half hours. But this is also not a whim of the airline, because they started registration in the prescribed 3 hours. So it's about the receiving side. The buses were only in Turkey upon arrival. And so for such a number of passengers, of course, there is a pipe to Sheremetyevo, there and back, and from Turkey.

I bought a ticket to Istanbul from Moscow directly from Southwind by clicking on the link from Aviasales a month before departure. It was a convenient departure time. I paid with a Russian MIR card. Moreover, I immediately added luggage to Air Sales (it was stated to be in the amount of 20 kg). The ticket did not arrive at the post office. And it wasn't registered on the website either.
