But with the return of the boat, specific difficulties arose: an inexplicable 150 euros were withheld for the early return of the boat (agreed, by the way, in advance), then an attempt to deduct a thousand euros from the deposit for painting and repair in the underwater part of the boat. The video shows earlier damage and the effects of prolonged corrosion, which did not prevent the owner of the company from demanding disproportionate compensation. Be vigilant. The approach is unusual for the industry, different from the standards, the return of the boat is much more stuffy than acceptance, and the envelope with the deposit is accepted much more readily than it is returned.

Attention! Simple Sail! An extremely non-customer-oriented and unfriendly company. There was no one from the charter boat at the reception, no one came, explained anything. I had to figure it out on my own. Along with the check list, they were given to sign some kind of piece of paper with general rules, where an entry appeared in small print for us: Boat delivery on Saturday at 09:00, in case of early delivery of the boat, a fine of 150 euros. They did not warn about this point when accepting the boat. At the same time, the charter company was aware that we have an early departure on Saturday and we leave the boat at 06:00 in the morning. As a result, on Friday, due to bad weather, they returned to the Marina at 12:00 and informed the charter office that they were ready to hand over the boat. The charter staff blurted into the phone that they have no time now and they will come later. We saw them several more times and were reminded that the boat was ready for delivery. At 17:00, an employee of the charter company came and began to pump the rights and demand the same 150 euros for the early reception of the boat. The general established practice in the industry is when you rent a boat on Friday and you are allowed to spend the night on it until 09:00 on Saturday in this company does not work. In general, it seems that due to several low seasons (customers did not arrive either because of the fall, or because of difficult logistics), the company is trying to make money on customers in another way: issuing additional fines and withholding part of the funds from the deposit. The boats in cherternaya are old, 12 of the 18 boats are left, the rest have apparently been sold, so things are not very good. At the delivery of the boat, given its age, they try to find any shoals and keep them out of the deposit. Moreover, this is apparently a normal practice, because the charter employee was pouring out how other customers promised to beat the plotters on the boat for not returning the deposit! There was a strong impression that the guys needed to do something else: not to charter yachts, but pedal boats and bicycles for hourly rent and charge a fine for handing over 15 minutes earlier, as well as withhold from the deposit for scraping the bottom of the boat along the sand when they went to the shore and scratched the paddle. Bottom line: stay away from this charter company, there are other more adequate and loyal companies in Montenegro!
