A wonderful new hotel for a family holiday. The hotel is located in a picturesque bay. Good cuisine and delicious desserts, a variety of fruits.
A small minus is the children's table. There were not enough vegetables, buckwheat, steamed meat/fish and soups for children without seasoning. But everything can be solved with the help of a guest relationship manager girl. She took into account all the wishes for food for the child and after that, until the end of our vacation, I did not have the question "what to feed a small child".
It would also be possible to provide a stationary blender instead of an immersion blender. But these disadvantages did not spoil the impression of a vacation at all.
I recommend the hotel for a family holiday!
I liked the hotel. Good beach, good infrastructure. The food is excellent, not the richest assortment, but delicious. The service of the rooms and the restaurant staff falls somewhat short at the peak of attendance. The animation is good, lots of evening programs, discos.

We had a rest in August 2024. with her husband and two children. We were very satisfied. Food, drinks, service, leisure activities - I liked everything. The children are delighted-they cruised from the pool to the ice cream maker, then French fries and again the pool! Of the tangible disadvantages, I can note the remoteness of the pharmacy, however, the world is not without kind people)) and our wonderful guide Suleiman took us to the nearest pharmacy and back completely free of charge by private car. Dirt in the restaurant, as they say in some reviews, I did not see at all, everything is clean, the staff is trying very hard and it shows. It is better to come to dinner closer to the opening, without delaying, because vacationers sit at tables for an hour or more: not just "eat and go", but smoke (also a minus by the way!), communicate, hang on the phone....Here's another minus I remembered-they didn't monitor the presence of liquid soap in the shower, we ran out quickly, but it had its own))That's what we used....Well, in general, only good memories remain!

There is nothing tasty and there was nothing. From the children's menu, yogurt and milk, French fries and burgers of questionable quality. Huge 20-minute queues for breakfast over an omelet.
-drinks are only for bottling, as for juices, these are diluted powders, lemonades under the guise of cola / fanta, some cheap local production. Flies/cats are always flying over the dishes. You go out after eating semi-hungry, you stay in a light hunger for most of the rest. Actually, food is the most basic and fatty minus. You can get used to the rest, or accept it.
- there are almost no waiters, they will never offer to pour anything.
- the staff is mostly Turkish-speaking, it's hard to find out about anything.
-it is difficult to find a free table in the main restaurant for dinner
-beach by the sea: it is impossible to find a free chaise longue at any time of the day, it feels like they have been occupied since night or early morning, the staff is not interested in helping in any way, the beach is very small. You can sometimes find cigarette butts and other small debris in the sand, almost no one cleans the beach
-the rooms and corridors have a deplorable condition of walls and doors (photo attached)
- there is nothing in the vicinity of the hotel, pharmacies, shops. It does not take long to get to them 5 minutes along a busy highway, by bus 20 lira, it takes longer to go to the bus stop, or by taxi for 10 €
- the contingent of vacationers is, to put it mildly, average, drinking, after which scandalous, by October the hotel is overcrowded. I'm afraid to imagine what happened in the summer season.
- towels according to the cards, due to the problem of the lack of sun loungers, they are often stolen along with towels. And sometimes the staff uses the same towels to plug leaks. The towels themselves still smell damp when issued, as if they were poorly dried or not washed at all.
- they can tell you upon arrival that there are no free normal rooms, although you have paid, they will give you a basement, they will only think about compensation in words.
-there are problems with the elevator, the door gets stuck and does not open. There are only two elevators for the entire hotel, the waiting is exhausting.
- the shared toilets are terribly dirty, the doors are stained, overall the level of service is low for a 5⭐️ hotel
- alcohol in bars is not imported. Not high-quality, the choice of drinks is meager.
- on the second day after arrival, at a meeting with the guide, 95% of the guests were, to put it mildly, dissatisfied with the hotel, and want to move out, saying that in the video and photo it looked much more spectacular than in reality. Only those who came to drink and sleep are happy. Or for the first time in Turkey
-in the main lobby of the hotel there are very poor air conditioners, a musty smell and a strong smell of cigarettes from the street, I am generally silent about fresh flowers, they are not there, they are greeted with drinks that taste like bleach with a fruity taste
- there are very bad hoods in the kitchen, if they are grilling, there is nothing to breathe in a stuffy room.
- you rarely see people on the pier with paid gazebos, but you can't take pictures, the guards kick you out. Pay and take photos😂
- if there are fights or disagreements between tourists on the beach, the guards do not react, because they do not understand anything except the Turkish language, no one understands them either, they just watch what and who is not clear, because from a neighboring hotel they come to occupy our deck chairs, because with their own, too, there is a crisis.

Hello, we just returned from the hotel the other day and I want to share my fresh impressions. I will be brief, but on the facts:
What did you like?
- fresh, modern, stylish, very green, well-maintained territory;
- stunning view from the window, if you take a room with a view, we went out on the balcony every day and admired the fascinating landscapes, listened to the sound of waves
- the sea is just very close! The most real first line
- the beach is very picturesque, comfortable, on one side there are small pebbles, on the other something like sand, the approach is smooth, the sea is clear (if it is not stormy)
- everything you need is there: a mini club, evening entertainment, a children's pool with slides
- not the worst location - we went to Alanya by bus without any problems
- cool shallow pool with panoramic sea views.
- a very pleasant hookah man, we took a hookah every other day and went to the sea, just fine.

What didn't you like?
- the food is very bad. It's meager and completely tasteless, we walked in circles to find something for ourselves. The desserts turned out to be surprisingly tasty- especially brownies. And we were very happy that sometimes there was mashed potatoes - just a holiday.
- the dishes are very poorly washed, traces of lipstick on the glasses and half-washed appliances, it was very hard for me to eat there, they do not have time to clean the tables, there is always a mountain of untidy tables.
- the rooms are poorly cleaned, it feels like only towels are being changed and the mini-bar is being updated, even taking into account daily tips
- in general, we went to the renovated hotel with the hope that they would work well, try to promote, but apparently all the juices were squeezed out of the staff during the season and they no longer want anything. We talked to some of the guys - they said that they have been working for 2 months without days off. So the question is not to the staff, but to the management, which saves money and drives people to such a state. The staff is very tired, although generally quite friendly.
- the repair was done very poorly, sloppily, in general everything is new, but it was done as if by a fifth grader, it was hard for me, as a designer, to look at it. But in Turkey as a whole, this is common.
- the rooms with sea views have a very big disadvantage - the lack of sound insulation. The disco is either at the hotel or in a nearby hotel almost every night until 01:00-01:30, our child fell asleep hard, and even the earplugs did not help me, I sat and waited for it to end. Sooooo loud.
- well, the last minus is that either the hotel provides few places for vacationers, or people just get very impudent. In the morning, all the sun beds are occupied in all locations: by the sea, by the large pool, by the children's pool. And for half a day everything is empty, just towels on 4 sun beds. People with children come to the beach- there are no places, but there are no people for hours - they put towels and went to lie by the pool. Marked. Not otherwise.
The only disadvantage of this hotel is the great distance from Antalya airport. On a private transfer 1 hour 40 minutes, on a hotel transfer - 3.5 hours!!!! It's a very long time. As for the hotel itself - it's gorgeous! Very friendly and sociable staff, delicious food, gozleme. There are very tasty nuts in the pool bar and lobby! There wasn't a single moment that we didn't like. My family and I were delighted. I was annoyed by people who leave towels on the sun beds and do not come, but the hotel is not to blame for this!
Great hotel! Take it, you won't regret it! Renovated in 24, imported alcohol, delicious and varied food, yoga, entertainment, children's pool with slides, concerts and awesome shows every day.

There is nothing interesting near the hotel, just a small market.

The pier is just super, there are a lot of sun beds, beds with pillows and swings, it is also very convenient to swim from the pier. No vegetation in the sea. The rooms are cozy, the renovation is fresh, the furniture is new, the bed is too soft) the mini bar is free, it is replenished regularly. The food is excellent, you will always find something to eat 5-6 types of meat stably. Of the disadvantages, there are not enough tables in the restaurant in the air-conditioned area, it is not always possible to find a place during rush hour. And there are only 2 elevators for the entire hotel, traffic jams are also common. Alcohol is both local and imported, mostly imported in the lobby, partially imported in the restaurant, and almost everything in the rest of the bars is local, except for martinis. The staff is positive, the waiters are fast. The hotel is not urban, there is not much place to walk, just take a taxi to Alanya or Kanakly, the price is 10-13 euros. The evening shows are mostly quite good. I will be happy to come again. And if it had been made by 16+ it would have been great)

A disgusting hotel. But I'll start with the pros: we were checked in at 9 a.m., although check-in is from 14 (not even from 12). We took a standard room (please note that on tours it is usually economy), with a partial sea view. The room looks stylish, there are 2 of us, but we have a full double bed in our room and another second bed and a half. The view is beautiful of the pool. And the sea is partially visible (2nd floor). Everything is close. The sea is gorgeous, but this is not the merit of the hotel. Now about the bad stuff. Disgusting staff. Everyone seems to be smiling, but in fact they don't want to work. Bartenders have never been bartenders at all. The cocktails they make are a hell of a swill. Despite the fact that the cocktail menu is large, but apart from the aperol, everything else is simply impossible to drink. It is made from local alcohol. That is, it is not a declared UALL. Dishes in restaurants are dirty, tables are served only inside the restaurant, no one will bring you a fork / spoon - they say go get it in the restaurant. No one in the restaurant brings drinks either - they stood in queues for drinks. The coffee is disgusting, the milk is diluted with water. The only place where there is a normal coffee is the lobby bar. The food is so meager, they obviously save a lot on it, I haven't even seen this in 3 stars. The plates are dirty, the appliances are dirty. From fruits-watermelon and melon-it feels like they are brought the worst fruits and berries, which are simply impossible to eat. I don't understand at all where you can get watermelons for a week that you can't eat. Pillow menu in the room. When asked to bring a feather pillow, the reception said that they were not aware of this Pillow Menu at all. However, they brought 2 pillows, but also not feather pillows. Mini bar -one beer and zero cola. Water is also put in 1 small bottle. There are no bathrobes, no slippers. The hair conditioner is such that my hair has already fallen into tangles. If you get ready, take everything of your own. The water does not flow at all in the morning. Breakfast starts at 7, but at 8:15 they are just parting. The animation is sparse. Tables are not washed, there is a constant feeling of dirt around. The toilets at the reception were in the morning right after cleaning -it's scary to go in. In general, I strongly advise no one to come here. The pool is not heated - but we have clarified this in advance. I am writing for those to whom this information is important. The hotel is 10 km from Alanya. There is a bus stop next to the hotel, 35 liras to Alanya .

We took a room with a sea view and did the right thing, although it was a little noisy because of the pool, but a pleasant picture. The neighbors on our floor had a balcony that rested against a wall with a green lawn, at the very top there was a small strip of light! You seem to have a balcony, but you just walk into a dark room!
I have never seen such a meager and monotonous diet. Squid appeared from seafood for the first time in 8 days. The coffee is sour and disgusting, the juices are chemical.

There are a couple of pleasant employees, all the others are indifferent, untrained, sluggish, do not say hello, even the managers in the restaurant did not say hello, let alone others, if the bosses behave like that, and at the reception they were rude at all.
A few advantages: there is free WI-FI, a clean pool, a pleasant entry into the sea, the show program was different every day. That's all.

Check-in and room:
We waited for check-in until 14:30. They moved into a neighboring two-story building. The quality of the cleaning made the hair stand on end. There's dirt on the floor, a clump of hair in a towel, and an outlet is falling out in the bathroom. By the way, there are two sockets in the room - in the bathroom and in the room by the mirror. After a long journey, this is not what we expected to see, as the travel agent assured us that the hotel is new and very cool. The issue of relocation was immediately raised. They gave us 250euros. But the room has to wait a day.
At our request, the outlet was repaired on the same day. The towels were changed immediately. The floor was cleaned the next day. But all this is through scandals and a raised tone.
We did not pay 25k₽+, because we just sleep in the room. But in general, when you come to the top five, you expect to see a good room. At least it should be clean.

We are not picky, but there is really nothing to eat. We are in the hotel for the fourth day, and for the fourth day I eat only an omelette and a bun for breakfast.
There are a lot of desserts, but not a lot of national sweets.
Fruits and vegetables (especially cucumbers, even though they are cleaned) are dirty.
A lot of dirty dishes - dirty appliances, glasses with traces of drinks or lipstick.
There are a lot of dirty tables - the waiters do not have time to clean up.

We are currently on vacation at a nearby hotel.We don't sleep the fifth night because of the animation.Time is the 1st hour, the music is screaming and it is impossible to sleep for 10-15 half-drunk people, it is impossible to sleep (... from the word at all!) people who are in hotels nearby.And also...I really didn't like the incident with a Russian family with a small child and German tourists today.It's not pleasant to look at all this somehow.The security of the hotel does not behave very correctly with people who unknowingly enter the territory of their hotel.Since everything is so fundamental and strict, pull the red ribbon then or put a fence between the hotels...truth...an unpleasant residue remains after what you see.

The hotel is excellent, for such a price Coral Travel was offered by old, dead hotels. We found Seven seas ourselves, came to the tour agency, and were asked where did you find it?)
There were only gender photos of the future hotel on coral's website, but we still decided to choose it, because the reviews were excellent.
And here we are. The hotel is gorgeous, the renovation is completely finished in September! The crab is the answer and functioning. Fed as for slaughter) 3 times a full meal. In between, tortillas, ice cream, and so on. An additional kitchen opens at the beach bar from 12:00, with almost lunch.
We were also surprised by the variety of the bar (we didn't drink much, but still not everywhere there is such a thing) alcohol of good quality (absolut vodka, balantines whiskey, Malibu rum, balis liqueur, etc. Famous alcohol) cocktails from "tourists" flow like a river without restrictions. Nuts of different types are given to beer.
The hotel has two beaches and two piers. The beach is divided into small pebbles and larger ones, there are sun beds and gazebos. The pier is divided into a paid one, where there are separate gazebos, sun beds and a Maldivian hammock by the sea. There are free sun beds, large soft beds with a soft mattress and a bar.
Of the cons. Not a very big buffet, at the end of the vacation, the monotony got boring. Well, because of the large assortment of the bar, there are many tasters of this assortment.

We returned from the hotel today. The staff is well-chosen. Beautiful views from the room, excellent food and warm sea, clean water. I really remember Show Time (wonderful animation).
I would especially like to mention the excellent work of Bilal, excellent knowledge of English and competent speech. Mixes cocktails perfectly.
A good hotel, constant animation , shows , programs , discos , there are breakwaters , you can swim even when the sea is rough and a red flag hangs in neighboring hotels, a pier from which you can jump into the water, the food is varied and delicious 24 hours, alcohol is imported.
There is no service, the hotel is average lousy, there is no atmosphere of hospitality, at the reception they either yell or spit on the guests, cleaning is rare, partial repairs, the food is ordinary, cocktails suck (it is impossible to drink).
There are individual employees who do their job and at least smile at the guests and say hello, but in general, the hotel is not friendly. The rude hotel guide (Coral Odeon).
The sea is clean and beautiful when there are no strong waves (when there are strong waves, a lot of debris washes up).
Most of the problems could be eliminated by good management, but they are already normal, apparently.
I highly do not recommend the hotel.
The price-quality does not match.
It's not worth the money spent! The hotel is elegant! New! Beautiful view! Food and alcohol as in standard 4! Boorish attitude of certain bartenders (Not only to Russians!!!) A swimming pool without heating.

The territory is small but interesting, but the room stock is tired. It can be seen that the renovation was done mediocre. The pools are cold in early October, and the sea is also cool. The food is monotonous, it gets boring in a couple of days. Animation is normal if you are completely bored. Alcohol for three. The snack bar is good, the choice in the night restaurant is not bad, you can eat on arrival. It would be good to clean towels on the sun beds, which do not come all day, otherwise there are few places on the beach. There is nothing nearby, just to go. Big advantages: beach view, proximity to the sea and Wi-Fi everywhere)
A great hotel, many rooms, 2 beaches, a Pier, almost constant meals (even at night from 23-7.00) every day a show, they pour in bars even if you order yourself how to make a cocktail
The hotel is considered 5*, but upon arrival you will first sit at the reception for a long time waiting for check-in (we sat for 20 minutes), then you got a renovated room almost like in the photo)))) The audibility is as if the neighbors are in your room, we waited a long time for hot water, we thought it was not there at all. There is nothing in the minibar and someone has half drunk a bottle. I highly do not recommend this hotel, I am even surprised that there are no bad reviews with such a service.

A cool, new hotel with its pros and cons! I put 5 checks, because the disadvantages were related to the human factor and solvable:
+ really between 4-5 ⭐️ ultra all inclusive, which is rare for Turkey not for half a dollar for 7 nights, but twice as affordable
+ the food is delicious, well, very delicious coffee!
+ we had more than 6 nights and the hotel gave us dinner at their fish restaurant
+ hammam, sauna, steam room are included in the price
+ the pool is clean
+ Daily concerts and events
+ music turns off at 23.00
+ the staff is extremely adequate and attentive
+ guests from different countries and neighboring countries are also adequate
+ the territory has everything to stay there all the time of rest
Specific disadvantages from our trip:
- a room with a side sea view was paid for, on the first night we were settled in some kind of two-storey annex next to the playground and overlooking the children's pool. I had to arrange a showdown at the reception, write to the travel agent, tour operator and clarify the situation with the check-in manager, since she spoke Russian. The next morning we were moved to a paid room, but the first day and night of our stay were uncomfortable;
- we took only rubles, we had to take a few dollars (take dollars, tk $ and € are equated with them);
- when we were evicted, we were not met by the bus guide at the reception and the travel agency answered our urgent question - where is the airport transfer? He said that the bus left without us and no one should have come to the reception for us, we should have been looking for our bus.... wow! Game. Despite the fact that we had only rubles with us, our travel agent told us to take a taxi urgently (which is quite difficult in Turkey, because there are no taxi applications there), otherwise the plane will leave without us. It was stressful. Fortunately, we were not the only ones who were sitting and waiting for the bus at the exit of the hotel. I believe that this is negligence on the part of the host party, for which the tour operator selling their services to us should be responsible. The taxi cost 7 rubles (at the hotel reception we would have paid $ 120 for a taxi, as far as I remember).
These are the adventures.
If you exclude specific nuances, the rest was a 100% success!! I'm happy.

We arrived at the hotel today, 24.09, instead of a gorgeous new room in a newly renovated building, we were settled in a dirty, terrible kennel. Explaining that there was an accident and there are no other numbers. I am attaching a photo of our wonderful room. At the reception, the girl somehow tried to justify herself and offer compensation, but the other male shift worker just blatantly rudely communicated that you would come in the morning, I can't do anything. The rest is ruined! To give a lot of money for 7 days of a long-awaited vacation and run into such a thing! It's just terrible!!!
The hotel itself is beautiful, the new territory, but keep in mind that this happens!
Photo "sea view", dirty toilet, bed linen that has already been slept on!
I don't know what's going to happen tomorrow, if they'll change our room, but it's just a game!!!
Location.as for the beautiful food, I did not like the cleanliness and attention of the staff, I hated eating turkey dinner every day, bad enough not to eat the food
