A very pleasant hotel! The staff is so wonderful that there was a desire to come back to this hotel) clean white linen, new rooms, air conditioning, convenient location (all water parks are close). The breakfasts are very tasty, almost royal, with fruits and juices))) One of the disadvantages is that the conder turns off when you leave and take the card from the room (smart home)... There is no barista in the morning and no way to buy/order plain black coffee, but this is increasingly a quibble. Overall, the hotel is excellent and clearly deserves 3-4 stars, we were satisfied! I definitely recommend it and next time we will definitely stay in it!
Great hotel. Brand new, everything is clean and tidy. We lived with my wife in a room with a huge double bed (namely a double bed, and not shifted single beds). Very good bathroom, nothing is broken. Cleaning 1 time in 2 days, all necessary hygiene supplies, including a toothbrush, toothpaste.
The reception staff is very friendly, they speak Russian.
The breakfast is ordinary, but sufficient. Of the minuses - at first they came for breakfast and put everything on themselves as much as necessary (porridge, scrambled eggs, sausages), and then for some reason they hid the containers and began to give out portions. It became less comfortable ((( I'm shooting a star for this

Among the disadvantages: very low quality Internet, even by the standards of Tashkent. Room cleaning is only on request, they didn't warn me about it at check-in, but maybe I was just unlucky
I'm putting one. The reception staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and tidy. But... a spoon of a decanter cannot put a five (((.
1) I booked a room at the very top in advance, when booking I was told that it was free)) but upon arrival, they actually gave another room 2 floors below)).
2) at the time of arrival there was no hot water (( when I asked the reception they said that it would be in an hour, but... the water never appeared)).
3) when leaving, the guys at the reception were very friendly and apologized for the inconvenience, and then either the manager or one of the managers started arguing with me that there was hot water and tried to prove it))).
We are not guests, we are local, and the relationship to the guest is worth it and the local should not change the relationship, WE ARE PRIMARILY CONSUMERS!!!
The hotel is new, respectively, and the renovation is fresh, and linen with towels. Good breakfasts, reasonable price. The airport and the railway station are nearby. It's a pity there is no corkscrew at the reception))
Overall, a good hotel, I recommend it!
