when people came to a "decent" establishment and decided to visit the bathroom before ordering food, observing all the rules of etiquette. As a result, they were blocked in the toilet stall. After 10 minutes. one of the waiters deigned to go to the bathroom to rescue us (the door was opened quite simply with a food knife, which the next visitor to this establishment would use).
Our reaction was quite expected, indignation and discontent. After leaving the bathroom, we immediately went to the place where the waiters/receptionist were gathered, in order to ask why intelligent people who came to have a good time had to arrive in less clean places for 10 minutes. To which we were asked to proceed to our seats, waiting for the "ADMINISTRATOR", which we did. After another 10 minutes, A...... came up to us and asked: what happened? The same ADMINISTRATOR who was 1 meter away from us when we wanted to get an adequate response about what was happening. The answer amazed us: "Waiters should deal with such problems." Sitting in complete disbelief, we were asked to call the "senior" and after 5 minutes the manager approached us, with whom we had already managed to build a constructive dialogue. I will not describe it in detail, but I will clarify that we were promised to accept our request and "fix" the latch in the bathroom so that visitors would not have to waste their precious time waiting in the toilet.
As a result, they left annoyed and upset, the reason for which was not getting stuck in the bathroom or a way to get out of this situation, or talking to the manager, but the ADMINISTRATOR's attitude to such situations. Instead of (knowing everything that is happening) immediately solving the problem and avoiding problems with all participants in the process, I decided to "shift" responsibility onto the innocent waiter. I sincerely ask the MANAGEMENT to pay attention to the current situation and take action.
I understand perfectly well that reading this, you may think that this situation is an isolated one and it does not concern you, BUT put yourself in our place and ask the question: Would you like to experience this for yourself? If you value your own and other people's time, I recommend that you do not visit this institution, for your moral peace.

They brought a check with a large amount and there was some kind of certificate included for 15 thousand, and then when they asked what kind of certificate, they took it away and brought another check. This is the same receipt, but without the Certificate amount. It turns out that they are technically adding this amount and cheating in this way. Check the receipts carefully. Apparently, the owners themselves give such instructions. It turns out. Because all the waiters didn't even make excuses and reacted calmly))).
