Service FROM-VRA-TI-TEL-NO-E. The guy and dad were booked for 14 and 15 hours, respectively. We arrived at 14, some woman was received in the office, it seems without an appointment. As a result, they waited an hour for their reception. Everyone behaved as if this was the way it should be: no one explained the situation, asked politely to wait, or apologized for waiting. They didn't even offer to drink water, although it was terribly hot outside - the water cooler in the reception area was empty. When they finished with the woman, they tried to just skip the guy and immediately call dad, who is at 15 o'clock
