I had a rest from 05.10.2021 to 25.10.2021 with two children. They quickly settled into the "Mother and Child" building. On the same day, we went to the physiotherapist (for some reason not to the pediatrician) for an appointment, where standard procedures were prescribed. I was surprised by their quantity and quality: 1) MASSAGE - only 8, out of the generally accepted standard appointments of 10 procedures (and the duration of massage for children diagnosed with osteochondrosis was also surprised by the time - 7-9 minutes out of the prescribed 12-15 minutes), I will not write about the quality of massage with one hand; 2) SWIMMING POOL (a loud name for a 3x5 reservoir). The allotted time for swimming is 20 minutes. Paying attention to the fact that the session usually lasts about an hour, of which only 10-15 minutes are allocated for warm-up. The sauna ALMOST does not cause complaints. The only thing that scares is that children of different ages enter the sauna (as intended) and their time and behavior are not controlled by anyone. A separate "admiration" is caused by the so smartly advertised "Aquacomplex" for 20 rubles per adult and 15 rubles per child: this is the same pool, the backlight turns on and hydro massage devices, and saunas (Finnish, hammam and salt). As a result, having given 50 rubles, I soaked in chlorinated water with the children and warmed up a little in the Finnish sauna. To say that I and the children did NOT like it is to say nothing. 3) HERBAL TEA - it would seem that what could be wrong here ... 100 ml or 2 sips, often a cold portion of tea, not everyone will like it. 4) Quantum therapy, electric static massage, magnet, electro and light therapy do not cause complaints, but their number could be close to the standard.5) I went to the beauty salon to clean my face... A cosmetologist examined me, "Yes, cleaning is necessary, but I'm going on vacation next week or a week later, and in general I don't have time, there are a lot of children, I'm alone..."the specialist told me. I left ((( (although at the meeting, our mothers were very advised to go). As a result, I received nothing but negativity (the procedure is paid for a second)

TERRITORY: large, clean, beautiful
SCHOOL: we can say that it was like everywhere else in sanatoriums. Knowledge has not increased. The grades in the statement are not bad. And thanks for that
ROOM CLEANING: could have been better. The change of bed linen for 21 days was 1 time.
The Mother and Child BUILDING is equipped with everything necessary (it seems), but the microwave is in the maid's room, which is closed for the evening. Our children became friends and in the evenings they demolished the building, ran along the corridors, rubbed the floors with their bodies, etc. If we consider that the building is not always fully populated, I would like to take one of the rooms as a room for evening leisure for children and adult conversations, placing a couple of sofas in it and laying the floor with carpet.
And for a snack, the DINING ROOM: Here is the most interesting 1) Dinner time was 17.40 (seriously?) - if you are used to eating before 18.00, it seems to be normal, BUT the children refused to understand this. The store on the territory did not save the situation - the assortment was worthless. I had to go to Slutsk, provide myself and the children with a sound, well-fed sleep. 2) The food is terrible, according to the principle - if today is fish, tomorrow is fish meatballs, etc. Portions that are the same for a 3-year-old child and for an adult. And if this was enough for the first category, adults, leaving the dining room, glanced nervously in the direction of the bus stop. 3) The fact that this is the Slutsk district could be guessed by the presence of the basis of the component of all dishes. Everything was with ONIONS (except compote)! It was frustrating and surprising that there were even more onions in children's dishes than in the adult menu (and all because adults chose dishes, seeing its composition in the customized menu). Naturally, the children did not eat IT. 4) The story of vitamins: ascorbic acid, indicated in the menu, should have been every day. "They gave us 4 days in the end and that's enough," the canteen workers probably thought, "Let's say we add it to the compote." For reference, vitamin C is destroyed at high temperatures. And only after the demands, we were given these "golden crumbs". There was also an epic with juice... But I will not write this. When contacting the head of the department, the situation was resolved. 5)The tablecloths were never replaced, the dishes were poorly washed, and the service was rude.
Will I recommend this sanatorium to my friends - definitely NOT!

My child went to the sanatorium completely healthy and the whole group brought lice back... How is that!? The medical staff did not check it out. From time to time, they were put to bed by the eldest girl, who was taken off in the room, the counselor asked her about it, since she allegedly did not get off for two floors. Children are basically meant to be on their own all day.

BUT, attention of the mother of schoolchildren, the teachers do NOT look after the children. Children can freely leave the territory at any time and wander wherever they want, including during school hours.They smoke on the territory, in large companies, without even hiding.In winter, the younger ones drive down the street without outerwear.The children are left to themselves.

A very bad sanatorium!! They moved into a room with holes in the walls, bedside tables without handles, said they would fix it, no one came during the entire check-in.. breakfast is terrible, they only give porridge and it's not delicious, after breakfast and dinner, sometimes lunch, I immediately go to the toilet because my stomach is twisting and aching. They save on everything they can! Sweets that are given at the event, which are so old (for example: crustaceans, pears, etc.), then we took first place in the sanatorium, and we were given 3 packs of cookies that wake up after 3 days, as well as 17 packs of old cookies, which were not enough for everyone, but when there was a new race, at the event they already gave a pack with a large number of chocolate nuts, delicious ones. The staff is also very bad, treats vacationers without respect (but not all) they say go away, step away, do not interfere, etc., even in the medical point at the 7th post, my aunt put a quartz lamp in the morning, then after 2-3 hours again, I asked her why put it so often? And she made a scandal and complained to my escort that I was blatantly lying and looking into her eyes, later she called the vacationer stupid and called it not an insult, but most often she puts quartz in order for us to leave the hall. They promised excursions, etc., after arrival they said that excursions were canceled, parents could not go to the sanatorium and they could not leave the territory. They were forced to pay 6 rubles each for a movie that had already been shown on TV. All the sights, so to speak, are already old and pieces are falling off, they don't even monitor the sanatorium. The fact that you are watching a video about this sanatorium and everything is fine there is a lie, the sanatorium just cashes in on visitors and the prices in the store are almost 2 times more expensive than in a regular store, the turnstiles are old, there are no sports grounds, cockroaches and mice run around the building, wasps live in the ground, which are a couple They bit vacationers once! Don't come at all, you'll just lose money and time!
