I would like to thank Softtour and in particular the manager Maxim, who helped organize an unforgettable vacation in the UAE. It's not the first time we use his services and we always get excellent service. Thanks to Maxim's professionalism, everything is working out in the best way - the hotel picked up on all our requests, chose the best flight time (departure to Shaja at night - the flight time passes unnoticed, and back from Dubai in the morning), thus it also turned out to be as many as 12 days. He booked us VIP seats on the plane. He is always interested in how the rest is going and at the end of the vacation he will find out if everything is fine with us.
In general, I can safely recommend Maxim for the organization of recreation! He's the best!

08/23/2021 returned from Turkey (Kemer). I was vacationing with my son for 12 years at the 4* Otium inn rezidence Rivero hotel. The hotel has a good location in a quiet and cozy place, but close to shops and the city center. Nearby there are places such as Yoruk Park, Moonlight Park and Mount Chalysh. I was looking for an active vacation, but with the opportunity to sleep and relax in silence at night.
I would like to express my deep gratitude to Naira Gamidova, who took into account all my wishes and picked up the tour. She advised which hotel is better to choose, told in detail about the pros and cons of other hotels, described the surroundings, location. It was a pleasure to deal with such a competent Softtour employee. Documents were also prepared on time and information on the changes was provided. Considering that they rested during the pandemic, Naira Gamidova consulted and prepared the necessary documents with such speed and ease that it seemed as if there was no pandemic. Any document, both at customs and in Turkey, was always at hand. We often encountered this, because in Turkey we traveled independently to different cities, shopping malls, and excursions.
In general, the Softtour organization works smoothly and in an organized manner both on the territory of the Republic of Belarus and on the territory of Turkey. There were no delays, all wishes were taken into account, the round-trip transfer worked like clockwork.

They sell tours to cheap hotels for a lot of money. I ordered an early booking to a hotel in Kemer, asked the manager if Adalin resort was better than Kemer Dream. The manager said yes, of course it's better. In fact, it turned out that this is one of the worst hotels in Kemer, the food and rooms are terrible. I will no longer book tours with Softtour.

We rested with our daughter for 5 years from 03.11.2021 to 11/16/2021 at 4* Sunny Days in Hurghada. We have been going on vacation with this travel agency for several years in different directions, we are always satisfied with the selected tours, but we encountered difficulties on the trip for the first time and only thanks to Kristina's clear, competent, prompt work, our vacation was still a success. We flew to Zanzibar with a connection in Istanbul on 24.01.22 Due to weather conditions, we were stuck in Turkey for 4 days (our comfortable stay these days also largely depended not only on the airline, but also on Kristina's caring attitude) and arrived in Zanzibar only on 29.01.22 The host party also promptly requested an extension of our vacation, and although the hotel was overcrowded, our rest was extended, a late check-out was arranged (as a result, we rested in Zanzibar for 10 full days instead of 9) and this without any additional charges. Kristina was in touch with us almost around the clock and in the workflow, helped with the registration of electronic questionnaires, insurance renewal and other issues related to the extension of rest. I advise fans of snorkeling and diving to go there (it is affordable there and possible from the shore) and with children from 5 years old, preferably who can swim, they cannot be driven out of the sea - interesting corals, a lot of fish... At my check-in, the hotel was fully occupied, there were tourists from Germany, Great Britain, Switzerland - they were usually engaged in diving. I am pleased that there were Russians in the hotel, the hotel shone, made a noise, came to life))) I liked that there was little wind, there were amazing days at this time of the year with no wind at all. There were no problems with nutrition - the children also had something to feed. Of the disadvantages, I will note the lack of free Internet, and how to tell if this is a disadvantage...There were not enough sun loungers on the beach...But I think the administration will correct this situation. The staff is happy to welcome guests, you need to smile more often and be friendly yourself. I love Egypt and the Red Sea, if possible I will go to Dahab again and maybe to the same hotel. The only downside was that the manager initially missed information about visas that must be paid upon entry into Egypt.

The hotel is located in the city center, within walking distance of shops. In order about the hotel. The first impression, upon arrival, turned out to be not entirely objective on my part. Externally, from the street, the building does not look like a cool 5-star hotel. There is no pomposity and pathos in the reception. But the rooms (in the main building) They are well renovated, the bed linen is snow-white and clean, cleaning is done daily. There are several food outlets in the hotel. You can eat around the clock, because the fast food restaurant is open 24 hours. In the main restaurant, the food is very varied, meat or grilled fish are cooked for lunch and dinner outside. The food is distributed by the staff (wearing masks and gloves). No one sneezes or coughs on food (which is very good during a pandemic). The hotel has good animators, morning exercises, yoga, children's entertainment, etc. The beach is good, there is a pier on which there are also sun loungers with umbrellas (occupied by those who get up early) :) If someone does not have enough umbrellas on the main beach, then you can ask the staff and they will bring an additional umbrella. The only disadvantage of the hotel is the poor Internet connection. Wi-fi was constantly flying, authorization was required. Sometimes the network didn't pick up at all. So, if you need a normal Internet connection, I recommend buying a SIM card from a local operator. We are very happy with our vacation! We will also contact Softtour for the selection of holidays.

We went to Turkey from 03.06-10.06. The departure from the country was at 8:45 in the morning, while we flew and arrived, it was already 16:30, and we left at 7:45 without even having breakfast, why it was impossible not to fly at 13:10, but the next flight at 15 something is not clear. About coral travel, their partner is generally silent, the office for pumping money, they take that to the hotel, that from the hotel to specially designated places like going to the toilet and eating or buying for themselves, if they didn't have time, the price tag is horse in these places, we earn extra on tourists and help Turks earn.
