Sky Park is a great place for outdoor activities. Spacious trampoline area, cleanliness and safety at a high level. Suitable for both children and adults: you can just have fun. The staff is polite and always ready to help. After the visit, only positive emotions remain. I will definitely come again and recommend it to everyone!

We were celebrating a child's birthday, the space was good, but the room was cold enough, the children ran as soon as they stopped, they said it was cold and put on sweaters, the parents were very cold, they put on shoes and warm scarves, sweaters.
Customer orientation is at a low level, we wanted to order a room for 3 hours, we ordered a room for 2 hours because it was busy behind us, as a result, we sat for another 1 hour next to the room that is vacant.
In general, we didn't like it the most, we ordered the quest "The Wizard of the Emerald City" it was supposed to be Goodwin- the result was a pirate who introduced himself as a lumberjack, the child personally told him so you're a pirate....was it the hope that the kids weren't watching the cartoon and didn't know what it was about?
The quest began, it was immediately clear that the person was conducting it for the first time, I won't even comment on it - but the quest was conducted for 25 minutes, the unspecified 30-40 minutes, he was afraid of children, there was no question of any interest, in general, they paid 90 rubles to study with our guests, it was very unpleasant! If you were not ready to complete this quest, you could have warned and changed it!
But thank you very much, then the instructor came who played with our children at a cool level of fun and sports, it would have been better if he had been paid than this Goodwin!
In addition, the music in the background played periodically rap, rammstein, etc. despite the fact that the children are there from the age of 1

We would like the administrator to inform us in advance about the rules and tariffs. It turned out that there are unlimited days off, which I was not informed about. As a result, I had to pay three times for 19 rubles each. It would be nice if this situation could be resolved more flexibly, and not just with the phrase "unfortunately, this is not how it works."
Addendum: I would like to note that the administration clearly does not pay attention to customer reviews. Instead of taking measures to fix problems, they dislike negative reviews. This is completely unprofessional and shows disregard for the opinions of visitors. The rates for visitors should be located where the administrator is and be clearly visible, not glued on the doors, creating confusion.
The administration should think about how to improve the conditions for customers, and not just dislike them. I hope that in the future the management will take measures to improve the awareness of visitors about the tariffs and rules, and will also be more flexible in dealing with such situations.

On 12.02.25, we celebrated our daughter's birthday, paid for the max package, and the result was a ruined holiday for both children and parents due to the incompetence of the staff. In order:
- it is very cold both in the recreation room and on the playground itself, the children had to wear extra sweaters, the parents were also frozen.
- the animation program for children was not satisfactory, the children were not involved at all, and the paid time was not fully worked out...
- in the midst of the celebration, an employee of this institution contacted us and informed us that it was necessary to leave the premises and go outside, as a fire alarm had been announced in the shopping center, well OK - Safety comes first. We gathered the children, we go out, the children are upset, someone is crying... After about 10 minutes, it turns out that there was no evacuation, but of course we are allowed to return. The sky park staff did not even apologize for this incident :(
- the time was paid from 18:00 to 21:00, at 20:58 a park employee approaches the children and informs them that it's time for them to pack up and leave, as time is running out, I tried to clarify, maybe we will be given some more time due to the incident with the evacuation, to which the administrator replied, well, you're still occupying a room (at 21:01), so while you're packing your things, these 10 minutes are compensation, while the children were not allowed on the trampolines...
-when trying to photograph the title page of the book of remarks, it was pulled out of their hands and refused to give out any more, they had to contact the police, where this fact was recorded. After 20 minutes of complaining, they gave me a book of comments anyway...
The result of visiting this institution:
- there is no customer orientation
- the staff allows themselves to be rude to visitors
- pretty cool (subjective)
- blatant violations of consumer rights
- the animation program has not been fully developed
- the paid service (180 minutes) was not fully provided, in fact +-160 minutes
- Ruined holiday...
PS I want to note that this is my first negative review of someone in my life, as well as the first negative note in my life in a book of comments that was left in this park....
