In October, my daughter and her grandmother had a rest in the sanatorium "Sluch". Both were very satisfied! I want to express my gratitude to the entire staff of the sanatorium! The child has a low-protein diet, which requires special attention and separate cooking from specialized products. I was afraid that this would make it impossible for a child (7 years old) to go to a sanatorium. However, the administration of the sanatorium and its entire staff provided great support, expressed their willingness to accept my special child and cook for him according to a separate menu, as required by our diet. The dietitian was always in touch with me. The menu was organized based on the wishes of the daughter and her special products.
It is very important for us that my daughter has the opportunity to feel like an ordinary child in such simple things, and like all her classmates to go to a sanatorium.
Grandma was also very pleased, especially liked the goodwill of the sanatorium workers and the willingness to come to the rescue.

Our child liked the sanatorium Sluch very much. My son is 13 years old.
Thanks to the staff of the sanatorium. There are many children, all different. The staff needs to have a lot of patience, self-control. Each building where a child gets to has its own educators who monitor the movement, behavior, and attendance of children during working hours. I would especially like to thank our teacher Fedchenko Inna Vladimirovna. A sympathetic person who, in her off-hours, helped us solve some requests regarding our son, advised on routine issues, informed us about the behavior and diligence of our vacationer.
In general, the sanatorium is excellent for recreation. According to the son, the food is very good. Free vitamin tea every day, various treatments (massage, salt rooms, small pool, therapeutic baths), cocktail for a fee - 2 rubles.

The food is not very good, for a week from the procedures the child was given a massage and prescribed a charcot shower. I don't know, maybe it went to someone, maybe the problem is with the teachers who brought the children, my child and 6 classmates are not thrilled, to put it mildly. I've been to various sanatoriums. He says this one is the most boring. No one watches when they go to bed that other children are running and making noise in the middle of the night. The rooms are good with a bathroom, a normal wardrobe, well-groomed territory. But the attitude to children and nutrition is so-so.
And like the cherry on the cake - bedbugs started in the room. How many times the child went to the sanatorium, this is the first time. The children were relocated, the whole wing. Now the shower is shared without a lock. I am very sorry that I sent my son there. For two weeks, no one has reported where it is possible to wash things. It's as if they don't understand that children need to voice this. Disgusting. We need to find out where to complain.

It so happened that we bought vouchers, since we decided only to send children in the summer, well, I, like not many, was lucky enough to be in the administrative building for registration and payment of vouchers, well, let the administration be ashamed (although it is unlikely to be))), the condition of their offices, repairs, furniture is VERY VERY the management tried to be nicer than the conditions of the kids for themselves)... I won't write anything about nutrition, I don't know, the kids are probably picky about food now, but it's not very tasty, both arrived three kg less, it's good that they ran to the store, the prices there are not cheap, of course, but figs with him, at least he is)))... The main thing I wanted to write about is the attitude of the staff.... Well, as for me, it seems like it should be somehow different, one is 14, so he probably took care of himself at least a little, but the second one is 7 years old... I'll tell you without lying, he already smelled like a garbage can 10 meters away.... They have already asked at home, so he NEVER washed, did not brush his teeth and I apologize he did not change his underpants .... NEVER.... Yes, of course we can say that such parents did not teach him anything, but the child was in a sanatorium for the first time, never went anywhere for a long time, his like- the same thing could be controlled a little, I practically did not go to the procedures, I could call (the teachers had the numbers of the parents) to say that the child does not wash, does not go to the procedures.... they took it away, it turned out to get into the room, everything is dirty, sorry, the smell is there, and the children say it was cleaned from us, apparently before arrival.... A terrible sanatorium. The children were sent with the class. I had to pick up and drive more than 600 km. One simple reason is in the sanatorium in karpusy KLAPY. It's just awful. The management of the sanatorium said that we brought them. The most shocking thing is that in this room, when the village was built, there were written HERE on the beds. But the children did not attach any importance to this. Further, the practice sessions are appointed for the time of school classes, and the teachers do not let the children go from lessons to attend them. Or even better, they prescribed a procedure, and the doctor is on vacation. In a word, for all our trips to the sanatorium, this is the most terrible. We have only one negative impression, that of children, that of parents. As for children's leisure, there is no problem with this at all. It seems that the management of the sanatorium does not care about the face and reputation of the sanatorium. They only get money, and they don't care about children.
